SPF

There are natural SPF s and it’s scientifically demonstrated / proven . Raw coconut oil for example has SPF6 I’m super white and it’s the only SPF I use . If I have to stay many hours I’ll use a pharmacy one , but otherwise stay natural .

Waste of time

I wanted to like this channel because I am a fan of the host. The first one was tolerable with the exception that the guest wasn’t able to finish a thought before being spoken over. The next two shows are with people I never heard of, after an internet search and listening to some of the episodes I was better off not knowing who they were especially with the guest of June 10, pretty vile person. My other issue is the second episode with the guest is a Q&A which is evidently made up of questions by the host and her staff which I find suspect.

Too many interruptions

I really like Caroline and have a lot of respect for her no nonsense and myth busting approach to practical skin care but this first episode had her interrupting too many times for me. I want to hear the guest answer the questions.

Caroline can read me the phone book

I loved this first episode with SJP! Great conversation, I felt this was a side of SJP I haven’t seen and she is fantastic. I am so looking forward to more episodes.
