    I aggree
I stumbled on these by accident and I have to aggree with the two other reviews that the quality of the podcast is excellent and they are a great way to learn the language. And while I don't know of an online source for the text that goes along with these stories I was able to use my copy of 'The Complete Grimms Fairy Tales' to follow along with those tales by the Brothers Grimm.

    Great
These are just really well done and the narrator has a nice storytelling voice. My Italian is reasonably good, but it's often hard for me to keep pace when the ragazzi kick it into gear. It's important, then, to get used to listening to Italian and that's were podcasts like this really help. Of course they are fairy tales and are thus recounted mostly in the historical past tense that is rarely used in daily conversation, but that's cool. This podcast and "La Costa Dei Barbari" are my favorites.

What an excellent and useful podcast--for many reasons
I am learning to speak Italian and, as with other languages I've studied, I've found that hearing the language spoken at a conversational pace is sometimes daunting. Because of the fairy tale delivery style of this wonderful narrator, I find this series to be ideal for my level of learning (just past beginner) and, as a side benefit, I'm getting to review folk and fairy tales that I had long since forgotten. The vocal inflections of Mr. Donega' and the sound quality are both excellent. I don't know if this podcast is intended for langauge study, but, for me, it has been ideal for this purpose. I know the text is being effectively communicated, because a pupil I have as a voice student--a pupil fluent in Italian--laughed and clapped her hands in joy when I quoted in Italian a few lines I had memorized from "Red Ridinghood." My only question is--and perhaps I haven't discovered this resource yet--"Are there text sets for these tales available online?" Great pleasure to have found this podcast and I hope others will write in and comment. Thank you, Mr. Donega'.
