    Seriously the best source I have found for evidence-based nutrition. Whenever I feel myself slacking I go back and listen to episode 1 to get me back on track with the basics. I have recommended to many of my friends who are struggling with dieting. It’s not meant to be race, it’s a lifestyle change. I love the suggestions not to wipe your whole day if you “fail”, just start with the next meal!

    I was looking for a good podcast on health and nutrition and I felt they were all so commercial. This podcast feels so genuine. The tips that she gives are realistic for those of us with busy lives. She really gets to the core of bad habits and weight loss. Not just the work that needs to be done physically, but the internal work that needs to be done in the mind.     You guys. This is the best podcast for science based, no non-sense, myth busting information.     First poscast that I’ve stuck with!
    I’ve been trying to get into podcasts recently, but hadn’t found any that I enjoyed/related to/wanted to continue. I was hoping to find something to listen during my daily walks, but almost always ended up going back to the same old music. I’ve followed Leanne on InstaGram for quite awhile now and love her content on there, but only recently discovered that she has this podcast! I don’t know how I missed out for so long, but I’m glad I finally made the connection! I’m only a few episodes in, and have LOVED every single one so far. I feel like all of the information is so personally relatable, so pertinent and SO important. Some of the topics are not easy conversations to have for some people, but Leanne addresses them anyway because they are conversations that NEED to be had, but not everyone knows how to start. With everything going on in the world today, mental, emotional, and physical heath are SO important. Leanne’s podcasts touch on such a variety of aspects of health, and is such an easily accessible tool for people to utilize during these times of isolation. I find myself extending my walks just to keep listening to her podcasts! I look forward to my walks so much more now, and am excited to make my way through all of Leanne’s episodes. Thank you for such wonderful content!

    The stars aligned when I found Leanne Ward’s podcast. I’m a life long runner and seemingly healthy from afar, but I was missing the nutrition part of the pie.     I started listening to Leanne’s podcast ever since COVID-19 broke out. I’m working from home and I listen to a few a week! I’m actually a future Registered Dietitian and this podcast is so assuring on the things I learned and what I believe in. She clears up and false information provided by non-nutrition social media influencers who think they know about nutrition but don’t!     I can’t thank Leanne enough for this podcast. I was working with a personal trainer and and nutritionist who was putting me on all of these strict diets that were unsustainable and left me feeling like a failure. Her approach of moderation, just paying attention to when you’re full, eating slowly, and advice for social and emotional eating is exactly what I needed to hear and has given me back the confidence and tools that I need to accomplish my health goals.     I was recommended this podcast by a friend who is a personal trainer in NYC. Since I’ve embarked on a fitness journey I’ve been battling with a plethora of how to’s, what to do, what not to, eat this, don’t eat that, and it gets highly overwhelming & frustrating. Podcasts like these that give good solid factual evidence based info helps me to narrow down what i want out of this and how to achieve it in a realistic sense. My gut health is currently the biggest battle and the latest episodes with DrrachelNYC & Dr. Sarina Pasricha have been so great to hear & learn from. I’m looking forward to more episodes to shine light on this gut health issue i face and keep me positive as I navigate the science of eating for my body. Thank you for your content!

    While I don’t struggle with bloating too much (thank God) I have struggled with body image and cyclical dieting since I was in 5th grade ! Leanne’s approach, knowledge and values are helping me get to where I want to be- in a happy, healthy relationship with food and myself. I’ve tried so many methods to regaining control over food, but this is the kick in the butt I needed to really start. I wasn’t sure I would ever be able to let go of my obsessions with ingredients or counting macros, but content like this is amazingly helpful and fun! Thanks Leanne :)

    Hello, my IG handle is bbridley. First off I didn’t know I could listed to podcasts on Spotify. I listed to 5 top reasons why you’re not building muscle. I got to say I am guilty of thinking some of those reasons. I really like the specific information given, very helpful to someone that is a newbie at working out, it’s hard to see all these workout videos online but not know how to properly do them yourself, I definitely need a technique corrector as you called yourself in the podcast. Hearing the 5 most common fat loss mistakes next on Spotify:).
