The over the top partisan analysis of the election was embarrassing! People want a news source that’s well thought-out and unbiased. I don’t need to agree 100%, but you can’t be this hateful and partisan!

Finally found a podcast I really enjoyed last month - great content and great host. Informative and witty! Then so sad to learn it has no more episodes! Hope they can bring this back some day!

I found this podcast a month or so ago and binged it all. Finally got to the most recent episode and it’s cancelled! Great topics, love the host and his interactions with his guests.

Another great, thoughtful show biting the dust. I am very bummed. If by chance it could ever be revised it would be a wonderful thing.

In a world full of turmoil and disrupted lives I so looked forward to every episode of this show. Is there anything to be done to bring it back? I needed this more than I knew until it was gone.

This was the best, loveliest and well-written podcast of all time! I loved the stories that were chosen and the presentation by Joel Stein and the various authors. This podcast was a source of humor and lightheartedness that I need because politics, true crime, international events are all overwhelmingly dark. I am truly heartbroken that this podcast was canceled. Please bring it back so that my soul can once again be uplifted by eccentric and warm and human stories.

I found this podcast about three days ago. And I’ve listened to about eight episodes since then. Do I found out today that you’re canceled. So that’s disappointing because I just found you and I really have enjoyed the podcast. I don’t get it. So many podcasts are awful. This one was excellent.

This was the best show on the network. It features some of the most random, fun to talk about topics I’ve heard in any podcasting. Radio Man, the Christmas Tree Mafia, and the tiny detail of a dark web drug marketplace being flooded with positive reviews after Dutch police took over operations are true classic moments. What a shame to can it!

Joel and team, I was genuinely shocked to hear this show will be cancelled. I’m quite choosy with my podcasts, but I could always count on your show for an interesting and entertaining story. I look forward to seeing what you come up with next.

I just found this excellent podcast and have been telling everyone about it. It’s a creative breath of fresh air in the fog of politics and punditry. And now it’s cancelled? Apparently, if Heather Cox Richardson’s podcast can be cancelled, then no one is safe.

I recently discovered my enjoyment for Pushkin. I just found this podcast and read what it’s about, read some of the titles, this looked like a fun podcast. My very first episode is Story of the Weeks last. I was really excited to get into this one.

I’m so heartbroken that this show was cancelled. It was my favorite podcast. Especially the jingles! Can’t wait to see what you do next, Joel.

How Pushkin chooses to cancel this and not one of the other garbage podcasts they have is craziness. Story of the week was funny, entertaining and informative. Malcolm Gladwell, you should be ashamed of yourself. Broken Record stinks! Get rid of that. You did a poor job of cross promoting Story of the Week on your own platform. The majority of new “episodes” of Revisionist History were just you introducing a new podcast. None of those other new Pushkin pods came close to Story Of The Week. I hope somebody else picks it up.

I had no idea this podcast wasn't getting the listens it deserves. I look forward to it every week and genuinely believed the "we're getting cancelled" thing was a bit that would somehow tie into the heist element of the episode. Bring it back! Bring it back! Bring it back!

Story of the week is the best podcast of 2023, and always the first thing I listen to when a new episode comes out. Joel Stein digs out the best nuggets of news, delivering unique stories like you’d hear from Radiolab or this American life, interwoven with witty playful jokes. It’s like listening to My Brother My Brother And Me or Strike Force Five, but you feel like you learned something. Amidst all the noise of the news, high quality entertaining curation like this is exactly what I’m looking for. The lighthearted informative humorous storytelling of this podcast feels a lot like the recently departed Reply All podcast… sadly it sounds like Story Of The Week may also be canceled. Hopefully I can look forward to other projects from Joel Stein!

Smart, sometimes serious, sometimes funny, never pretentious, this is investigative news told by the reporters who did the work. Joel asks what we would ask and more. Plus the theme song is great. It’s a shame “they” decided to cancel it.

I encounter worlds I never would have thought to explore otherwise. Always a good investment of time. Fun and funny but usually thought provoking as well. Hoping something magically allows it to come back somehow.

It’s informative, funny and irreverent. Has a great intro song too. A unique voice. The silly intro comments to the ads inspire me to listen to them. Give it another chance!

Very sorry to hear of the cancellation. This was my favorite of the Pushkin podcasts. I hope you continue somewhere else.

As much as I love the show, I too am mad at the people that weren’t listen. I had to shut my YouTube show down for the same reason. And I blamed my watchers for not sharing the episodes lol.

So depressed to hear that the show is ending! This has been one of my favorite podcasts - consistently interesting and funny.

I was upset to hear this week was the last episode. I always looked forward to this podcast and Joel’s interviews with these great writers! I hope you can return at some point. I’ll stay subscribed just to be safe!
