    Gart Stevenson episode
Very grateful thsi show, especially this recent episode with the economist Gary Stevenson. He is clear in his explainations, understandings and point of view of how economies and power work. He is inspring for passionately trying to help us see the dire consequences of wealth inequality. I believe your pod’s primary mission may be focused on markets. But we’ve been asleep, scammed and in denial so helping us grow our understanding economics and be more fluent in its language is invaluable at this time. Thanks so much.

    TDS…you said you wouldn’t!
Guys…used to really enjoy your podcasts. Ed’s coming off as arrogant, self-important and condescending. And you guys are in full TDS…I’ll let The View know you’re coming. Sad.

    Ed outshines Scott
This is an excellent podcast, and I have to say, despite the fact that I’ve been a long time listener of Scott Galloway’s various podcasts that his cohost Ed really is superior in his messaging and content, and all around interest versus scott who does too much name dropping, places traveled dropping, and generally sounds like an entitled, spoiled brat, and proud of it (despite his protestations to the contrary). Rock on, Ed.

    Dump Ed
Ed has made the show completely unbearable. I wish there were an AI tool that could edit him out of the podcast. He’s the exact opposite of Scott—just another Ivy League trust fund kid with zero real-world experience.

    Topical
Entertaining listen on the financial industry. I love hearing the perspectives from different generations.

Brilliant job flying solo! And no stupid distracting jokes.

    Initial impressions are meh
Listened to a couple episodes. You totally lost me at the Apple episode where one host mentioned no updates to Mac. Umm… they migrated from Intel to Apple Silicon 5 years ago. A huge change to dump struggling and stagnate Intel to their own processors. If that’s not a major successful update, I’m not sure what would be? Also, tone down the swearing… not sure what you are aiming for with f-bombs and all that, but it really reduces your impact. I’m distracted by the words and lose the message.

Call it the Prof Ed show
Ed pontificates too much for a 26 year old who hasn’t had the experiences of Scott. Ed needs some real world experience.

    One of my top shows
I really appreciate the dual perspective of this show. The play between Scott and Ed is why I tune in. I would love to see you continue to bring a variety of new guest. For example the economist Garry Richardson would be interesting to listen to.

    Knowledge and Entertainment!
I’ve been listening to Prof G and Prof G Markets for a little over two years now! I’ve always been interested in the stock market and economics, but as a hairstylist who never went to college, I’ve had to navigate it on my own. I have my own views on the market and where it’s headed, but this podcast brings invaluable insight and education that helps me think more broadly and explore different investment ideas. I also love the humor and off-color jokes—they’re awesome! We all need a good laugh. Scott, I truly appreciate how thoughtful and open you are about your life, your wins, and your failures. I look forward to Mondays and Thursdays so much. Thank you for all that you do!

    Good potential
This show has a good potential but Scott is depressed, vulgar, bias towards one political party. You will never hear an honest opinion from him on a topic if it contradicts his views.

Keep up the attacks on Elon and Orange Caligula. Cheers..

    Wrong Lane
I used to be such a fan of Scott’s. I listened to every podcast, read every report, recommended him to friends and family, attended (paid) classes at Section, I walked the Camino de Santiago listening to many of his shows. Then his politics went from left of center, to angry one-sided rants. You did so well when you were focused on economics, marketing, business, and helping young men, but when you abstracted to a view where every explanation was political, you lost me. Ed followed suit. After the election he angrily made a commitment not to talk about Trump his whole term, but since the election Trump had played a central theme in every episode. I’ve unfollowed. So have many of my democratic friends who followed you just as closely. You’ve wandered into the wrong lane and become the antithetical mirror to the archetypical old Fox News bigot. Pivot is the place for that. Prof G and Markets are not. Go back and look at your prediction accuracy over time. It’s falling as your world view becomes more narrow.

    TSMC
You do realize TSMC has been manufacturing in the US since 1996. I guess not. They are actually a good employer.

    Better without Scott
The show today was better with Ed and Josh Brown co-hosting rather than with Scott and his TDS/MDS on full display.

Come for Scott Galloway, stay for Ed Elson
I was slow to adopt this podcast for some reason and WOW was I missing out. Great content and informative discussions. Ed is a gem. Extremely bright and well informed. Always value insights from these two.
  • Jazzdelmar
    Ed
Dump the kid. Way over his skis on most subjects. Scott, if you’re time pressed kibosh the show altogether or reduce spots with Swisher, who’s just dreadful.

    Ed- Avoid leftist agenda
Ed stop being a leftist activist and stick to facts. The rants on Elon are tired. Stop and be a positive force!
  • ExpertPodConnoisseur
    Simplistic, slanted takes on politics
Scott’s business insights are consistently interesting, authoritative, and self-aware. It’s why I (and I am sure most others) tune it. Unfortunately, none of those adjectives apply to his political takes…which are simplistic, emotional, and self-righteousness. Political topics also bring out the worst sycophantic tendencies of his co-host. There is a worrying trend of more politics. I hope someone Scott trusts can convince him to stick to his expertise - unique business insights! And someone give Ed a spine.

I learn something from every episode, thank you!

    Get rid of Ed
Prof G is great but Ed has turned into the left wing progressive activist instead of a rational investor. Save us the sermon and just analyze the facts. Stay in the center for relevance

    Art of Spending $
I’m a regular listener; The Art of Spending was one of my favorite episodes. Genuine, funny, articulate and insightful as always; but it was also incredibly ‘rich’ with vulnerability/honesty. Appreciate the discussion on generosity, deeply meaningful exchanges, and philanthropy/mental health.

    Fantastic Pod
I love how this podcast seems so down to earth and fact based opinions. Well done! Only thing to change - when doing interview - who cares “where does this podcast find you?”

This is bridging the gap of the educated and the uneducated.
I am not a finance graduate yet this podcast is not only understandable but easily understandable. I believe this podcast is bringing a bit more financial literacy for those who did not get the opportunity to have formal study of finance, if this podcast fall into your lap take it as a sign and give it a listen.

    Swisher has Good Taste!
Found this through the pod with Scott & Swisher. I’m a woman in tech who went from low low-middle class to upper middle now. Loved the “art of spending money” episode. Unlike most pods from people with wealth telling you how to spend or invest money this one is actually grounded in reality and has a good sense of humor.
  • Jil LZ
    Love Scott and Ed!!
I enjoy Scotts sense of humor and financial/business brilliance!
  • Jugoldberg
    Yikes, Ed!
I just got nervous about Ed’s comments about his view of spending and saving. He is making good money and should enjoy going out with friends. However, at his age to he needs to save significantly more and get investing! That strategy will set him up financially to be able to weather any career storm!

    I just can’t anymore.
I just can’t with these two anymore. I unsubscribed from Scott’s other podcasts, and now I have to let this one go, too. I’m an MBA and for years really dug the masters level analysis in Scott’s podcasts. Listening Ed and Scott cry about the election every week has become unbearable. Ed - before you ask your listeners to come to the table with objective analysis in the comment section, can you honestly say you have remained objective with your analysis? Your party lost. Get over it. Get back to what you do best.

“Prof G Markets breaks down the news that’s moving the capital markets”
👆🏻 That’s the first line in the podcasts About blurb below I think poor reading comprehension has people bent out of shape. Let me break this down for people complaining: 1. This podcast is about news that’s moving the markets. 2. America, most powerful governing body, is undergoing a transition of power. 3. This is news that moves the markets. 4. Scott and Ed talk about this news because it is moving the markets. 5. You all complain because Scott and Ed are talking about news that moves the markets???

    Must listen!
Such a fantastic duo. Scott is wildly intelligent, funny, crude and incredibly thoughtful. Ed is an exceptional co-host with his insightful takes on important issues and the charming way in which he puts up with Scott’s ridiculousness. I never miss an episode.

    Informative but…
I’ve been a loyal listener to this podcast for a while now, and I’ve found it to be a great source of information, entertainment, and insight. However, I must admit that I’m a bit disappointed when they start discussing politics. While I understand that they claim to avoid politics, it seems like they can’t resist making unnecessary comments and jokes about Republicans. This isn’t something I care about, but it does feel like this and other shows should steer clear of political discussions. I am aware that they are the masters of their domain, and can say whatever they want. I am just a listener looking for investment information. I really enjoyed the show until the first episode after Trump won the presidency. The young cohost’s emotional reaction to his candidate’s loss made me think about the state of men in this generation. It seems like men nowadays are just unable to handle defeat and are resorting to whining and self-pity. I’ve seen many videos of men crying just because they lost, and it’s quite pathetic. I sincerely hope that this show and others will take a step back and avoid discussing politics. They know that there are midterms in a couple of years and another presidential election in four. There’s always an opportunity to get things around.

    Congrats Jessica
Jessica handled herself with dignity and objectivity following the election. Very classy and she won a lot of fans. Others need to learn from her.

    Enjoyable
Love the pod generally but political stuff was excessive and overly emotional, coming from a guy who voted dem.
  • Bizboi69
    Banal, closeted-conservative takes (often un-factual)
Some of the guests they have on are great. The conservative-loving Scott (who praises Jared Kushner) oozing overly patriotic sentiments while moving abroad and avoiding educating his kids in the US school system is a hard hypocritical pill to swallow.
  • Carl55432
    Informative and inspiring
I’ve been hooked on the Prof G podcast for over two years now, and it’s easily one of my go-tos each week. Scott Galloway has this great way of breaking down big topics, making them not only super informative but also inspiring. I also check out all the other podcasts he’s a part of—they’re just as solid. I’m always sharing episodes with friends and family because they’re full of insights that really make you think. Definitely worth a listen if you want something that’s smart and engaging!”
  • Wama1234
    Where is your humanity?
I used to listen but Scott’s comments in support of the genocide in Palestine make me sick. For someone who goes on about the algebra of happiness and being a decent person, where is your humanity??

    Markets?
Would be incredible if they actually talked about the markets once in awhile… this is just a random collection of non-market related topics thrown together.

    Love it
Late stage millennial bordering on Gen Z here: excellent show and I have learned a tremendous amount. Love Scott and Ed balances him out very well. Reminds me of the relationship I had with my former CEO. Keep up the great work guys!
