Johnny PietKosta RulesMichael Kosta’s masterful blend of tennis, politics, news, and jokes is like no other podcast out there. He is poignant, open, honest, and real with every take, whether I agree with it or not. This is not a fully tennis podcast and it’s all the better for that. Keep up the good work Michael. We very much appreciate the effort!

Hit M HiSeems honest/is funny. He’s funny- and he likes to share news-ish stories. I would have never listened to Novak on 60 min- but he played a few clips - and it was interesting- and not that painful- and as a result, my view towards Nole is more neutral— and now it’s easier to watch more tennis because I can tolerate Nole. I'm better off for listening. thank you- great work! ;)

Elder in OregonI never missed a podcastI wish they were on more than once a week, but he’s a busy guy, so keep em comin! Congrats on the daily show host! You should be the permanent one.
-
moitoriYou’re funnyHey Michael. Been a fan of yours since the daily. Enjoy your opinions except the one about Alcaraz. You’re not giving him his due. He’s amazing to have such a good head as well fantastic moving and shots at his young age. You have good tennis knowledge so get with the program DUDE!!

306mphLove Kosta’s podcast!I love this podcast! Tennis anyone of course has great tennis content and results (which admittedly i don’t have too much time to follow outside this cast). But more than that, what really sets this podcast apart from any other tennis media is his excellent insight and commentary on professional athletes and what goes down at the top level of sport. You get an unfiltered, “tell it like it is”, insider view on professional tennis. Kosta discusses everything from prize money, to sponsorship deals, to mental game, to how top athletes train and think, to strategy discussions from a former d1 coach, to how to train your kid, to athlete scandals, even the latest gossip and locker room talk and plenty of trash talking mixed with some real talk about life and what’s going on in the word. It’s so refreshing to hear someone publicly critique the sport and athletes with no filter whatsoever. As a former professional athlete myself in another racket sport and Team USA coach- the podcast is very relatable and applicable to other sports and the discussions remind me of conversations one hears on tour between athletes. A++

The Radical SabadikalGreat pod!My favorite podcast. It is funny, thought provoking, and has great tennis banter.

menchpointKosta’s an originalThe show is hilarious, insightful, and on point. Writing because this is the kind of show we need more of. Also I beat my boy Kosta in a liveball point once so should even the scales. Keep it up!

matt arthurLoving the podcast!I love listening to this podcast, and I look forward to it each week. Entertaining, funny and educational.
-
Greasy GrassFun, informative, great personality and styleTerrific personality, fun to listen to, knows tennis as a competitive junior and through college at Illinois and into lower ranks of pros…doesn’t take himself too seriously. Very much enjoy
-
KMW73Great show with Hannah BWould love to hear more tennis pods from the two of you. Loved the perspectives, insights, and humor!
-
King MillonSimply the BestFor years I've been searching for a fun tennis podcast that didn't just repeat the same talking points over and over again. I love that Kosta isn't afraid to give his opinion and go on tangents. I look forward to listening every week, and crave more tennis content by Kosta.
-
cjeicxjrkfkBest tennis podcastMy favorite tennis podcast. Comes at it from the perspective of a true fan which I appreciate.
-
tennisforallTennis AnyoneI love “Tennis Anyone with Michael Kosta”, wonderful podcast. Great tennis commentary. Keep them coming.
-
minitennisBrave predictions! You’re a brave man, making those predictions! Good luck! Appreciate your take on Fritz, he does have that spoilt brat behavior in court, don’t enjoy his matches
-
SouthworldKOSTA IS FUNNY! And knows Tennis.Big Daily Show fan, also life-long tennis player (now I can only play pickleball; take it easy Kosta)anyway… I saw KOSTA on the tennis channel and immediately wanted to hear his take… it’s pretty great. Wish it was more frequent during slams; nonetheless, I love it. I love him. I love his musk. We should play pickleball together; what? Sorry I got carried away. I recommend you give it a real long hard listen. Seriously let’s play though; hit me in the DMs. 😬

DaniQueensNYCTennis podcast for real peopleLove this podcast, Kosta makes me laugh every week while talking tennis. His insights and true life tennis experience make this very enjoyable and personable. You feel like you know Michael! Anyone who follows the tour on a regular basis should listen to this podcast.

Brian DillmanI-L-L KostaAs a former fighting Illini tennis player and a huge fan of stand up comedy, Tennis Anyone might be my favorite podcast (and I listen to Smartless). Except, I was actually playing competitive tennis today, and I was going to hit a winner, when I should’ve hit it behind the guy, and I lost the point. I screamed KOSTA!!! I swore at you up and down because we all know what I should have done! Thank you for being an advocate for Tennis, for speaking your mind and saying things that lots of us think but, don’t say ourselves. Thanks for telling the younger generation it’s not their fault. Thanks for blaming the parents. Keep up the podcast and I’m sure we will come see you live sometime soon. If your in a Chicago and want to hit some balls, I can hook you up! csfamily1Greatest PodcastI love this podcast. I first saw you at the John McEnroe Foundation comedy night and just loved that your background is all tennis. I heard you mention your podcast and have been listening to it since. I even listen to the older ones. The one about that crazy night at the Open last year was so good…I got stuck there as well. Thank you for this podcast. I love how it combines tennis and the world news and comedy. It’s just so perfect and so entertaining. Please keep it up!
-
Jmh0821Absolutely Love it!This podcast was virtually made for me! Between the focus on tennis and Michael’s sense of humor my only complaint is the episodes are too short. I could listen to Michael give his tennis takes for hours! Keep ‘em coming!

AustinTxDaveTennis Stuff, Other Stuff, and a LaughThis is a great tennis related podcast! Kosta’s takes on tennis stuff and other stuff is sometimes insightful but usually funny but sometimes a little sad (Phosphorus episode). Though I know that Kosta is so good at tennis that he won’t just play with anyone, I think I have what it takes! I’m basically a 4.5 - 6.5 all world player. I’m 6.5 easy when my drive slice is humming. I can bring the balls. They won’t be new but me and my buddies only hit with them for like 4 hours the day before. I will be bringing my elderly dog, who does happen to bark at adult men running around loudly. Also, I usually don’t bring enough water and will need to borrow some so you should probably bring extra. Let me know when you want to hit!
-
TinMan12Brightened my dayI enjoy listening to your podcast. I am a huge tennis fan and I love your analysis. I haven’t laughed this hard in a long time! By the way, I watched Sam Querrey hit 10 aces in a row against James Blake at a small tournament in Indianapolis. Amazing stuff!

Bonnie410Like this podcastYes Medvedev was number one briefly. Sabalina is not Russian. She’s from Belorus If you have the ATP/WTA app all the info is there Yes the switching from Tennis channel to Peacock to NBC is HORRIBLE. Other times they switch to ESPN but they of course don’t tell you I’m a big fan of Medvedev so I like when you talk about him. I’m retired sort of so I watch a lot of tennis. The women get the short end always. They should show more doubles. Luckily Coco plays doubles. Everyone wants to watch her. You might do more podcasts. I’d listen Bonnie Walker
-
Tina PghTina RNew to this podcast. I love Kosta’s real/non pc take on all things tennis. He says what most fans are thinking. Wish he would do more shows during slams…could listen daily.

Little K CPATennis Balls in CartoonsCongrats on your new baby girl! Thanks for consistently posting fun tennis & life podcasts. I enjoy listening! My husband and I had our first baby boy last year and we have gotten hooked on a Disney cartoon called Bluey, about a blue heeler dog and her family. Very tolerable cartoon for adults, yet super kid friendly. A fun fact about this cartoon is that the animators/writers have placed a tennis ball hidden somewhere in every 7-8 minute episode (after all, it is a show about dogs). But it’s kinda fun to look them. I thought this might be interesting to you going back to your discussions on where we find tennis in our lives. Now that you have a new little baby, check it out if you can! Good, clean background noise. Anyway, good luck on the Daily Show! Will be tuning in!

MultiraterKosta Doin’ BusinessMichael Kosta is a down to Earth guy doing what he loves. Find myself turning off the noise on TV to see if he’s posted a new episode. It’s like having an old friend over for a nice long one-sided hilarious chat...One of the best parts of my week!
-
Greenest StarBest tennis commentatorMichael Kosta is the best tennis personality on TV. This podcast is great. His analysis is interesting and comes from a place a real knowledge and he’s a comedian so he’s actually interesting to listen to. I am so grateful this podcast exists and I wish he was commentating on love matches on TV. Michael, from one tennis fan to another, thanks for making this podcast.
-
Stason MetcalfNot a (good) tennis podcastHe’s not terrible but over the last year it’s been less about tennis than about his comedic ideas. He’s sorta interesting but, although obviously a tennis fan, doesn’t really know much about the pro game or what’s happening. Also, his agreement with banning Russian players seems bizarre and misguided. The one good thing? He’s a big Novak Djokovic fan! That almost redeems this podcast.
-
George SoulFunny, but might frustrate hardcore tennis fansFun to listen to, funny, but he doesn’t seem to watch or know much about current tennis. But he obviously was a fantastic player himself and knows a lot about the game in general.
-
syaussiLove this showLifelong tennis player here - Kosta has the best insight, is freakin hilarious, and is fair and honest.
-
Jimbo825Dare I say…Honest, funny, sincere, loves pickleball.

JKATZER7Great podcastGreat podcast and I love the content!! BTW, I played at Ohio St. with Ty Tucker!! GO BUCKS!!! You’re great on this podcast and the daily show. CONGRATS!! Best of luck at Indian Wells!! Can’t wait to watch and hear what you have to say. GO BUCKS!! Michael, Did you see the video of Djokovic’s team preparing a water bottle for him during his match vs Rune? His team was putting something in the water bottle and then blocked the camera with their backs when they noticed someone recording them. Looked very suspicious. Check it out. GO BUCKS!!

sizzle90291Love this show.Kosta is hilarious. Love this show and Michael’s hot takes on tennis and life in general. Tennis anyone sizzles with funny.
-
10isFan#1Funny, irreverent take on tennisI listen to a lot of tennis podcasts and this one stands out. Kosta never takes himself too seriously and offers up a different take on tennis than you’ll find anywhere else. I like hearing his opinions even when I disagree.
-
Lisa ServeMasterGreat advice on teaching kids to throw and pronationMicheal raises great points in his podcasts. One in particular “Kyrgios Red Meat” has a few minutes talking about kids throwing and probating for the tennis serve. He mentions me and my product for which I am grateful. He’s 100% right. Teach your kids great throwing technique to help them in many sports, not just the tennis serve. Probating is confusing and counter intuitive but must be understood and learned Thank you, Lisa Dodson (ServeMaster)

Walking & talkingA different takeWhat a refreshing voice. I love listening to lots of different tennis voices, but when I heard this one, I really felt as though was getting to hear an independent opinion. Good luck with finding an agent, although perhaps that would change you.
-
YaacoubHark#864 is #1!Kosta’s the best! My favorite weekly podcast, best mix of tennis and non-tennis topics while being hilarious. Time for some merch, Michael!!!
-
Scott KellanderartWhat a find! Love Tennis, have loved Kosta. Smart, fun. YEAHMichael loves tennis, has great insight as a former player, and he talks direct to the listener, unvarnished, unedited. Fun, smart, responsible, talks about life too. Wow, great show! So glad I found it.

jfchenuclaI 💗 Michael KostaWhat can I say that hasn’t already been said about this podcast and Michael? The first time I listened to this podcast, I knew I’d love it as soon as I heard the opening music because it’s the same opening music from Breakfast at Wimbledon, which is one of my favorite memories from my childhood. Waking up at f’g 6am or whatever to watch Wimbledon in the summer with my dad on ESPN (or NBC if it was the later rounds). Back when they used to show tennis on regular TV! I assume it holds the same nostalgia for Michael, which is why he’s using it. Very nice touch! Note to Michael: if you ever get divorced, please call me. 😆

🤡🤡🤡😶😶😶😎😎😎Kosta is the bestExcellent, well thought out, topical content delivered perfectly by a great comic & personality. Topics are all relevant and all dialogue feels very personal and direct. In a world full of fake content and idiotic comments, Kosta is a refreshing voice on a lot of current events as well as tennis. I love watching Kosta grow his image over the years. It’s hard to find content as real as this. Huge fan! -Leeds

Kasey M 1216Game, set, match, Kosta. 😊You don’t have to like tennis or know what’s happening in pro tennis to like this podcast. Hilarious and says it like it is. Kosta is funny.
-
tnns1234BEST TENNIS PODCASTI’ve tried to listen to a bunch of other tennis podcasts before I found this. None of them compare in any way to how good this podcast is. Every Tuesday morning, I look forward to hearing the next episode. Kosta makes tennis funny, while being serious at the same time and his interaction with viewers is incredible. Really hope this podcast gets recognized soon, a bunch of people are missing out on this hidden gem of a pod.
-
HehdjsjsnanaMichael Kosta wins in straight sets! His professional tennis insight is excellent. His personal stories of tennis are endearing. His occasional comments on the world outside of tennis are thought provoking. All the while he manages to make me laugh! He is the ambassador of tennis for recreational players here in Seattle!! We can’t get enough and want to hear more from him!
-
Mpasciu1Love this podWhether it’s praising Ash Barty’s ability to wear down opponents, talking about his experience and struggles as an up-and-coming pro, or even a non-tennis pod about spending a week as a survivalist with the season 6 winner of Alone, Michael is always engaging and funny. I look forward to starting out each week with his pod.
-
CiscoivNeeds one minor tweak! If Kosta could add time stamps—it would be near perfect. Some days we just want to skip to the tennis talk and analysis. On the latter, I do wish he gave us more of his insight on point construction, tennis gear, his latest tennis playing, and more match analysis with advanced metrics. So perhaps two tweaks.
-
Abster667Game, set, match, KOSTA!I found the Tennis Anyone podcast through Michael Kosta’s hilarious comedy and boy am I glad I did. I don’t know anything about professional tennis, more listen for the comedy and because he’s from the same hometown as me (Ann Arbor, MI - Go Blue!) but I’ve honestly learned a little about the tennis world now thanks to him! For real though it has all the makings of a great podcast. It’s not super long, touches on current events, makes fun of living in New York, and he is relatable and doesn’t take himself too seriously. Give it a listen, you won’t be sorry!
-
🇨🇦in🇺🇸So much fun!I love listening to Michael’s honest thoughts on what’s currently happening in the world of tennis along with his stories from his playing days at all levels. Everything is balanced with some much appreciated comedy and laughter. I look forward to listening to this podcast every week.
-
JONNEETgreat pod on all aspects of tennis on and off courtMichael does a great job of talking about tennis at every level from the pro tour to the state of participation in the United States. Everything he says comes from a lifetime of experience with a comedic edge one would expect from a succesrul standup comedian. Highly recommend
-
Dyl1233Therapy?Listening to Michael feels like therapy sometimes. Maybe it’s because he’s gone thru some tough times in life, but I like his general outlook on life and try again attitude. That comes thru in his stories and hilarious commentary. Love this pod.
-
Jeff SD - 3013Great podcast - variety, wit, humor, storiesI enjoy tuning in each week for a quick recap on tennis and more. Love what you’re doin Kosta, keep it up!
