    Propaganda no ty
Love the show but not listening to Lynn talk about murdering her unborn baby and justify her making stupid decisions like unprotected sex, pull out method, blame him for control, and etc. Abortion is certainly a tool for women in desperate situations but as a form of birth control so you can get your ho on, no. Grow up. Disgusting.

    Emma
So frustrated by this episode - you didn’t break up with a psycho with a gun because you didn’t want to be alone at Christmas?? I mean, this isn’t 1975. I almost can believe she had zero sense of self preservation. Not sure I can bear to listen to stories like this. Omg. First sign - get. out.

    Jake is an amazing host
Jake has a way with compassion and understanding that is difficult to find in the current societal landscape. It is nice to hear a voice that truly wants to help survivors and help them on their emotional path to rebuilding their lives. Thank you Jake for what you do.

    Next realm
I just wanted you to know that that this episode really touched my heart. I also have a grandson that I love dearly. He’s only six right now but he truly means the world to me. I only hope that when I pass, he will have the same type of memories about me that you have with your grandmother. What a sweet episode. You have me in tears. And then inspired me to be an even better grandmother to my grandchildren. And to provide them with memories and my loving spirit while I’m here on earth. Take care and thank you again.

    What happened to this podcast?
It started strong but I guess they’re going a different direction now. None of the episodes are interesting to me any more.

    Need longer interviews
I really want to love this podcast but there are a few issues. I think the stories need to be longer or the guests guided so that the structure and flow makes sense to the reader. Also this podcast has more ads than content. Seriously whatever the time is take at minimum a third of that out for ads. Sometimes it feels like half of the podcast is ads. I know this is how content creators are able to make a living but it’s excessive.

    Ethically portrayed
Thanks for your respect and kindness presenting all this stories. This is how True Crime need to be delivered. Wishing you all the good things in life.

    Too Many Ads!
I have never followed a Podcast that has SO many Ads! Sadly I can’t continue.

    Love/Hate
I love Strictly Stalking but love/hate this one too for exact same reason…the amount of Ads. I love the storytelling, but the amount of repetitive Ads is just too much.

    More ad than story
I really enjoy the content itself and hearing the survivor’s stories, but this podcast has more ads than any other I’ve ever listened to.

    Just binged
I am a big fan of Strictly Stalking. I have listened to Jake on other pods as well. Everything he does is top notch. Thank you for being such an advocate for victims of stalking and DV. You have educated me on so much to keep an eye out for in my life and my friends/families lives and relationships. It feels good to pass along what I have learned to my loved ones. You and your team are a blessing to the podcast world and beyond. Thanks for being a good human.

    This should have five stars
Period and I said what I said. Don’t listen to negative reviews, this podcast is captivating and it tells the stories of people who are brave enough to tell it.

    Excellent Show
Listening to all of these brave women proves as a cautionary tale for all of us to look for all types of red flags and run for the hills. Thanks for a great show!

Guests need help making the story easy to follow
The guests need more coaching or editing or more clearly framed questions in order to give their stories some structure and make it possible to follow their stories. On episode 10 in particular, the guest is talking about various boyfriends who all treat her poorly at different points in her life. She doesn’t use names or pseudonyms, she just calls them all “him.” I can’t tell when the story of one boyfriend stops and the next starts. At one point a boyfriend gave her an ultimatum to choose him or the previous boyfriend and since she called them both “him” or “boyfriend” or “ex-boyfriend,” I can’t tell which one she chose. It’s just too difficult to follow.

    Ugh such editing
This last episode sounded like one long trailer for a podcast we never hear. Let the person tell their story folks. Don’t be so heavy handed. Have liked the show and some episodes but seems to be headed in the wrong direction toward Dateline Presents type stuff.

    Good enough
Interesting stories but do we really need the entire recap at the end

    Enjoy this podcast
First off, I wish it was longer! But I love the personalized stories, what the host asks & decides to highlight in this story. Thank you for this content because it is important to be this type on content out

    Women are dumb
This is a great and entertaining podcast where women expose themselves as the complete idiots they are. Story after story of women getting themselves into awful situations and not taking any accountability
  • SlothsSwimWeirdHuh?
    Important podcast!
The True Crime community is vast and while murder certainly could happen to you, the chances of being with an abusive person or stalker is far greater and more common than people think. I’m so glad there are podcasts like this one emerging. If you are in an abusive relationship-even if you’re not sure and think you might be-please call the National Domestic Abuse Hotline. They have so many resources to tell you about and are there to listen and help. I felt dumb the first time I called, but it was one of the best things I ever did.

    Hooked!
The way Love Lust Fear is executed is brilliant. This type of topic is not discussed as much as it should be. Jake has done a wonderful job bringing awareness to the topic and giving a voice to those who have been through dangerous situations out here in the dating world.

Real Stories in the victim’s words
This is a great series of stories if you are confused about Red Flags and unhealthy relationships.

Super solid host who allows guests the floor to share experiences
Also here from Jake’s other podcast. New fav podcast. I appreciate his style of letting his guests have the floor. Very much like a documentary-interview style. Allowing guests the space to share experiences which seem to offer help to others going through similar situations. Jake is professional and a super solid host with a great listening voice. I def subscribed

    Snooze
Maybe I’m too used to gorey true crime but this podcast is extremely tame and boring. I have no clue why these stories are considered listen worthy.

    As advertised!!
I came across this pod cast just by luck and I am so glad I did!! Jake you have a way with the people who are telling their story. I sat back and closed my eyes and felt like I was right down in Miami. Job well done and I cannot wait for your next episode!! Thank you for giving everyone their voice to tell their story!!!! Frog Salsa Lover!
