KarlaBeaExactly what Busy Moms NeedEpisode 333, *How Can a Busy Mother Get Back to the Essentials*, was exactly what I needed to hear. As a mom, it's so easy to get caught up in the endless to-do lists and obligations, but Rachel’s advice in this episode helped me refocus on what truly matters. Her tips on prioritizing and simplifying were like a breath of fresh air, reminding me to let go of the non-essentials and focus on what brings real value to my life and my family. This episode is a must-listen for any mom feeling overwhelmed by the chaos of daily life.

KaJoNoBeThe Best Mommy PodcastShe is validating, sincere and a pleasure to listen to. I’ve learned so much in each 30 minute segment. I’ve been listening for a few years, and since our kids are similar ages, I know I will be listening for many more. These podcasts have been a tremendous guide to my motherhood journey. Thank you, Rachel!

Sara Listens to PodcastsPractical helpful kind information for momsI’ve been listening to 3 in 30 since someone gifted me the flecks of gold journal over a year ago and have found it so helpful as a mom of young kids. A mom who misses good insightToo much salesI used to love what she had to say.. but recently is more just “buy my course” “buy my journal”. I miss the actual podcasts.
-
Eph01267Helpful but intros are always too longI’ve only listened to 3 episodes and have enjoyed them all so far. My only criticism is that I’ve never listened to podcasts where the intro/promo is so long on every single episode. It’s especially annoying considering how short the shows are. Must you sell your services on every single episode?
-

Rachel has a gift for hosting a podcast- she is kind, insightful, thoughtful, and well-spoken. Her personality really shows through in this podcast and she is truly amazing. I am often in awe after listening to her episodes. I would be friends with her in real life if I could! She interviews wonderful, knowledgeable people and I often leave feeling inspired. I have been able to implement things from her episodes that have really made an impact on my life. This podcast (and Rachel) are truly amazing and I would 100% recommend it!

ADuff8312Rachel (and the show) are seriously amazing.I love Rachel’s take on podcasting. It’s so nice to have three actionable items in every episode that i can take and apply in my own life, coming from someone in a similar place as me who understands what I go through. I love this show, and love what I’ve learned from it. Rachel’s style makes me feel like I’m having a conversation with a friend at my house and she’s just the best.

KeepItKeeleyUplifting, inspiring, applicable, attainable!I love this podcast so much! I originally learned about it at a “Favorite Things” party years ago. I have been hooked ever since and recommend it over and over. I don’t partake of a lot of “self-help” media. I was drawn in by some of the different holiday and/or tradition type episodes. Once I listened to a couple of those, I decided to go to the beginning and listen to them all! This podcast is so inspiring and the best part is that inspiration is attainable! I draw so much goodness from each episode that I wish I could expand my brain capacity in order to do ALL of it all at once. I used to save the episodes I really enjoyed and knew I wanted to go back to, but soon realized, I was saving more than I wasn’t. Even the episodes I don’t think are applicable to me or my phase of life STILL have something to take away. I am not a words person and I honestly can’t find the words to convey how much I truly love this podcast. Rachel is such a kind and genuine person. I’ve reached out to her a couple of times over the years and even as busy as she is, she has always responded! The first time I sent a message and she actually responded, I totally geeked out! I couldn’t believe it, haha! Love her! Love the podcast! So thankful I found it!!
-

DimantryopusGood break downsSometimes talking a problem out with friends is a great way to give you new ideas on parenting, and sometimes listening to a podcast of breakdowns is a good way to get new ideas in a new perspective. This is a good podcast for that.

Kaylaruth12Best Podcast and not just for MomsThis podcast just gets better and better. I feel like Rachel is just a truly good person and it’s a blessing to have her spread the good to others. The podcast is always quality, thought provoking, and inspires me to be a better mom and person. It doesn’t leave the guilt trip that so many other parenting advice podcasts and pages do. I feel like Rachel could be my real life friend because of her compassion and how genius she is. This is one of the few podcasts that I have consistently listened to for years. There is something for every season of motherhood.
-
Whitstal123Uplifting PodcastAs a first time mom I have found the 3 in 30 podcast so valuable! I suffered through infertility for almost a decade before my son was born via IVF (I feel I can relate to Rachel on a lot of things) I thought being a mom would be so easy because I had been wanting it for so long, boy was I wrong. Being a mom is hard, tiring, and sometimes lonely. I was so grateful to find this podcast because she has so many wonderful topics that I think all moms need to hear, regardless of the age of your child(ren). It’s sure helped me to enjoy being a mother more. I’ve loved the topics on finding joy in motherhood, getting rid of mom guilt, organizing ideas, and ways to find more time in your day. Do yourself a favor and listen to this podcast, you won’t regret it!!
-

AAHenrieIVF mom of 2My friend recommended this podcast a few years ago and I love it. It’s the first podcast I had ever listened to and still one of my go-to favorites. I love the length of the episodes, perfect for listening to while making dinner or running errands. Rachel is a great host and she has amazing topics and guests that are very relevant and useful.
