This podcast has literally changed my life!
I couldn’t speak more highly of this podcast. Stefani and Noelle are both incredibly knowledgeable and they offer truly inspiring and motivating advice. They motivated me to take charge of my own health after YEARS of struggling, and I have seen my life improve drastically ever since. I also really appreciate the “new” wider range of topics they are covering. As a new mom I love hearing parenting advice and appreciate the perspective their opinions and advice bring to my life. THANK YOU Stef and Noelle. You guys are amazing!

This is my go to podcast every day! I listen while I am working, while I am in the car, while I’m at home, I can’t get enough! Noelle and Stefani are amazing together and all the guests they have on are incredible! This podcast has been a light in my life. Thank you Well Fed Women!

    Gratitude
I’ve been an avid listener for years. I appreciate Noelle & Stefani giving of their most authentic selves. They are careful and considerate with their research and stick to what they know on a given topic, handing off to the other if it’s not their specialty. They both speak passionately about their research but leave plenty of room for lighthearted conversation. They make me laugh, have taught me SO much (including doing my OWN research) and I’m forever grateful for them. Thanks for being awesome humans!

    Listening of 9 Years
Stef and Noelle are two amazing humans who want to love, empower, educate and encourage women. They seek to provide constant sources of information through research and interviews of other professionals so the listener can make their own decisions. I follow them both individually as well and am so encouraged by them. I've reached out to Noelle personally through her email chain, and she has always responded to my questions. These two are hidden gems in this world and feel like friends after all these years of listening. My suggestion is if you have questions or need clarification, reach out to them! Their motivation is always to encourage. My life has been changed because of them ❤️

    My absolute favorite!
Well fed Women is my favorite health and wellness podcast! Noelle and Steph put so much time and energy into their research with all the great information they bring to us. Their banter is witty and fun and the professionals Noelle speaks with are always intelligent and knowledgeable. I’ve learned so much over the years through this podcast. The information is always evidence based, engaging, and what her crowd wants to learn about!

    Real, Positive, and Encouraging
I am so glad I stumbled upon Noelle and Stefani’s podcast a few months ago. I find that I learn so much, and come out feeling encouraged and inspired rather than overburdened with just how much I have to improve upon. They’re funny, knowledgeable, and real. Love hearing their take on all the things. Thank you, both 😘 Adding to my review: a couple years later, and I still consider this podcast to be SO informative and helpful in my health journey. Grateful for Noelle and Stefanie and all their expertise.

    Authentic and aligned
Noelle is the most geniune host leaving a positive impact on the health world. I can tell she pours her heart and soul into the podcast offering a variety of topics but also being a voice of reason for those of us that have ever experienced body shaming or projecting from others on their body issues or over working and under eating. She also has the best recipes!

    Consistent listener
I’ve been a listener almost since day one. I appreciate that Noelle and Stefani start off catching up on their lives, which makes me feel like we are friends catching up over coffee. I also appreciate these ladies’ perspectives have shifted and continue to shift over time, allowing room for grey area and continuous learning. Noelle is great about reading the latest research and presenting it to listeners (and not just internet research but legitimate research articles). Unfortunately, I think a lot of people want black-and-white answers, but that’s not realistic. Thanks for continuing to do this work, ladies!

    Changing my rating 11/7/24
After listening for years and seeing how it’s evolved I have to change my rating. So disappointing! I’m a naturopathic physician and have noticed health advice and information that is incorrect and harmful (also aren’t podcasts/nutrition coaches in general not supposed to give medical advice?). Stefani regularly discusses pseudo scientific ways of trying to “diagnose” herself with hyper-fixation on health trends or experiments that she’ll then later mention didn’t “work” (back to the drawing board), however I’m sure a lot of people believe she’s credible and are implementing faulty advice. I’ve heard them recommend herbs that have a long list of contraindications which aren’t mentioned; they’re also recommending them inappropriately and with hardly any information around a given case. My other qualm is that they claim an anti-diet approach then regularly discuss dieting and weight loss while never differentiating between eating disorder and dieting behaviors. In a recent show they discuss a type of PCOS that literally doesn’t exist as a way to mask loss of period from eating disorder restriction, in one breath encouraging a non-restrictive approach and the next recommending one. Phew. In the past year there have been a lot of hyper-religious discussions with undertones that speak volumes. I haven’t left a negative review for anyone in a very long time so don’t write this lightly, however it feels important to name given this is a health podcast advising women in this country, and women deserve better.

    Noelle should go solo
Stefani seems so bored and sometimes even annoyed to be there, she doesn’t contribute much and when she does she is so flat it hard to listen to. I love all the parts with Noelle, I wish she had her own podcast.
  • DaniL318
    Favorite podcast
I love this podcast. All so relatable and appreciated. Noelle and Stefani are great, love their relationship. I’m a big no to wide leg pants. I’m on the shorter side, I prefer straight tapered leg so I don’t have to hem anything.

Mostly never wearing jeans these days after 3 kids. Maybe someday…

    Girl Power!
Okay maybe girl power is a bit much, but I love the not judgmental approach to life and health you ladies have! As women, we are the worst critics of one another and it really needs to stop. I would love for you guys to share more food and workout ideas. Also, I would love to hear more on the topic of body fat (i.e. percentages for women). Thank you for talking about all the things so many shy again from! Keep rocking it! Team whatever apple is on sale because inflation is stronger than my tastebuds! Team side part for most people. The middle looks way to flat.

My go-to for all things health and life
Noelle and Stefani are easily some of the best podcasters out there. I love their friendship and how they complement each other. Stefani feels like a kindred soul and Noelle is the big sister I wish I had. They’re well rounded and they hold the tension of working for health in all aspects of life but acknowledging that perfection is not achievable. They talk about all sorts of things and even when I don’t think I’d be interested in the topic, they are great at making it interesting and applying it to so many. I love them and their podcast and can’t recommend it enough!
  • It’s me Lauren
    My favorite podcast!
This is one of my favorite wellness podcasts. I know that no matter what the topic is, I will love the episode. I genuinely like listening to Noelle and Stefani discuss it all. I feel well informed and educated with topics discussed or better directed to find the proper info if they can’t provide it. They don’t bull*hit, which I love. Give it a listen, they won’t disappoint you!

I’ve been listening since day 1! I was in such a different place in my life, now I’m 31 and feel like I’ve grown up with you two. Thank you, especially recently, for your affirmation to look out for my unique needs, rest, and not feel pressured to fit anyone’s mold. My favorite episodes are Stefani and Noelle together, and even more my favorite is your life updates. I love how personal you both are and could honestly listen to you talk about your lives forever 🤗 My day starts so positive when I listen to this podcast! Please keep recording episodes as long as possible! Thank you sooooo much gals

    Favorite podcast!
I started listening to the WFW podcast about 2 years ago when I was first considering moving away from disordered eating. I stuck around for the great banter, good product recommendations, and holistic conversations. Great podcast for anyone interested in a natural and balanced lifestyle! Recommended if you are a: mom to littles; tail-end millennial; honey crisp apple lover; skinny Jean wearer (I always come back); side-parter; or someone who doesn’t know her color palette but wishes she did

Speaks to me like a friend🩷
One of my go-to’s when I want to escape my “diet culture” brain and get some really honest and sound nutrition advice. Thanks for being sincere, knowledgeable, and helping me stop trying to chase unhealthy habits in the name of aesthetics. You ladies are bright, cheery and just a joy to listen to! Keep up the fabulous work🙏🏼 Always and forever high-waisted jeans!

I am a 40 year old woman, and I have been listening to this podcast for years. They have covered such a great variety of topics relating to women’s health, that there is probably a segment on anything you want to learn more about. Love their banter and feels like such a fun way to learn.

    Love the show!
So I’m eating an apple and remembered that I still needed to write a review! Been listening for a few years and have received SO much incredible insight and advice!! It’s like sitting down with your girlfriends to chat about all of the things. I’m currently eating a Granny Smith but I’m usually team what’s on sale. I have to say though.. I do love a good red delicious! But it has to be crisp.

    My go to show
I love how this show is a mix of fun chatting and information geared for women. Listening to this show has changed my focus on how I care for my body and realizing I am not a man and my body needs to be treated differently when it comes to food, exercise and more. I also am a fellow USMC wife and so that makes me feel more connected to Noelle. I love sharing this podcasts with other friends and family. Oh and I honestly moved my hair to a center part because of you ladies! Lol. It took me a few days to get use to it but now I do love it.

I found this podcast early 2020 when I was struggling with adrenal issues and I’ve been listening ever since. I look forward to Tuesdays when new episodes come out. I love the banter between Noelle and Stefani and find each episode to be informative and relative to my life. Like Noelle, I too prefer Pink Lady Apples. Disguising a widows peak!
Love Granny Smith apples and tend to relate to Noelle more because I have kids, but I’m stuck to my side part… sorry! I just can’t make that change - I have an awful widows peak and there is other way to disguise it!
