If you’re applying to an MBA, you should be listening to this. This is one of the best podcasts for MBA admissions. Darren covers a number of topics related to MBA admissions better other podcasts. I found the episodes around writing your narrative (those tagged how to & keep attention) and hiring an MBA consultant (#125) particularly helpful. I was able to get admitted to an M7, and Darren certainly contributed to my success. Thank you!

This podcast offers a wealth of information. The episodes with admissions officers typically consist of two parts: (1) a description of the school and what makes it unique and (2) an overview and recommendations on the admissions process. I have found both of these facets to be essential in my MBA research - For people who are on the go, this is an amazing way to get insights from the AOs themselves and to get a preliminary sense of "fit" from each school. Listen to every cast. This Podcast is doing an excellent job of putting together a concise step-by-step for what you should do/know before you apply for grad school. Your basically getting tips from the admissions directors themselves on how you should craft your resume/essay, and how to perform in an interview. As you go through the podcasts be sure to take notes, you can design a blueprint which can be tweaked depending on the school. Looking back it's scary to think what it would be like to apply having not received this advice. Keep it up guys!
