KimijohnsonMust listen!I love listening to Ask the Dentist!! He is a great speaker and delivers such great dental advice. My daughter had a cavity that her dentist was “watching”. I started implementing the Ask the Dentist protocols and when we went back to her dentist appointment, her cavity had started remineralizing!! I was so thrilled. He gives me all the advice I wish my dentist would talk about.

killer jjVery informativeI have been searching for one some one who could truly help me with oral hygiene needs. I have been frustrated for quite sometime with my dentist and hygienists. They always game me the typical old school answers. Which got me no where. After using his products recommendations. I have seen improvements. Thank you for all you help and look forward to the future podcasts.

Four Fingered JoeChanged Everything!I have been suffering from horrible dry mouth from 7+ years hormone therapy. Onco just gaslights me & recommends I not dwell on it. I switched to hydroxyappetite toothpaste, silk floss, soft toothbrush. 3 days later I saw a remarkable & lasting improvement. 4 weeks later it’s almost like I never had dry mouth. Every episode has valuable take-away. Thanks Dr B!

Coffee and...Empowering!To start I have always found dental information and medical information very interesting. I worked for a dentist for a few years and loved it ! however, the protocol was often fluoride rinses, cut out the sugar, use Listerine to prevent cavities. I even got into the habit of drinking diet soda to limit the risk of cavities to my teeth when drinking sodas. The turning point came when I was involved in a traumatic accident that broke several of my molars and I needed to have tooth repair, a crown done. I started to wonder especially when it seemed that my teeth were not any stronger using the fluoride protocol. I have been listening for about one year and have learned so much which has ultimately improved my whole family’s dental experience. we often would go for our cleanings and find multiple cavities on our children and even on ourselves but not really understood why. at first, we thought it was due to stress, poor eating habits and we worked hard to improve them but we would still go and find at least one cavity on at least one family member. we were given high fluoride toothpaste samples after every visit and still found that some family members had sensitivity to hot or cold. there was one episode talking about nano hydroxyapatite toothpaste and its benefits to replenish what is lacking in the tooth structure and smoothing out the finish. we started using it and since have not had any cavities or sensitivity in our teeth. Thank you so much!!!

Daniela1013Wow! Informative!I was just diagnosed with mild sleep apnea and received my oral device. I had no idea that myofunctional therapy existed! Learning about the importance of oral exercises and proper breathing was eye opening. Keep up the good work of informing the public on dental and oral care.

Kdahl86So helpful to parents!Dr. B is an incredible wealth of knowledge for all things oral-systematic health, but I specifically love his ability to break down information so it is easy to understand and his ability to be concise (parents don’t have much extra time!) Plus he has great answers for questions about children’s oral health and his takeaways are easy to put into action. I’ve recommended him to so many momma friends!

@StudyingAttachment_therapistThanks Dr. Burhenne!I love listening to these podcasts. The information shared is relevant and helpful. Dr. Burhenne shares information to help fill the gap between traditional knowledge about dentistry and what new research has demonstrated about oral health. I enjoy taking charge of my own health, and I have learned about tips for preventative care that I can implement on my own outside of the dentist office, in addition to empowering me to change the way I engage with my provider. I have sent the episodes to family and friends regularly! Highly recommend.
