I really have enjoyed this podcast over the last several years. The information they share is always valuable, but also they encourage your Spiritual and emotional well being too. I have learned a lot from Jeff and the many hosts and guests.

MXU is my weekly audio Bible. MXU change my Monday to Friday because most podcast episode drop on Monday . MXU gave me strength, encouragement ,knowledge ,information and life experience . Even those I’m not yet pro build my heart to pro.. Whenever I have struggles I refine and listen again some episodes because I have not been that saturation when the first time I listened. Thanks you so much MXU team. May God bless more and more.

I have listened to this podcast since day 1. The content that Lee, and Jeff and there friends bring is incredible. I have Laughed with them, I have cried with them (RIP: Andrew) and sometimes I end up doing a lot of research to figure what the heck they are talking about 🤣🤣. I stumbled on this podcast looking for something interesting to listen too while driving. I have since listened to every episode and attended mxu live and filo because of the podcast. I have learned a lot and had fun listening and have been welcomed into this community, if your into production you will enjoy this podcast.

This is hands down the best podcast about church tech. The amount of information not just tech related but ministry and faith based is incomparable. The entire team at MXU is dedicated, talented, and smart. This podcast destroyed the spider webs and propelled me to a new level of understanding as a tech director and for that I will always be thankful. God bless you all. After watching an episode of Practical Worship where Dave Dolphin interviewed Andrew Stone, I searched these guys out and have been hooked since. While Andrew is watching us murder our mixes from above, Lee and Jeff have carried on with the great humor, amazing content and awesome interviews. You will not regret listening to these guys and if you don’t learn anything, play it again until you do.

I would encourage that this is a must have for any sound engineer. This continues to shape how I mix, gives me new ideas and challenges my ideas to see where I can get better!

Been looking for an awesome/informative and interesting podcast about FOH mixing! Listening from Cali keep it up guys I am learning a lot and would love to join a MX U event at some point.

As just a guy who is wanting to get better at understanding the process of mixing and leading a team of sound techs within my church, I can’t overstate the value of this podcast!! So many “ah-hah” moments while listening, specifically during the interview portions of your recordings. That being said, I found this most resent episode to be a bit of a let down, as there was no interview portion. By the time it ended, I realized that I would have to wait another chunk of time before getting the opportunity to learn from these guys. :( While your banter is fun and refreshing, I listen in order to grow. Please prioritize that aspect in future episodes. I rely on it more than you know!

Nuggets of wisdom and food for thought on both mixing and leadership. Great banter, wonderful selection of interviews. Binged every episode and took something away from each one. Thanks for this great work.

They’ve got too notch guests, 3 different mixing approaches between themselves, and a unified love for the church and its audio teams. Top it all off with semi-unbridled humor and Andrew Stone’s immaculate reverb (which is actually always still decaying somewhere in the world. The interview segment is worth the price of admission alone.

OK so these are the greatest podcast to feed my tech soul since never before !! I have been to 5 of 6 of these events and this podcast has the super laid back feel of the live of event but even cooler are the guests they interview. The jargon is kept at a minimum. The humor at an all time high. I can't help applying some simple methods that fit my situation. I want more, more ,more. Thank you MxU !!

Imagine being in field during a sandstorm and being hit repeatedly by stones in the face. Great insight and knowledge delivered by quality people who care so much about the WHY and how it informs the how.

Awesome resource for Audio Engineers of all types of backgrounds. They leave you with little nuggets of opinion and experince that leave my mind thinking more critically about my take on mixing.
