-
MattieA1234Please come back!I’ll echo the thoughts of many others. I really enjoy your insights and humor — I hope you come back for 2021. You could do the podcasts less frequently, if you like...
-
lanterno2021 SeasonSo happy to hear and see you guys on the air again calling the games! Hoping your podcast is coming back soon, but understand if it was just for the pandemic time. You were the highlight of my daily walks! You have such a great chemistry and I always looked forward to a new episode. Go Dodger Blue! 💙⚾️💙
-

-
lafan692021 EpisodesI so much enjoy listening to your podcasts and time with Doc Roberts and your guests. I grew up in South Pasadena and hearing you both talk about your friendship and living in that area brings back great memories. Hoping you’ll bring back more episodes in 2021.

davidglov1990European FanWatched cricket growing up, moved from Europe to California fell in love and am engaged to die hard dodger fan and I have learned everything from Jackie to Sutton to Orel to Kershaw thank guys! Go dodgers! You guys bring the other side to the game to life!
-
Wow!wow!!!!Humanizing players and personnel.Such a great view inside the clubhouse and beyond. Joe and Orel just make being a Dodger fan that much better!
-
Kristoff3637Love the Podcast!Love the podcast guys! You two are the best duo in baseball broadcasting. I felt uncomfortable with episode 22 with the top 4 baseball players that are non-Dodgers and hoping Doc won’t get in trouble for tampering. In the NBA, you compliment players and Magic gets fined millions of dollars. Aside from that, keep up the amazing show and if you want anymore Pasadena restaurant recommendations, please reach out as I grew up in the City of Roses! Love y’all!

LiverpoolYankLove the Pod and I am not a Dodgers FanLove listening to this pod. Recently found this and am enjoying it very much. I am not a Dodgers fan but do enjoy watching the team mainly because I enjoy listening to Joe and Orel. This is what lead me to the pod. Great job guys and love the buy in by the team guests. Dave Roberts doesn’t just give can answers on his spots. Great work!
-
Jogo_14Great Dodger baseball insight and analysis!!Great Dodger baseball insight and analysis! Great content. Love Joe and Orel; their voice is soothing and their chemistry is amazing, almost like a bromance lol
-
Ethan_EnriquezThe Cheeser & The GeezerHearing these two speak hurts my ears so much to the point that it feels like they're being raped with THE MOST BORING AUDIO IN THE WORLD. Since I can’t write them a bad review for their flavorless broadcasts of games, I am writing my review of this ridiculously awful duo here. - The Truth

CougarKDTDig deepRefreshingly candid takes and insights. Keep dealing with insightful glimpses into players and organization. A lot on restaurants a wine bibbing however that has minimal applicability imo. Interviews are great and Orel’s episode on cheating wonderful. I’d like to hear counterpoint from Joe Torre and MLB brass. Will this podcast continue after season rei gages? What happened with no broadcast this week? Major disappointment 🤨
-
LReyjrGood ShowLove Joe and Orel. I just can’t stand Dave Roberts chiming in. Sorry, but I have to be honest. Other than that, good show.
-
lovehealthvitaminseaBaseball talk at its bestBorn and raised a dodger fan 💙 I can’t say enough how much I love tuning in for this show. Joe and Orel make an excellent team and I absolutely love hearing the stories and updates they provide on our boys in blue. It’s a privilege to hear Dave Roberts join in and get a glimpse into the dugout and clubhouse and feel like I know what’s going on with my team. Their talk on baseball has been a shining moment every week during this pandemic. Thanks guys, your doing an awesome job and I hope it continues during this sprint of a season💙💙 go blue!!

Mom loves to eat! This podcast is what carried me through a Covid no baseball” season.I love baseball, food, and family (and sometimes in that order). Just like the smart people in the world, I look forward to baseball season EVERY YEAR. The first time in my life (and that’s a lot of years) I have not been able to attend an opening day at Dodger Stadium. I tell you, I am either listening or watching a game every day during the season and this year I have been completely lost. However, with Joe, Orel, and Dave the void that was there isn’t so bad after all. I LOVE listening to “Off Air” and learning all the things they can’t say on the air. I give this podcast a two thumbs up. Thank you gentlemen for making a hard season way better for us Dodger fans. I have even recommended you to Giants fans, only cuz they aren’t quite as cool as us!!! Looking forward to seeing everyone out on the field soon.

IlocitaOnce a Dodger, always a Dodger!THANK YOU for speaking on Andrew Toles. I kept wondering what had happened to him and why he stopped playing. Huge fan of his and I was saddened to learn about his current struggles. Thank you for raising awareness about mental health and not sweeping this issue under the rug. I wish him the best. ONCE A DODGER, ALWAYS A DODGER! My father used to watch Dodger games on tv with the volume down. Jaime Jarrin’s voice boomed out of the radio and filled our house! He is a voice from my childhood! I really enjoyed this episode!
-
Nick McNultyGreat for Dodger fans (Go Blue!)When this show began during the lockdown, Joe and Orel provided and much needed glimpse into the world of Dodger Baseball. Interviews with Kershaw, JT and Bellinger were a great reminder of what we were missing out on. Dave Roberts' voice and reassuring demeanor are always welcome, particularly in tough times. I will say, though, that Joe and Orel are both rather low-energy speakers, and I'm very glad that baseball is back and driving the conversation because during a pandemic I couldn't listen to them talk about Peloton workouts or cooking expensive cuts of meat on their thousand dollar grills. Play ball!
-
I like smooth jazzGratefulThanks so much for doing these podcasts. They are a much needed connection to the Dodgers during this no baseball period. Love you two in the Dodgers broadcaster’s booth, and on your podcasts!

90 days joyLoveLove you guys. This podcast gives me some normalcy even when we don’t have baseball on our tv screens every night. Hope you still do this podcast if we ever get baseball back.
-
Blew MagicJoe and OLove the show. It’s been the closest thing to fill the gap of no baseball. Baseballs my first love so hearing about players and news by my home broadcasters is the best next thing. Keep up the good work.
-
RVA SteveFantastic...can’t wait for the next one to drop!Joe and Orel are great together. As much as I love to inside baseball stuff, I equally love the day to day “regular” things you guys talk about. I am a big fan and hope that you not only talk to more current Dodgers but also players from the past.
-

Sittig15Great podcastFrom a Dodgers fan in Iowa trying to devour any information on baseball and especially the Boys in Blue. This podcast has everything, players, Doc, and heartfelt takes like 55’s take on the Houston Asterisks. Please continue this year round.
-

LahDeeDah85Great podcast with great friendsIs there a more charming friendship in sports broadcasting than Joe and Orel? Their banter during slow games always leaves fans wanting more, and this podcast finally gives us what we’ve been waiting for. Whether they’re interviewing a player, having their weekly segment with Doc, or talking about barbecues, Joe and Orel make you feel like you’re just listening to two best friends trade stories in a backyard.
-

JoeyAK7The best podcast on the planet!!!I’m a frequent podcast listener and subscribe to a bunch of them, but when I came across this my excitement level went through the roof. As a background I am from Vero Beach, Florida and raised by my Pops to bleed Dodger Blue. I was blessed in being able to meet many prominent players, coaches and managers throughout the organization from the early 80’s through connections of my Dad’s. Both being avid golfers and I played baseball through college and prided myself of being a student of the game. I met Orel on a few occasions as a child and was allowed to stay up and watch Gibson’s 1988 home run when I was in first grade. Orel was my favorite pitcher and my Dad always raved about him being of extreme intelligence and one of the greatest baseball minds ever. My non-blood related Uncle Ron Perranoski also mirrored the same sentiment. I would often see them both walking the 17th Street Bridge together in the mornings. Orel asks questions that you don’t hear on other outlets because he comes from a different place as a ball player. Not to be cliche but I get literal Goosebumps when he goes through his interview progessions, which in return allows guys like Kershaw to speak from the heart and tap into his true baseball psyche. Joe Davis is the most mature and professionally prepared young man who had to fill the biggest shoes that have ever existed in the broadcasting world and has done so beyond admirably. The organization as a whole is deep rooted in so much history, and in a class of their own that they seamlessly set the transition from Vin to Joe that organically it made it feel like it was divinely inspired. This podcast has filled the hole in my heart that was created when the Dodgers left DodgerTown in Vero. Instead it’s rekindled the passionate feelings that I used to experience at the park and on the back fields that I’ll be forever grateful. Having the Skipper on each episode brings the personal access to unrivaled levels of realism and the intro song is so perfect it makes me five again listening to John Fogarty singing “Center Field”. Thank you Orel and Joe for following through on this concept and executing it to perfection. You have made the world a better place in the process. Beyond helping us fans cope through COVID-19, you’ve opened the doors for others to experience what it’s like to be part of the greatest Team on earth, so we can all be like Tommy and rest assured that all Dodgers go to heaven. God bless us all!

bittygirlbleedsblueSOLID!SOLID! Orel and Joe deliver thoughtful in-depth interesting engaging baseball talk each and every podcast! I do bleed blue and I’m also a fan of the game of baseball. Orel and Joe are easy to listen to for so many reasons. Great voices, knowledgeable and do their homework. They bring out the best of their guests and even ask Dave “Doc” Roberts some tough questions. This podcast is not only for Dodger fans, but also for all baseball fans and fans of sport. I can’t stress enough how much I appreciate that Orel and Joe do not rely on testosterone laden language or music or annoying sound effects. I look forward to this podcast each week. Honestly, I was not a bit ashamed that I cried when Orel spoke so eloquently about what baseball means to him. Keep up the strong work gentlemen!
