cat lady 03How emotions manifest in the body as painThis was excellent. I have had chronic pain myself for decades. I met Jim in October 2023 nerve lock treatments. I can learn physical exercises for my health, I understand the concept of stress causing pain. after listening to this podcast, I can honestly say that I get it what he’s been trying to tell me. I would definitely be interested in knowing what kind of path a person goes on to read the body of trauma stored pain. Somatic exercises, what kinds of therapy for the brain? I would also like to know what a person does if they don’t have a partner to have sex with? How do they have that connection that gives our body that dopamine that Jim talks about. 🙏🏻

LazyShenanigansFast like a girl episodeI was really looking forward to this episode and getting some useful points as I have a friend who keeps trying to convince me of IF. After listening, I don’t feel I could come with any refutable evidence. The last half of the episode got slightly better but not by much.

MAMA MIA LIALanguageGood information but the use of the F bomb as an adjective makes you sound uneducated.
-
Blessed for SureFast Like a Girl ReviewSorry, this is a horribly executed episode. You start off reviewing her book and one of you didn’t even read it. ???!! It’s NOT a good look for the validity of your podcast. Many of the points you make (the ones opposing HER points) are taken out of context. You keep saying “I don’t know what she means by this, maybe she meant”. etc…. Why not have her on as a guest and ASK her. Totally turned off by your podcast.

katekline918Such an informative podcastThis is one of my favorite podcasts. It is always full of information that is easy to implement in my daily life. There has not been an episode where I haven’t learned something new! Bonus points because Kitty is hilarious!
-
Holly living lifeCould have been great without the awful language! She has such good info but her mouth is worse than a drunken Sailor’s. So disappointed because I would have really enjoyed joining her program but I feel it’s very offensive and super unprofessional to speak in such a crude way. Constant F Bombs, sounds like a bunch of annoying teenagers trying to impress their dumb friends while proving they have a limited vocabulary.

mgbrakeHelped me get over dogmatic food beliefsIn my mid 30s I became a bit obsessive with food. I did loose weight but I got burnt out. Covid hit and I just dived into emotionally eating and drinking. I’ve been wanting to make a positive change back but couldn’t bring myself be so locked into keto or something. I feel like a really healed a fear of sugar. Also love their sense humor. Ig @marciabrady79

Addison GaetanoReviewThis podcast has helped me immensely since graduation from college and leaving college athletics behind. I was a D1 soccer athlete and always did crazy amounts of cardio and would binge eat since I wasn’t getting proper nutrition. This podcast helped me formulate a lifting plan, as well as fuel myself properly with food! I listen to just about every podcast! My instagram handle is @addisongaetano

AmyskiizSo thankfulI find Kitty from a friend who wanted help with healing hormones and generally gaining great knowledge pertaining to women’s health. Kitty is so honest and down to earth with her information and what will be hard, failures and highlights how important consistency is. I self sabotage and Kitty has helped me to slowly get off this train and tell myself it’s okay if I messed up a meal, I don’t have to ruin my whole day because of one meal. As someone who is struggling with stress, hormones, mental health and more generally motivation “how to get started”, kittys podcasts are invaluable. I now listen while I walk every day to get my steps in. I’ve started weight lifting and tracking my meals. I’m not perfect at it but every day is a win. Thank you Kitty and Craig and if you’re struggling with any of the same things or similar this is your sign to listen to this podcast and trust the process. Take baby steps like I did, if you need to. I can’t wait to see how much I can achieve! My instagram is Amyskiiz and I love seeing your stories and content so keep it up!
-

JessGroen@jess-groenendykMy favorite health podcast!! I stumbled across kitty on Instagram when I started following some pro metabolic accounts. I absolutely love her approach to pro metabolic and weightlifting. She is who she is, and she doesn’t apologize for it, which I love. Every podcast is full of so much information to help you with whatever part of the journey you are on. Highly recommend following her on social media as well!
-
Jonicurtis@joywithjoniSuch a great episode (#194) about salt!! It’s refreshing to hear about it’s positive side. Very informative podcast about why, when & how we need it. Looking forward to hearing you & Stan Efferding discuss red meat, that’s another one that gets a bad rap. Loving your podcast, thanks so much.

SanayoSK@sanayoskMy biggest regret in life is not discovering this podcast and all the wonderful people behind it, sooner. It has opened my eyes to all the unhealthy things I was doing that I thought were healthy. Kitty is so charismatic, open, honest, down to earth, and has such great energy that you can’t not adore her. I’ve been binging this podcast ever since I discovered it and can’t wait to learn more to achieve my goals. I literally just opened an Instagram account so that I can start following her and all the great people from the podcast. Thank you, Kitty, Craig, and the rest of the team!

Julie L Quinn@juls_quinnnI’ve taken a lot of info and applied it to my life from Kitty’s IG, and adding the podcast in to the mix has been next level. The more you listen the more you find the answers to all those little questions you end up having on IG but can’t find the answer to! The detail is what I love about the podcast. Being able to dive deeper into these important and helpful topics. Kitty is such an inspiration to women of all ages!

-
han.maserRefreshing perspective!I found Kitty through her guest spotlight on the Freely Rooted podcast (one of my other favorites!). I have been taking the deepest of dives into TRUE women's health, and healing my metabolism to be the strongest, best version of myself I can be. Learning THE MOST and can't believe how "counter cultural" so much of this content is, even though it's the way our bodies were designed to live and function! SO grateful to be redirected back to my roots. I also have a tonnnn of skin damage from the sun, and JUST started oil cleaning with Saturee... to say I literally saw a huge shift in my skin in THREE DAYS is no joke. I'm in love. BIG fan, and you should be too! Plus, I've been studying their accents to perfect own Australian accent... three wins in one, really 😂 @han.maser
-

MrsGilbert110914Excellent source of current research!Know better, do better. Let go of the 80s and 90s and even 2000 health ideas and nourish your body with real foods and exercise that supports your metabolism. As a child of the 80s I have seen and done all the ways to lose weight. Now I finally get to see how to thrive instead of being a number on the scale. Kitty adds valuable voices of knowledge to the world of having a healthy metabolism and I love to learn from her as nutrition and fitness evolve. @living_well.simply

Golini10Mind BlownMy body called a quits after having my son at 39 years old. I was extremely fatigued, unable to loose weight, anxious, and sick constantly. I returned to my old tricks to loose weight fast: fasting, restriction, and excessive exercise. Not only did I feel miserable, I gained another 20lbs. Depression set in as I wasn’t being the mother I know I could be. I had zero energy. I went to my primary dr and my gyn who both brushed me off. Feeling lost and hopeless I prayed to God to help me find answers. I found this podcast and was immediately intrigued. I immediately binged every episode. I had it playing while I was making dinner, walking, and even while I showered. I slowly incorporated some tips suggested and in two weeks my energy was back. That alone had me convinced that I had been doing wrong all along. I’m so excited to continue this journey. Thank God for Kitty! @kls10
-
