As a practicing Catholic I must say that I love the stories of all our saints. We get to learn from history, there was much “wooooo” in their life to have us scratching our heads and for any of us Strange Familiars fans to find intriguing and interesting even if not religious. Finally a podcast I can share with Catholic acquaintances without being looked at weirdly lol.

Came here from Strange Familiars but from much further back the stereotypical lapsed Catholic. Great insight, not preachy in the least, reminds me of family in awe of saints and miracles. This podcast and others have energized my faith seeking. Thank you

Interesting subject and great host! Timothy is taking us along as he learns about the Saints and their strange mysteries. Saints are an interesting subject, both the legends and the history! Strange familiars really rocks also, if you are a new listener looking for good content!

There is nothing more paranormal than the lives of the Saints. Timothy does an excellent job of conveying that fact. The production values are very, high and of course, the music is wonderful. Tim’s music is what I myself coined as “Medieval Folk.” Lovely all the way around.

Searching for this podcast seems like an eternity, thanks Tim.

While not a Christian, I find the saints fascinating and inspiring. I love Timothy’s approach. It doesn’t lean too heavily either way, towards faith or skepticism— he just presents the stories, and helps convey the saintliness of the people in question. Whether you take them literally, or just as stories, there’s a lot to learn. And Timothy treats the subject with due care and diligence. Highly recommend!

I was searching for a podcast that would look at the saints and bring the mystic and folk perspective to their stories. This podcast is exactly what I was looking for!
