David I really like ur show but can you please fix the audio. I listen while I'm driving and I have to turn it up a lots of times to hear you. Then all of a sudden it gets loud as**** and blast my earr drums out. Keep up the good work.

Ever since Greene went out on his own all he talks about is politics and his support for the dismantling of the US, apparently because he believes it will make him more money. Good for you David 👏🏼. You talk about your faith, would love to hear how you square that belief with the way this administration treats its citizens.

Thank you David for putting it all out there. You are one of the few that does not color rainbows and unicorns for everyone to start in real estate and retire in a few years. May God bless you with the help and entertainment you provide freely to those on this journey. Please disregard the biased reviews that seem to only focus on whether someone shares their left leaning political views. Keep it going!

This happens across platforms, so it might be worth having your editor increase the dB levels and normalize the audio for a smoother listening experience. I had high hopes for the show after being a big fan of Bigger Pockets for years. However, the overall content is mid to below average and I’m very disappointed in how political the host and the guests are. Yes, what happens in DC impacts real estate across the county. But, I think there is an intelligent way to discuss those impacts without making it a partisan discussion. Hopefully, the show gets better and I’ll tune back in when it does.

I always liked David, he was my favorite on BP. I am so appreciative of him sharing his current struggles. He is such an authentic dude and a real role model. Thanks David, keep it up!

What a blessing to not only have a straight up business perspective but one that also shines a light on the spiritual side of all of this. You just can’t have one without the other.

David had a great and informative show, but then he had scammer Ryan Pineda who sells courses to people who are vulnerable. Then David out of no where started insulting people in CA due to our political views. Hate to see it, I just unsubscribed. I won’t listen to his corny joke when he reads this review on air.

I am a real listening since David’s was in BiggerPockets like 6 months or so. Something tells me about his show that it’s not the same as the others and I kind of like the way things are explained in real time without hiding the true, and not only that something is a lot with knowledge in start the real estate journey or continue growing and also no sales. ✅✅

I had been a follower and supporter of bigger pockets since 2015. Bp taught me so much. David came onto the scene and he has a way of explaining things that paints a picture of the advice he gives. I’m so excited to continue to hear David Greene on his own podcast.

I like David a lot and all the good information. I’m not liking the fact that the show is turning into a window to advertise David’s companies. What makes sense and I support that, but make sure you keep the right balance.

I love David, but wow. This podcast is a hot mess. Every single answer to questions is to call his mortgage company or to somehow do something to put money in his pocket. I get it. Being rich is the goal here but this is terrible.

I had an amazing experience with David during this real estate consultation, it felt more like catching up with a close friend than working with a consultant. David took the time to really understand my needs and concerns, making me feel like my problems were truly his. He provided thoughtful, personalized advice without any of the typical pressure you'd expect in a transactional setting. I was a fan of David on BP but think this is. Much better version. As a realtor and investor myself, I know this business is full of ups AND downs. It’s very refreshing to hear both sides in an honest way.

David Greene has an amazing ability to unpack a topics in an insightful and funny way, while still educating youth the useful knowledge you tuned in for. Thank you David!

Googled “what happened to David Greene Bigger Pockets?” the other day. Was really concerned something bad had happened so I did it reluctantly… Turns out he’s now hanging out here. Glad I’ve found you again, David! Can’t spend years with someone in your ears and miss hearing their perspective Props to BP for everything they’ve built. I enjoy hearing the hosts now but it’s often macro focused (rates, inflation, national sales volume and growth.) That’s helpful for understanding lender and general consumer perspectives but doesn’t serve investment strategy What I loved about David’s BP shows in the past and now that I’m catching up on this new one is the micro perspective. Feels like I learn better from a given problem and advice given. If you listen closely, you’ll notice David often addresses the problem faced by the investor and then generalizes that advice. As an investor turned developer, it’s those generalized rules that make the show worth listening to. Thanks to David and team for continuing to share your perspective with all of us listeners!

I’ve been a fan of yours for years. If you keep up with the voices and trying to be funny, I will move on……. I respect why you left BP.

While I don’t know about the bigger pockets drama that is brought up very often. I found his information to be brutally honest. And that’s what’s needed in today’s market and even in today’s world.

I like the show, but please stop it with the voices. It’s making me cringe hearing it.

I loved David on BP, but apparently without the constraints of BP, he’s a preachy, defensive, negative, man-child. And the voices are insufferable - especially when he pretends to be one of his detractors. I was so exited to see this podcast pop up on my recommendations, but sadly, it’s unlistenable for the time being.

I’ve been listening to David for the past year, i started listening when Rob joined the team, that’s how I found BP. I really liked Rob and David’s chemistry, I’m sad that it’s not a team podcast anymore but I still enjoy listening to David alone. Hopefully later down the line a cohost will be added. Either way, your knowledge of real estate is so valuable. I’m really enjoying the content and the new points of view! Keep up the Batman special guest content!!
