Just make Kylen the host. Cyrus is so hard to listen to. It’s the same fake story every time. Kerr is bad. Kuminga is the solution. Moody is a starter. Blah blah … just so much context he doesn’t understand because he wants to just bang on kerr. I listen to other podcasts. I check in to see if it is different. It’s not. Cyrus is trash. Cyrus latest episode says kerr is mediocre. Tells listener to stop talking down bob myers as mediocre and says bob Myers orchestrated four titles. Literally same Steve Kerr … but Cyrus hates one … lol hypocrite

I’ve been listening to this show since the days of Danny Leroux. I’ve enjoyed some hosts more than others. Cyrus has always annoyed me with his whinny voice and moronic basketball takes. His brilliant idea in 2022 was to sign Boogie Cousins and Carmelo. Thats proof of ignorance right there. Last offseason he wouldn’t shut up about Christian Wood. He clearly doesn’t know what he’s talking about. I think he considers himself an expert because he used to fetch coffee for Gary Radnich. I just can’t listen to his constant whining anymore. Please find a new host so I don’t have to unsubscribe. Thank you

Even though it seems like Cyrus hates on Kerr a lot, which he does, he’s right, Kerr has done good things for the Warriors but recently he doesn’t do anything if either Klay, Draymond, Curry, or Wiggins aren’t doing anything. I mean if Cyrus wasn’t a good host he wouldn’t be hosting the pod anyways

While Kerr has done a lot for the Warriors, he can’t fix the defense after losing Mike Brown and he can’t trust or develop our newer players. It’s frustrating to lose games by a few points purely because of Kerr’s line ups. I love this podcast because Cyrus says everything I’m thinking too!

I cringe every time the new host calls the Warriors star Stephen Wardell Curry. Feel like Wardell Stephen Curry deserves better and it makes me question how well this pod host knows the team.

Cyrus doesn’t understand the game. His schtick is blaming Kerr for everything bad that happens and his solution to everything is playing the young guys more. It appeals to the low basketball IQ portion of the fan base who believes the hall of fame coach is holding the team back.

It’s so tiresome to hear the host continually blame Kerr for just about everything that’s bad and give Kerr close to zero credit for what’s good. And sometime the attacks get personal. Kerr makes mistake - all coaches do. Hindsight is 20/20. And that’s fine to call out, but there is a LOT more to the warriors trouble than some of the choices Kerr has made - and even then those choices had some logic. On the flip side Kerr deserves a lot of credit for what has gone right. But this host just passes right over those points and moves on to his next set of complaints. There is no satisfying this guy. He must think he is a basketball genius. The hubris and arrogance displayed by the host is astonishing and extremely annoying. This guy knows better than Kerr how to coach the warriors? There is no reasoning behind Kerr’s moves? Kerr is just an idiot? I listen to podcasts for insightful analysis. But this podcast is just a hate show.

People write so much about Cyrus but everything he’s been saying is true about Kerr. People act as if Kerr is the best coach ever and hasn’t made mistakes. What he says is how I feel so all for it. Plus he’s most consistent warriors podcast.

Started off bad but this year Cyrus is way worse. According to him, Moody and Kuminga are all stars and the only players worth talking about, unless complaining about others. Can't listen anymore. Being in someone else!!

Cyrus is always whining. His defensiveness with people on the YouTube chat gets in the way so often. Locked On please find someone else.

The constant criticism of Kerr and the fact he blames Kerr for every perceived issue with the team makes it impossible to listen to this podcast. Get rid of him he is unhinged. His insights are absolutely ridiculous.

Your measured criticism of Kerr was correct. I did not want to believe that Kerr’s deployment of the roster would not succeed. I like the man a lot. But it is increasingly evident that more height is needed on this team and, beginning last year he should have made different decisions to develop the younger talent. Is it too late to course correct? Will he now recognize the error of his ways?

I have a really hard time listening to Cyrus. I wish Locked On would just give the show to Kylen Mills. Cyrus is so bad at this job, and I hate when he brings his political slants into the show. I’m here for basketball, not political commentary. The show is now a FAR CRY from what it used to be. I now listen reluctantly and maybe only 1 show a week, always hoping it will get better and it literally never does. I hope Locked On Warriors makes a change after this year!

I like that the host is consistent but every time I listen to he just says stupid things that force me to unfollow him. First time I unfollowed him was when he said Draymond needs to be medicated. I gave him another chance and he starts ranting about Elon Musk being a racist. I wish the pundits would just stay in their lane.

Cyrus’ constant whining about Kerr not playing the young guys has made this podcast unlistenable for me. With 6 TO in the first half of the most recent game, Cy’s love affair with Kuminga is becoming ever more ludicrous. Kuminga being traded is about the only thing that might improve this moaning, groaning, handwringing pod.

Just non stop crying

I don’t know why this show doesn’t get the love it deserves. Cyrus does an excellent job of approaching this podcast like the true fan that he is. Great analysis and I for one love to hear his recent takes on Steve Kerr, if we’re being honest. There’s so many people I see here trying to defend Steve Kerr despite him being an outright bad coach not only this season, but last season as well. If you ask me, Kerr absolutely has to go if the warriors hope to win another championship in the Curry era. I also have to give so love to Kylen Mills for making the show that much better ever since she joined the show. What it boils down to is both of these hosts really know ball. I would recommend this show to any Warriors fan.

I was really surprised to read all the negative reviews here . I’ll admit this is not my favorite Warriors pod but it is a good one and all of the Warriors pods have good and bad points. I think that Cyrus is straightforward and balanced in his criticism of the team. I don’t always agree with his take but so what? His job is to talk about what is going on with the Warriors and give his opinion and he does a very decent job with that. He also is not nearly as full of himself as some of the hosts of other top Warriors pods, which I find refreshing.

This is by far the worst of the warriors podcasts. Cyrus is so awful, I don’t know how he got this gig. I almost gave two stars, one for Kylen because she is solid. But Cyrus is the lone reason why this show is awful. No polish, no insight, annoying and unrelated references. Even a die hard warrior fan who can’t consume enough warrior content will find this one hard to listen. Find a new host.

Cyrus is terrible

Used to listen semi often but since last year, the host (Cyrus) has to constantly inject is personal political beliefs now which is disgusting for a sports based podcast. That’s NOT what a sports show should be about. Never shuts up, berates any listener who disagrees with him and won’t drop a topic such as Kerr playing Lamb and Jerome last year (which I agreed with, they were not Dubs quality of players). Just constant non stop complaining and whining. I don’t know how Kylen can stand to be a co host with such a egotistical know it all. I listen to many other such podcasts on the Dubs where people talk calmly and respectfully about the team and can be critical without being self righteous. Surprised he’s still the host honestly.

I unsubscribed last season when Cyrus took over. I came back through today, to see if he was still on, looks like he is. So it’s still deuces ✌🏾for me. But let’s make some changes. Dude’s annoying.

I try to like him. But it’s hard to continually listen to the whining takes. He has passion, for sure. But very rarely does Cyrus relent from his takes about the youngsters. Sure they need playing time, but I think you can still have quality podcasts without making it 90% about how you personally disagree with how a championship winning coach is running the team. It does sound like you know it all. It is a very difficult listen. The saving grace are your guests who sometimes call you out in it.

I stay subscribed but find that I only listen to 1 episode in 6 or 7 past the first 2 minutes. When the beginning is uninteresting I have found that the rest of the episode will be boring. This review is for the current host(s). Wes Goldberg was excellent and he was the reason that I subscribed. :added I am now down to listening to 1 in 12 episodes and don’t even listen to the introduction unless the guest and topic look interesting. Addendum 2: Cyrus has gotten worse so I will unsubscribe.

In my humble opinion is a regular quote from Cy… but he’s anything but humble. He is arrogant and his opinions are considered the final word on all subjects. Wish we could go back to Wes Goldberg or let Kylen host it with Kevin Danna

Reading the reviews truly made me lol - I found the podcast refreshing and not just a rehash of whatever is the latest narrative on sports talk radio, TV and social media. I am a season ticket holder and don’t spend that much time following Warriors sports radio - mainly since I am at the games and watching things play out in person - and on the off chance I listen to something, I am confused about what folks are talking about…since it’s usually unfounded and oftentimes a totally made up storyline and/or completely ridiculous. Stumbling upon Cyrus and this podcast, I was really surprised to hear someone explain things the way they happened and talking about real situations and issues. Whether the popular storylines come from Warriors PR, Steve Kerr or DG…I prefer to listen to real events and chime in on what actually took place. Watching the entire game is a much different thing than checking highlights and box scores - it’s not easy to do for a full season and I understand why it’s popular thinking JK hasn’t proven himself, since obviously most of you didn’t watch the season…you probably just turned on the radio and listened to someone retelling a story someone else copied from someone that watched five minutes of highlights…as otherwise you’d have been totally impressed the way JK covered for Wiggs while he was out. I mean, maybe you would have also witnessed what the way JK, Poole, and Moses played in 2022 as well…I totally recommend watching games in their entirety and then maybe what Cyrus talks about would resonate as it’s a very enjoyable podcast. It’s also okay to question if someone was super high when they made the 19th pick in the 2023 draft, as the guy is shorter than listed, has short arms, and also shoots the ball from a very low position…thems just facts and no offense intended to the actual player. Anyway, this Warriors podcast is five stars out of five.

Always appreciate a different opinion. Good insight on the team. Kylen is a bit more palatable than Cyrus.

Ultimate Hater. I’m not sure but this very sore loser mentality from Saatsaz is just not like him. Analysis credits non of the opposing teams barely any. Used to love this podcast but it’s dropping TREMENDOUSLY.

I listen to several “ Locked on” Podcasts and this dude , by far , is a home team guy. This dude will commit an entire show to a theory or a reason the Warriors lost and I can l’t find ANYONE else that shares the same opinion . If you wanna listen to a glorified Warriors twitter feed , then this is your guy . Host has very little substance , lots of conspiracy theories and has the basketball IQ of a salamander ! Not a good show and host is a bit arrogant but hard to figure out why he’s arrogant .

Kylen should take over the pod. All Cyrus does is whine and complain it’s terrible to listen to. No wonder this pod is one of the lowest rated on Locked On. Absolutely terrible.

I’m a die hard warriors fan but man this guy just whines and complains about everything when the warriors lose. Spit facts and it’s okay to give opinions but this is straight up cringe. We need a new host before I listen again.

Please change the host!!!!! He talks about the same exact grievances every single show and keeps harping on them over and over and over again. So frustrating to listen to, especially since other podcasts (who seem to have more basketball knowledge) don’t even agree with what Cyrus can’t seem to move past. I used to listen to all the podcasts but now can only listen to the ones where Kylen is also on. Too much time spent focusing on the lineups and why Kuminga needs to be playing. The other day Kylen even said they should move on and not to spend the whole episode on it and Cyrus ranted about it for another 2-3 minutes. It’s probably difficult to do a podcast after every single game and come up with new takes but way too much complaining about the bench rotations and it’s just not enjoyable to listen to. Cyrus is much better to listen to when Kylen is also there! For great warriors pods listen to light years or warriors plus minus!! Love them both! One more addition— the host is incredibly defensive to feedback on Twitter which makes listening to him even more frustrating because it doesn’t seem like he actually takes what the listeners think into account (even though the ratings aren’t good)

The current host just lacks much knowledge of the Golden State Warriors. Unfortunately his predecessor was an excellent analyst. I had previously rated it 5 Stars. But will probably unsubscribe now.

I am a t-wolves fan but my aunt is a GSW fan so I listen to this to. Just because, you know… I HATE THE GSW So as I was saying I love that Cyrus criticizes the players. I think they have to improve if thier EVER going to beat the MINNESOTA TIMBERWOLVES!!!!!!!!

Wow. This Cyrus character is an utter egomaniac & Moses Moody fanatic who ought to eat a slice of humble pie and be more receptive to feedback moving forward, or this podcast will continue to spiral.

I like his input on players. People just like crying about his rants because they disagree with him. I don't agree or disagree with him. I listen because it’s entertaining. The host is right, if you don’t like his opinions don’t listen to the podcast. I personally like his criticism especially when the Warriors are not locked in. No pun intended.
