I’ve been listening to this show for almost a year now, and I love it. This show is the definition of real investigative Journalism. The episodes are careful narrated and loaded with information.

As a listener in America, the mix of topics and the depth of journalism devoted to each are a welcome window on Australia’s diverse communities, circumstances, and challenges. This show is a weekly delight.

I wasn’t aware investigative journalism on the radio could be as compelling as this. Really good sound design and editing. Topics are as diverse as sexual abuse at care facilities for the elderly to corrupt concert promoters to financial scams and government waste — and even to a famous naturalist who built his career on a mountain of lies regarding a rare species of parrot. Always interesting, usually infuriating — as investigative journalism should be.
