    Gotten me through so much
    I have been using Meditation Oasis since 2013 when a therapist recommended the “Simply Being” for anxiety. I’ve been using all of these meditations since for the last ten years! Marys calming voice has gotten me through breakups, grief from a loved one passing, the pandemic, grad school, new career stress, and even panic attack feelings on airplanes, and guided me through many moments of existential worry. My top recommendations are the Deep Rest - especially for falling asleep in hotel rooms away from home, Wee Hours Rescue, SimplyBeing, Relief from Stress and Pressure (work panic), Break for Work or Study (between projects) Deep Centering and Going Deep Within for big moments of indecision.     10 years of Guided Meditation
    I have been listening to these meditations since 2014 and i wish there were more episodes available. After 10 years, I still listen to the guided meditations to relax myself when I just can’t get my mind to slow down. Even my husband would request listening to Mary’s soothing voice when be is struggling to get rest. I have tried other guided meditations but I always come back to Mary. I hope to keep these recordings available for another 10 years.

    Most relaxing voice and music
    I’m certain that I found Meditation Oasis over a decade ago while I was in College and had trouble sleeping. To this day, Relax Into Sleep echoes in my head when I need to fall asleep even if I have no access to the recording. Slowly, I’ve made my way through some of the meditations and I’m never tired of re-listening. I don’t need new episodes but I do hope what is here will stay forever. Truly my most appreciated guided meditations. Accessing Intuition, Nature Attunement, Resting in The Source, and Relax into Sleep, are some of my favorites. I’ve looked for other meditation podcasts and have never found one so effective. Mary’s voice is just powerful without sounding forced “meditationey” and the musics arrangements are simply delightful. Love that some were recorded live, what a beauty to share that space asynchronously with so many people

    Very helpful and accessible
    These meditations have been so helpful, especially for coping with grief, chronic pain, and ptsd recovery. They were accessible when I was new to meditation, and they are still useful after a few years of regular practice and cycling through the episodes. Many thanks to the podcast creators!

    Best Guided Meditations
    I've been listening for many years, and love Mary's voice and approach to meditations. I hope they continue to release more episodes, but I love cycling through the old episodes as well. My favorite ones are "Intuitive Self-Healing," "Inner Child" and "Emotional Ease" as well as "Deep Rest" for sleep. Thank you very, very much for these gifts!

    My go-to Meditation Podcast
    This is by far my favorite meditation podcast. I fall asleep to one of several episodes most nights, and I especially appreciate the “Beyond Pain” episode when I have a migraine and/or other chronic pain. I find Mary Maddox’s voice is very soothing, there are no ads, and no jarring interruptions at any point.

    Best guided meditation podcast out there! I’ve been subscribed for over 4 or 5 years now and it is the podcast I recommend most to friends and colleagues who are interested in guided meditation, but don’t know where to start. I listen to the older ones over and over again, especially those for anxiety and sleep difficulty, and they help so much! Mary Maddox’s voice is so calm and soothing and perfectly paced which helps me enter a meditative trance fast and stay there.

    The Best I’ve Ever Used
    I have been dealing with a painful injury that makes me anxious and afraid. I tend to be an anxious person and this situation has, at times, put me over the edge.     Simple selection, effective practice
    I’ve returned to the Rest in Stillness meditation many times over several years and very different seasons. I appreciate the options here without feeling overwhelmed. The constant updates and variations on other “mindful” podcasts or apps are the clutter and busyness I seek to set aside in practicing meditation.

    I’ve been listening to this podcast for years. As a child, I wasn’t taught how to go to sleep and I struggled with falling asleep my whole life! I found this in 2016 when I was 34. I feel like it’s become a part of me now. I’ve listened thousands of times, and the strange thing is, it feels like I hear new things every time. It’s like my body learns a new code. I like “Relax into Sleep.” Best. Also wee hours if something really stressful wakes me up (like pain or a life worry). Thank you for this glorious gift Mary. You’ve added so much value to my life. Probably extended it! So much gratitude.

    A Soothing Suprise
    I honestly didn't know what to expect when I first tried this. I've been dealing with a lot of stress and anxitey and was looking for an outlet. At first, I thought it was a little silly but as I gave it a shot, Mary Maddux's voice is actually very calming. I found I could use it at work in moments of panic or at home at bed time. What an enjoyable and soothing suprise this Podcast is! When I use it for sleep, I find I wake more reseted and the Mini Breaks for Work or Study and Meditation for Meetings have been such a big benifit at work! I would recommend this to even the most skeptical. It does help! Thank you Mary Maddux! I hope you keep this podcast going! Update - still using. Still loving. One of the meditations for medical trauma that came out during COVID really helped after my first possible contact exposures and at the height of some bad COVID anxiety. It’s been more of a life line to help destress and sleep. I’d give it more stars if I could.
