Only one note, Ryan recently posted a picture on Twitter of himself flipping off the camera in his fashionable Eagles jacket. But unfortunately, when you look at it he looks like Darren Rovell in the picture and you probably now need to clarify in the next podcast you have not added Rovell to the crew.

Everything from the dynamic between the hosts and both time when it nothing to do with college football or everything to do it, it’s always enjoyable and a fun ride. I don’t need a serious look at the sport and sometimes I need to think about the sport at all, and these hosts kill it every time making it casual and effortlessly enjoyable. Thanks to everyone for the laughs, I hope you continue this for a long time. I just hope Holly lets the show rag on the vols more when they disappoint more instead of either skipping it entirely or just making a non-humorous look at it.

I’ve followed Spencer and Ryan forever on Twitter and they’ve always been my favorite college football follows. I didn’t even know this podcast existed until my brother recommended it earlier this season. I hate myself for having not listened earlier. It’s perfect. It’s clever and hilarious and helped me to realize that maybe, just maybe, the South has more to offer than slack-jawed yokels, wild feral hogs, and high infant mortality rates. Fight on.

I wish sometimes they would talk about something other than college football. Not F1 though. Too many right turns in that Commie NASCAR. Matter fact, let’s just stick to football. The college kind.

As a diehard(and very serious) Penn State fan, for the longest time I have been craving a podcast that seriously discusses the X’s & O’s of CFB. I love all of the team’s in depth analysis and constant professionalism.. Since the Shutdown Fullcast is the only college football podcast it fills all of my voids, and then some!

I just don’t understand why it matters that the dinosaurs in Jurassic Park can reproduce. The movie spends a whole scene discussing why it’s impossible, shows that it is possible, then just never comes back to it. So some dinosaurs laid eggs. Big whoop. We never see any baby dinos. They never have any impact on the plot. It doesn’t make any sense to me why the movie spends all that time making it out to be some big thing, then it is just “Oops, guess we were wrong, moving on to the real problem being the dinosaurs we already bred and knew existed.” Anyways, the podcast is really good, and you should listen to it, or whatever.

Hop aboard this pirate ship, co-captained by those rapscallions at Split Zone Duo, and get all of the CFB coverage you’ll ever need as you hit the treacherous high seas that be the college football season. But be aware, your precious squad will be made fun of and adored in equal measure. If you can’t handle it? Walk the plank.

I have listened to this podcast for most of my adult life. It brings me tremendous joy. I want to be friends with Ryan. I want to wrestle Spencer and then we can go drink a lot of beer. I want Jason to teach my kids Sunday school class. I want Holly to befriend my wife.

What a fun listen! The mooncrew doesn't take their subject, college football, too seriously, which is great, because it's a hilariously nonsensical sport to consume. It's a must listen, because they are the only podcast to tackle this topic!

The Fullcast isn’t for everyone. Like a house salad at a sports bar, Faygo Red Pop, or Iowa football, it’s an acquired taste, and one that you don’t talk openly about enjoying in front of your friends or family. Despite being a visual medium, the team is still falling down on video quality. That said, over the five years I’ve listened to the Fullcast, it has went from sounding like it was being recorded on my T-Mobile Sidekick’s voice notes app, to being recorded on my Zoom app. So, it’s got that going for it, which is nice.

Do you like College Football? Great! Do you not like College Football? Also great! You literally have no idea what you’re going to get when you start an episode of the Shutdown Fullcast; college football, Warhammer, the Bible, impersonations & accents that are equally hilarious and horrifying, phrases the normal human mind could barely conceive. You will absolutely laugh (it is a known danger to listen to the pod while exercising or driving) and you will definitely learn. But after so many years, no group has the mind-melding ability to bounce off one another like Spencer, Holly, Ryan, and Jason. Listen today!

I’m an Ohio State grad who isn’t from Ohio. I know. I don’t know either…seemed like a good idea at the time. As someone who supports my alma mater but would desperately like for my fellow Buckeyes to shut up and stop making the rest of us look bad, I appreciate the Shutdown Fullcast for its (mostly) non-denominational college football content. Also, as a Dad/Uncle/Goofball, I would like to thank the Moon Crew for its services to mankind in this area of our culture and folkways. Lastly, everything John Harbaugh and the University of Michigan does is an endless supply of unintentional comedy to me, and I’d just like to thank the Shutdown Fullcast for its coverage in this area, specifically.
