Jackson O. LynchA Must-Listen for mid-career human capital leaders.JP Elliott's Future of HR podcast is a masterclass in thought leadership, combining insightful commentary with practical application to help HR professionals advance their careers. JP consistently brings in high-caliber leaders from across the HR and business spectrum, offering diverse perspectives on the most pressing topics in the field. What sets this podcast apart is JP's ability to foster deep, meaningful conversations. Rather than dominating the discussion or interrupting guests, he allows their expertise to shine, creating an engaging learning environment for the listener. Each episode is packed with actionable insights and forward-thinking strategies that are immediately applicable, making it an invaluable resource for HR leaders at all stages of their careers. If you're serious about staying ahead in the dynamic world of human capital, Future of HR is a must-listen.

PdxcassMore diverse voices, pleaseI enjoy some of the content, but most guests are men. When you scroll back through the episodes and see photos of mostly white men looking back at you in the episode thumbnails… It’s like, meh. I think the host does a nice job of covering important topics in HR and he states his goal is to grow HR professionals. If this is the case, representation is important. I encourage the show to find diverse perspectives and voices that are representative of the HR profession and employee populations we serve.

Stephen3411HR the right wayJP does a fantastic job of bringing top notch leaders in to talk about meaningful HR. Great HR meaningfully impacts the performance of the org - if done strategically by business people. JP offers the an opportunity for HR leaders everywhere to learn things typically only learned if you’re lucky enough to work for someone who is cut from this cloth. Highly encourage business people working in HR who want to impact their org in a meaningful way to subscribe.

AD1206Must-Listen For HR and Talent ProfessionalsIf you are an HR or Talent professional looking to be more strategic in your job or advance in your career this is a podcast that you should listen to on a regular basis. JP does a great job bringing on guests who share their experiences but also offer practical and insightful advice to help talent and HR professionals be more effective in their jobs and advance in their careers. The diversity of guests is great, but so are the specific topics that are covered. This works great, if you are either trying to advance in your role, or perhaps trying to round out your HR/Talent knowledge by learning about other aspects of HR. As a fellow podcast host, I appreciate the work JP does to bring on quality guests and share knowledge, and would recommend this podcast to other talent and hr professionals!

Nick__AThis show is a goldmine! This has become one of my go to podcasts to keep me up to date and continually learning in the field. If you are interested in IO psychology, talent development, or strategic HR- this show delivers. JP is a great conversationalist- probing his guests with insightful questions and then let’s them go and share their wisdom with the audience. His guests have been high-caliber, accomplished, but most of all PASSIONATE practitioners looking to share their ideas and not just push their service/product/book like you hear on some other shows. If you are looking for actionable insights you can apply to your HR career this is the place!

JessicaVA86A must listen for everyone in HR and especially the talent field!I have absolutely loved listening to JP and his guests. The interviews provide practical advice for the future wave of HR leaders. They are thought-provoking and inspirational at the same time. I find myself often jotting down notes while listening in. The leaders themselves are all successful executives, many whom I’ve been following for years. To connect with / learn from them through this podcast is definitely a win! Highly recommend.
