jo (she/they)So wonderful! This podcast has been an incredible education for me! As someone who has worked with kids for a long time but is not yet a parent, Simone and her guests are impeccable resources! The podcast has given me so much hope about the joy of witnessing children’s blossoming into themselves in a respectful, curious way! Highly recommend, especially those moving toward their parenthood journey!

marieffffffThe woke mob will never be satisfiedA recent guest on the podcast was talking about how she had a picture on Instagram of her children’s books that showed a “diversity” of characters. Someone from the woke mob commented that this was not enough as the authors of the books were not “diverse”, and instead of the guest telling this nut job to mind her own business, the guest started talking about how she needs to “examine her own biases” or some similar mumbo-jumbo to that effect. It was utterly nauseating I had to turn the podcast off right there.

AndreainthewoodlandsA Place for Positivity and LearningThank you for creating this podcast! Simone has such a thoughtful and kind way of presenting information about teaching, parenting and living life. I have come away feeling inspired and grateful that there are podcasts like this that encourage a more peaceful type of education and parenting, whether your child goes to Montessori schools or not. There are applicable tips for everyone. I also just enjoy the Simone as a host, its like listening to a good friend. Side note- when is season 3 coming???

homebirtherPedophilic conversationsFell right into the liberal politics unfortunately, they’re talking about “only giving our children two options for gender” please stop worrying so much about our children’s genders, it’s psychotic, thank you

shark videoMy go-to parenting podcastThank you, Simone, for interviewing very interesting people and for sharing your wisdom! This is one of my favorite podcasts and I look forward to tuning in every week. Each episode includes so many concrete examples that I can apply to my toddler and to our at-home Montessori environment.

Tinamou00Changing the way I show up in the worldI originally posted a negative view of this podcast, not understanding why Simone delved into her personal family life on the first episode. But I’ve come to appreciate the context she provided for the work she does and have been impressed and totally inspired by her guests in following episodes and by her Q&A episode. This podcast has become my go-to for parenting in the same way her book, Montessori Toddler, has. As I learn more about the Montessori approach, I see all of my relationships changing for the better. I not only respect my toddler more, but that openness and empathy has extended into my interactions with my husband, other family members, friends, and strangers. Thank you so much for providing support and resources for those of us who want to help make the world a better place. <3

Lexie1383Great Weekly Check-InI loved reading Simone’s book and like to use it as a reference guide, however I found myself forgetting the philosophy or advice. The podcast has proven to be a great way to keep all the wisdom of the book fresh in my mind, while adding to the ways we can incorporate Montessori into all types of places and situations. I find myself looking forward to it every week as a place of peace, calming, and thoughtful dialogue.

SobsqjodcjdxnlltcAdbmkgcsnWonderful podcastThird time mom, first time Montessori follower. I’m still very much a beginner in this world of respectful parenting, but already I see such a difference between my two older(“traditionally” raised) children and my third child. I’m reading and learning what I can and I’m so happy I found this podcast!
-

Terri Nelligan-DavisSo informativeI am loving this podcast! Simone does such an excellent job explaining the Montessori methods in a way everyone can understand and relate too. It has help my husband and I get a better grasp on Montessori methods in our daily life. Her calm demeanor and well thought out information is a must for any person interested in Montessori, whether you are new to it or not. I’ve already recommended Simone’s book, social media pages and this podcast to everyone that will listen to me talk about Montessori.

Carmen from The WoodlandsSo far, so good!I recently stumbled upon The Montessori Toddler book, started reading it, and through the book, found the website. My kids do not go to a Montessori daycare but I always love learning about new parenting methods so I can better my approach and thinking. Since starting the book, I have already reorganized some of my kids’ spaces in the houses and rethought how I approach activities with them. I am so excited to now have the opportunity to continue learning through this podcast. I love her interviews and tips thus far. Can’t wait to hear more! Sincerely, your new fan, Carmen.
