    Lacking depth and information
    I was very interested in several episodes because of the titles. I am experienced in fitness and love podcast on health and such where I can always learn more. Especially regarding lifting which is something I am still wanting to learn more about. I find these episodes ramble on and just surface these topics not really going into any science or depth. I will fast forward hoping to get to the goods but they never come. The dynamic is way too unstructured and has a “loose conversation” feel. Also lacks any tips and information you can apply to your life or routine, which is also a crucial piece missing.

    This podcast is very insightful. They always have great guests on and ask thoughtful and stimulating questions. They also interact very well with the guest and each other. They don’t speak over each other which many other podcast hosts do. You won’t regret listening to them.

    Amazing show!
    I’ve been listening since mid 2019 and have enjoyed hearing the hosts’ perspective on balancing fitness, nutrition, and life! This is a great podcast for those who are interested in exploring different types of fitness, switching up their regiments, and considering other components in overall wellness. Also, the “In the Black” episodes really help put into perspective what it really takes to get into the fitness industry as a trainer or a gym owner.

    Obsessed, this podcast is my go to for everything health fitness and wellness related. Informative, funny, interesting and strikes the perfect balance; every time I listen I learn something and also smile. Great guest list and love the variety of different shows. A refreshing, honest and tactical approach aspects of the industry for fitness enthusiasts as well as those working in the industry. I listen to every show when it comes out!!

    This is an extremely informative podcast and super entertaining; it makes my commute time and warm up time much more enjoyable. Love their deep dives with so many well-known and respected athletes and guests and find it refreshing that they are not trying to force-sell products or push their own agendas unneccessarily. This podcast is a must-listen!

    By far my favorite podcast - I like to enjoy my coffee in the morning with their company ☕️ Wide variety of guests, topics and podcast formats pertaining to all things fitness. I thoroughly appreciate the open mindedness and inquisitive nature of the hosts. They respond to what their listeners want and answer their questions thoughtfully, showing that they truly care about their listeners’ fitness journeys. Added bonuses include witty banter and personal anecdotes with an Aussie flavor.

    Tale of extremes.
    Podcasts range from bro fests to awesome info sessions. The descriptions are generally terrible, especially given the length of the main episodes. Put in timestamps with topics and when you're bringing on people who have done research espousing a certain mindset, you should be clear on whom they have done research on (i.e., women, minorities, ages - as all have different reactions). Be more thoughtful and professional in your approach, and ensure your guests are actually speaking into the microphone so I don't have to keep adjusting my volume.

    Smart, Intelligent Fitness Pod
    I listen to a few fitness and fitness-adjacent podcasts, and this pod is easily my favorite. They put out incredibly strong, useful content multiple times per week. Some episodes are driven more toward the athlete (CrossFitters, body builders, power lifters, and just normal gym goers will all find a ton of great information), while their "In the Black" episodes are more geared toward the gym owner. The information they provide is always smart and thoughtful, and they share their wealth of knowledge without falling into the trap of just becoming another pair of bros putting out a podcast—a fault that has driven me away from more than a few fitness pods in the past. Definitely worth your time.

Being a female, I love hearing training mentality from a guy’s perspective - not to mention the fact these guys are able to get some of the most knowledgeable and real experts in the industry on the show regularly.     Who doesn’t love an Australian accent? These guys are incredible and this show has changed the way that I view my training and my life in general. The guests, information, and quality continue to get better each week. The hosts are also hilarious and incredibly intelligent; their banter with each other and the guests is priceless.

    This is my favorite fitness-related podcast because, in addition to the great dynamic between the guys, the content is varied and balanced. They are great interviewers, and they bring on people from so many different fields that you get to hear about fitness from tons of different perspectives and areas of expertise. They also do some fantastic aftershows where they just talk to each other and answer listener questions and talk about protein bars and review Netflix documentaries and get off topic and it’s super entertaining...and informative 😊.

    The real key to these guys is that they know how to produce a good podcast (audio quality and length), they know how to engage guests, the hosts play off eachother well and are comical when necessary and they get a good variety of guests. I orignally came to listen to all the crossfit interviews they did but eneded up staying as the podcast moved beyond crossfit because of the general high quality. Even though I miss the crossfit stuff what the podcast is now is probably more unique and whole in terms of its fitness themed.

    Super for Training, Nutrition, and Fitness Information!
    I listen to a gazillion health & fitness podcasts, and I play them all at 1.5 speed, so I can learn things more quickly. These hosts (Lachlan and Raphael) talk so quickly that I actually play their podcast at normal speed! They crack jokes but are not obnoxious, and they answer questions effectively. They're funny _and_ knowledgeable. I appreciate all the advice they share each week!

    I have been listening to the show awhile and I really enjoy it. The dynamic and conversation is really engaging! I love the book recommendations and keep an ongoing list of my next reads. I enjoy the interviews as you never know what you will learn. For the most part I’ve never heard of the guests so it’s interesting to learn about them...I really enjoyed the Kelly starrett Interview because I own one of his books. I like the aftershow for the more casual conversation and I even listen to in the black. I don’t own a gym but I teach yoga classes and can sometimes translate the tips to help with class attendance. I also like the sponsors (activated nutrient) and have tried a few of the products but they aren’t always available in the US.

    Honest information with great personality
    This is truly an amazing podcast. It covers a wide range of topics and a lot of things that other podcast won’t talk about. I regularly listen during my daily cardio and it helps it go by so much fast while providing me with quality insights and information to feed my mind and search my learning itch, since as a newer personal trainer I am trying to learn as much as I can to be the best personal trainer that I can be for my clients and this podcast has help out tremendously!

    Great podcast for anyone interested in learning about health and fitness
    MMP has been my go-to source for exposure to people in the fitness industry for years now. Raph and Lachy get really good guests who have expanded my understanding of what factors affect my own health and fitness. They’re engaging interviewers and clearly care about learning from the people they talk to every week. They also introduced me to Training Think Tank, which is the coaching org I use for my own weightlifting/fitness coaching. Would recommend their pod to any physically active person interested in learning a lot about health/fitness.

    MMP is the podcast I’ve subscribed to the for the longest. I’ve always gotten great information and inspiration. I truly believe that their podcast has opened my mind up on health and fitness and I’ve used their teachings to make me a better coach. I can’t speak about these guys enough. If you haven’t subscribed or listen to the then you’re wrong and you need to fix that. Love the show guys, keep it up!

    Found the MMP while looking for a CrossFit podcast, but these guys cover so many relevant topics. Fun to listen to: just the right amount of detailed info mixed with fun conversation.
