Dave and Chuck do a great job of mixing in their own spin on PowerTrip content along with their recap of show content. This podcast is worth a listen to fans of the PowerTrip, especially those of us who are daily listetners. It is lots of fun to feel like I am a part of this show about a show.

Love hearing the talk from the previous week, but my favorite segment is "down memory lane we go". Been listening since 2006 and was finalist for the often discussed cruise from 2008ish

This show is the best. It’s like sitting at the bar and talking about a great TV show that we all watch every day, but even better it’s a radio show that doesn’t take itself serious and is there To provide us all with entertainment with finding good laughs within the media is hard to come by. You guys rock and my lake nights in the OR appreciate your humor, great recaps, quotes of the year, and seeing the GREAT Tommy-O stealing everyone’s money. Louis

How many FM Morning Shows are there that have in-depth coverage like this. Power Trip Nation is based in the State of Minnesota with some members in the Dakotas, Wisconsin, and spread out across the country. They love the show just as much as me and we probably have been with Hawk’s sister the same amount of times. Keep it up

Great podcast ! Hawks the best

I'd have given it 3 stars until I got to Episode 8, where I could no longer take their "fandom" as they defended the entitled, pompous, king of lacking self-awareness Paul Lambert from the mildest of criticisms. It's worth listening to the episodes where they do interviews, or if you want to relive an old bit like "Hawkey sings to Zimmer" but the rest of the entirety of this podcast is just 30-45 minutes of Chris Farley-esque "Remember when you did that one thing... tha...that was awesome!" style of rehash. The audio quality is just north of potato, but listenable, Powertrip Bets seems to have a decent ability to produce the podcast and try to present a minor level of professionalism and charisma, but Powertrip Quotes just mails it in, seeming to show up on Skype, make loud noises on a bad connection, while delivering next to nothing substantive in what I can only describe as a traditional Deep North "Minne-BRO-ta" cabin accent. You know the one.. the one where the guy sounds like he's the wittiest rube on the iron range in every statement he makes. A lot of ya knoooow's.. a lot of huntin' and a lot of fishin'. Overall, if youre a huge fan of KFAN's Power Trip Morning show, it's worth giving it a shot, but probably not worth sticking around if they're never going to do anything but recap what happened in the last week or two of the show, and fawn about how much they love everyone on the show. Just so this isn't completely scathing and critical, I'll offer Some tips for improvement. The Power Trip Morning Show is rife with innuendo, inside jokes, etc.. Explore that. Point out that a reference was mage to Doogie, or Falen. and yes, you love Meatsauce, but he's also an extremely entitled, over-confident 37-year-old baby at times. Don't spend 10 minutes of your show ripping people for ripping him. The manchild is making 6 figure for being the village idiot, and throwing it in people's faces on a regular basis.. Of course people aren't going to like him.
