Spug EddeThought ladderI’m really learning a lot from this podcast. Leah’s Thought Ladder episode was really insightful for me. I took time to write down all 8 steps of the thought ladder and applied to my situation. I spend way too much time stewing over pains from the past. But now I have new ammunition in my thought process (FYI, love the way Leah says process). As soon as that pain from the last few years creeps in my mind, I recall these 8 steps. I know it’s my Savior who I turn to to heal me, but I also know that this process I am in now; is for my own good, to further my growth. So today God sent me Leah. Thank you for teaching me these 8 simple steps. I will keep them close and remember it’s a “process” and celebrate each step.

vdc2020Very enjoyable and a wealth of information.Leah and Heather have a wonderful conversational style and share a wealth of information in an easily digestible format. The interview with Dr. Gentry was fantastic and I have shared it with so many folks. :) The material they discuss is complex but distilled so beautifully. I love the way in which they break the concepts down to readily usable nuggets in our daily lives. Very practical. Please keep producing more. Your work is appreciated! :) 💜🙏🏽

jjmdavidsonThe Building Resilience Podcast with Leah Davidson and Heather StablesI’m really enjoying listening to this podcast. The episodes are short, informative, and get directly to the point. Leah and Heather are excellent life coaches and have a wide array of experience helping people who have suffered a traumatic brain injury. I’m looking forward to understand how my brain and thoughts affect my self image, how to better control my reactions to my thoughts, and how to better equip myself in handling life’s challenges.
