Helpful and Quick

I love the length of these episodes and the episodes with pointed and practical advice. I think it’s normal for some episodes to be earth shatteringly helpful for some and not so much for others. Every couple episodes there’s this nugget that just rocks my world! My favorite part of this podcast is her vibe - so calm and helps me as a complete novice to not start drowning in overwhelm.

I so enjoy your podcast. I was skeptical at first - I mean, how can you talk about clothes, fashion, color, body, style, etc without visuals?! But you do! And you do it very well. I appreciate your efforts to make topics short, easily digestible, and applicable to all shapes and sizes. I find myself connecting to the vast majority of the topics you cover. I usually listen while I’m out on my morning walks, and enjoy getting a little “binge-y” in the back episodes. The concept of a closet that functions well seems so simple, and yet getting there is such hard work on so many levels. My goal is to break out of the 80/20 rule this year, and I’m already making some measurable progress. Keep up the good work! This podcast listener really appreciates what you do.

Fun and informative podcast

I found this podcast at the end of my 2nd pregnancy. It as been so fun to learn about colors and styles. I love her wardrobe advice and free style quiz. As a work out of house mom in transition to stay at home mom I needed the reminder to look for wardrobe gaps and not just clothes that look good in the store. Thank you Heather!

Finding Joy in the Journey

I listened to episode 100. I feel like this was a perfect episode as we are about to jump into the New Year. I’m very impatient, and this episode really helped me reflect on surrendering to the journey and trusting the process. It was a nice reminder to find joy now and not waiting for happiness only after you accomplish something. After a lot of struggling and feeling that I had no clue what I was doing, I found this podcast and finally could start to understand my personal style and improve my relationship with my wardrobe. This is not just a podcast, but Heather also provides a lot of complementing resources like an online personal style quiz, Pinterest boards and a blog and weekly emails full of valuable, concrete, and practical information. Also, if you have a specific question, you can let her know and she will prepare an entire episode to answer it. I have been really looking for a podcast that will help me hone and elevate my personal style. This podcast really fits the bill. Heather gives a lot of great advice that isn’t just a reiteration of all the typical style advice you see out there. The host is extremely authentic, humble and knowledgeable. I absolutely love that she acknowledges her own struggles and past mistakes as it really makes her relatable and trustworthy. I also really appreciate that she is not an “influencer” trying to make a quick buck. She’s truly providing a valuable service and demystifying style for our benefit.
