VancarkGym podcast that gets me in the gym mindsetI love this podcast. The dieting information is great and aligns with my families beliefs, but as a teenager the best parts are how to build muscle the most effective ways. Being in sports and weightlifting is hard but this podcast has helped me to manage both.

We love discussing the many super interesting topics the guys cover at the beginning of each episode and our eating and exercise habits have slowly changed for the better over time as well. 3one5Good for the mind, body and soul.I’ve been listening to Mind Pump for over a decade as I’ve worked through my fitness journey. I saw a picture of myself at 285 and realized I was not the person I had lead myself to believe I was. While listening to Mind Pump I shed 85lbs and am now healthier and happier than I have ever been. The gentlemen at Mind Pump have provided advice and have helped me improve my mind, body and soul. The guys are uplifting, motivational and encouraging. I’ve been impacted to my core and it’s a blessing that these men are in their calling.

HopeDeboChanged my life (my husband was right!)My husband had been listening to MP for a while and always talked about it and finally after months of listening to him talk about it I finally gave it ago. It has changed my life. Truly, I listen to one to two episodes almost every day. I love saving episodes so I can go back and listen to the ones that I really like when I need reminders or ones that I know that I want to listen to! I’d venture to say that everything they say is absolute gold!

FredW365The real dealThought this was “just another” fitness podcast. Then after listening to a few interesting casts, there was one episode that described my weight loss experience (and eventual regain) to a T. Weight loss, fat loss and muscle loss and how it was all related to what I was doing with my diet and exercise. Two + years later and I’m still learning new stuff. Thank you for the content and instruction on the ‘right’ way to do things and maintain.

Hilarious and demonstrates an even larger evolution of the show and all 4 guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been listening casually for a few months and coming from a biology background, I appreciate the science based information. The mostly unfiltered perspectives of the guys have really broadened my outlook on a lot of things, fitness and life alike, and I enjoy listening to all of it, whether I personally agree or disagree. I’ve recently started listening to old episodes and have fallen in love with the podcast even more because of that! I can compare and contrast the info as it organically changes with new studies/the guys’ belief shifts/maturity/etc. The only thing I’d really like to add/change is the old episode availability. Currently it is available from ~episode 500, and I would LOVE to have access from episode 1 🙏🏻 Overall, MindPump is my all time favorite podcast and I feel like I know the guys and their families personally at this point. Keep the episodes coming and I hope they continue for a long time to come ❤️

I’ve been listening for about 7 months or so, and it’s revolutionized my outlook and mindset in how I approach my health and fitness. From Sal’s studies and research, to Adam’s no-nonsense, straightforward hard-hitters, to Justin’s down-to-earth sniper input jabs, the wealth of knowledge is pretty awesome. And I love how they’re able to interweave all this into their own personal and daily life stories. And the advice you can take from their live caller questions is amazing. I’m always looking forward to when a pod drops from them. Well done guys!

Dr. BuckmanMotivating show with some flawsThis show is helping me make a ton of progress in my overall health. Listening to them almost daily keeps me motivated and helps me keep on my diet and my programming. I’m not giving it 5 stars because they do something that grinds my gears. Almost every episode they jump into an unannounced advertisement promoting a product. I think it’s fine to promote products. I’m sure they promote good products too. I just would rather them announce it as an ad. It feels a little conniving in my opinion. Like, what else are they just getting paid to say? The audience should be informed when something is a paid advertisement and something is authentically them. I still highly recommend the show. These guys have a wealth of knowledge in the fitness space. So, a big thank you to all the people involved.

They help people with their fitness questions live on the show which I find helpful as sometimes I have a similar question. They’re very genuine which is refreshing. Definitely my favorite podcast.
