All of 2023 i took a “break” aka fell off of my spiritual practices. I came across this channel when i was 1 month pregnant with my 3rd baby in the middle of 2023. Since listening I’ve been so inspired by you ladies to continue my work & not shame or beat myself up for being human. Thank you for being you and creating this much needed podcast for women everywhere!

Stumbled upon these ladies a few months ago while walking my dog & literally it’s the only thing I listen to on all my walks now. Since I’m way late to the game I’ve been listening to past episodes, but have fallen in love with the realest & relatable things they speak on!

These are my girls! I listen to GMBC faithfully every Wednesday and look forward to their episodes. They helped me step into my sexuality and transmute a ton of sexual shame that I carried from my childhood. I never had any peers who were so confident and comfortable in expressing their sexuality and sitting in their sexual goddess-hood, so Erica and Milah are like those homegirls for me! I’m also a witch so i love hearing as they continue to evolve in their divinity and spirituality! So grateful for y’all and what y’all do 🫶🏿

I feel like there’s a lot of talk but not as much substance. Takes too much time to get into the episodes and their given topics.

Okay, in the spirit of transparency, I did not know what to think after reading the title, but I decided to give this a chance because it’s hard to find good podcasts with people of color. The content was much more risqué than I expected but I decided to listen with an open mind. I must say that listening to these two has made me think deeply about my parenting style and who I am as a person. The topics discussed in this show are real issues that many people won’t discuss, even among friends. It feels good to hear some truths brought to light. Certain episodes resonated with me for days after listening. I love how much self care and healing is encouraged throughout the show. I feel uplifted and motivated every time I listen to this! I’m really glad I gave this a chance, I highly recommend. Keep up the good work ladies, I will be buying the book soon!

Okay, so I only started listening to this podcast because my friend was on my helmet about it. Let me just say, I’m so mad I didn’t listen sooner!! All mamas, and women as a whole, need y’all! Keep up the great work!

When I forest started listening to this podcast, I was like “huh” lol, then the more I listened, the more it resonated with me. The rawness & authenticity is so inspirational & admiring. I love it! Keep being you, keep breaking the paint and changing the trajectory of what “moms” should look like. Because, no! Society is in for it once we take our power back! And yes I bought the book, just haven’t finished it yet 🤦🏾‍♀️.

These woman are authentic & vulnerable. In the best way. I used to think that motherhood would domesticate me and I had a lot of fear and nervousness around the idea of motherhood. The transparency they’ve been willing to share is amazing. It’s changed my perspective and showed me that you can define your experiences as you wish! Haven’t experienced motherhood yet, but I’m excited for it god willing! Appreciate the conversations they’ve shared and fearlessness to address topics. The stories are juicy too ☺️

Every episode is purposefully packed with gems & jewels applicable to Motherhood. It’s always a pleasure to listen in and feel a sense of sisterhood. Both E & J have a way of being unapologetically transparent & that’s what stands out the most. So many of their experiences are what a lot of women/mothers have lived & that’s what ignites the sense of community. Listening & watching on YouTube is always a treat. Also, their book is PHENOMENAL! It’s legit therapy.
