RobtheadOutstandingThis is definitely become my favorite political podcast by someway. Outstanding journalism, well informed and mixed with humor make it a delight to listen to. I’m also struck by how much I learn about the legal system, journalism practices, etc., whilst listening.

Minkette6Quality journalism and quality witLives up to the Eye’s reputation for gleeful muckraking with tongue planted firmly in cheek. These guys are the happy-go-lucky Jack Russell terriers of investigative journalism, digging deeply and enthusiastically until they catch the prey they’re after—and the hauls they bring in are truly something to behold. I find a lot more substance here than I do in most American news outlets (although some of the stories are highly UK-specific, but that just lends a broader perspective). You’ll be better-informed and you’ll laugh a bit more too.

Doug luthmanGreat podcastIncredibly interesting and has made me subscribe to the rag. Solid work from AHM and a wonderful insight to how it’s made and what they choose. Now reading the mag, it’s a brilliant companion and interesting to see the same old names popping up (Udi Sheleg in the latest issue)

GadgetGavAn excellent companion podcastSubscribe to this excellent podcast and then subscribe to the magazine. As the last episode said they like to “bang on” but that’s just a phrase to indicate dogged investigative journalism and there’s little enough of that around these days. A British institution, long may it continue.

A busy person who likes booksTremendous podcastThis podcast as well as the magazine (Private Eye) is a fantastic way of keeping up with our best international friend and ally. It is a fantastic podcast, a “must listen,” and the magazine a “must buy!”

timwilkinsonEx-Pat lovelinessIn lieu of Lord Gnome ever putting Private Eye on the iPad, love catching up this was. Mr Murray does a smashing job of conveying the behind the scenes Eye. Who knew they had an elf.

LissaLynch73Fun!!I love this podcast, even though as an American I don't always know the background to the stories being discussed. However, the interviews are always very well done (kudos to Andrew Hunter Murray, who's not only quite intelligent but who has an excellent voice and tone) and I always learn something. I've since logged on to the Private Eye website and enjoy the stores posted there.
