    Great Podcast - LCHF for the Whole Athlete and Person
    Great Podcast that covers being Low Carb with a view to the whole athlest and person. I appreciate the balance when speaking on LCHF as often the subject is offered up as back and white but since we are all different univerdal principles apply but the application often differs. For a podcast on my listen to regularly.

    Debbie Potts is great at interviewing guests and also getting to the true questions that need to be asked. I couldn't get enough of her on the fit fat fast podcast because she taught me about the best foods to eat and also heart rate variability.
