Good podcast if you’re new to chickens, but for experienced keepers it might be stuff you already know.

I’ve listened to several episodes now and this has already been amazingly helpful. I really enjoy listening and have learned a lot. This week it’s been hot and one of my hens was not dealing with it well so she’s been getting some extra attention. While checking on the others to make sure they were fine I noticed some odd scales on some legs and I had listened to Dalia explain to someone on this podcast about scaly leg mites and how she deals with it. I immediately suspected that’s what I was seeing and had a good idea of what to do. I watched her video on YouTube and looked at a few other sites for what they do and Dalia’s seemed the easiest way to treat them. Thankfully I caught it early and right away knew it was an actual problem that needed to be treated. This is my first flock and they are all rescues so I’m glad to be helping them heal.

This podcast is fun to listen to while doing farm chores. The host is so positive. I have a lot of anxiety over my chickens and I find Dalia’s advice to be so informative and calming.

Informative and entertaining. I LOVE chickens. I have mine for me (pets) and I have mine for my husband (egg machines). Despite my love I’m not a pro.. this podcast helps give me insight on how I should change things if I look at the topic titles for my questions. It also helps me learn new things I didn’t know about. Can’t praise this enough ! It’s not by a doctor or veterinarian, but it doesn’t claim to be. It’s by someone who loves and cares about chickens and bringing information to everyone because chickens are for everyone.

I’ve been binging on all things Chicken and came across Chickenlandia’s podcasts. I can secretly listen to them while at work and and learning so much! I appriciate that Dalia is pro-chicken and so positively supportive. Plus she covers SO MUCH INFO- all topics! I’ve listened to a few other podcasts and they are so dry or very corporate pushing. I first became addicted to chickenLandia and back talk through YouTube but I’ve recently found the podcasts and I am absolutely in love! the information is as always so honest and friendly there’s no judgment there’s honest advice it makes chicken keeping fun and what fun stories and adventures we get to hear about sprinkled in with true honest chicken keeping education!! 10/10 hands down!!
