I come you podcast to hear sports talk, not to discover your taste in music. I have rated your u guys as 5 star in past because you focused on sports details. But yours “80s music” episode prompted me to push more accurate rating. Don’t lower yourselves to guy-talk/ morning-radio pod status

I like the guys but they focus on the least interesting parts of the Pac-12 to talk about. Endless speculation about media rights and court proceedings. Very little talk about the best pac-12 season in recent memory. They’ve kind of lost the plot. Go dawgs, get that natty!

I’ve listened to Wilner for years. He is the best. If you want high quality journalism with well thought out insights, he’s your guy. Canzano is just painful to listen to. The best way to describe him is rumor-monger, click-baiter, and Oregon-homer. His insights outside the state of Oregon are poor and he trades in rumors that haven’t been properly vetted but merely put out there to draw attention to himself. I usually skip the parts when Canzano is talking so I can just listen to Wilner. If only the podcast had a Canzano auto-skip feature like they have for commercials.

J&J…Try an episode without saying “you know,” “like,” or “right?” Then do on QA each conversation.

He’s fair & balanced. Canzano is a dyed in the wool Oregon Duck apologist who will always find a way to put them in the best light (even when they destroyed the conference).

I enjoyed this podcast and have a lot of respect for Jon and John… But, wow, their biases really prevented them from accurately reporting on the demise of the Pac-12.

Great pod for Pac12 info. Wilner & Canzano are legacy P12 writers and they have insights no one else does. If you’re a P12 fan this is your comfort food. If you want more objectivity try Podcast of Champions or Cover 3. John & Jon don’t pod as much as I’d like, but they have day jobs too so…

No one has been as wrong about a subject they are supposed to be experts in as these guys. Specially Conzano. He acts as a pac-12 apologist, even now. Totally wrong for more than a year.

I’m mainly listen to this podcast to get news on the PAC-12’s media rights deal. If you’re looking for objective commentary on that subject, this is not the podcast for you. Both Johns are pretty blatant P12 homers and are almost naive about how weak their conference is. Just keep their lack of objectivity in mind when listening to their opinions.

Great Pac-12 coverage, specifically from August to December. Would like more coverage of basketball and spring sports, but I understand they can’t please everyone. Would just like them to prioritize basketball over spring football.

Just finished listening to the recruiting deep dive w/ Biggins & Huffman, great stuff. 2 of the most knowledgeable on the PAC 12 there is! Keep the content coming!

This podcast is helping me keep up not just with what’s going on in the Pac 12, but the entire college athletics landscape. Wilner and Canzano, I always enjoy reading your columns, and I also love seeing where you two agree and disagree about where college sports is moving to on the podcast!

Canzano cares more to talk about crappy Stanford team head coach hiring than a Williams winning a Heisman for USC and the conference. I get your bitter about the departure for the Big Ten but give some love. As of now and next year USC is still in the Pac 12.

I listen to several college football podcasts, and while a few have interesting moments, my biggest pet peeve is they are all way too long with hosts rambling forever. Canzano and Willner get to the point, keep it interesting and relevant, and don’t drag the conversation out to fill time.

These guys do a great job of covering the PAC. They follow the whole conference and really do a nice job of being balanced. They are plugged in, and seem to be reasonable. Keep it going gentlemen.

While the guest interviews have been very good, Canzano’s bias in favor of Oregon schools (my two daughters & son-in-law are Ducks grads) and the northwest schools is palpable and irritating. The negativity towards USC shows a lack of emotional intelligence. For example, in discussing the upcoming AZ-USC game, Canzano wonders how the type of kids who transferred to USC “for NIL $” will show up after a loss to Utah. Are you talking about team leaders like Dye, Blackmon, Caleb Williams!? These are kids that you are talking about. AZ may in fact beat USC but it won’t because USc players care more about their NIL deals than the game.

Just what we needed

I have been enjoying the podcast so far. I am concerned after reading Wilner’s tweet about black coaches that the podcast may start to head in a political or social justice direction. I like the discussions about the conference and the games. Leave the comments about coaches being fired due to race out please.

I have followed Wilber forever and love what Canzano has been doing recently. This podcast gives any fan of PAC schools the most concise dose of all the topics we crave week to week.

Until you get rid of the pops in the mics, especially Wilner’s mic, I cannot listen to this podcast anymore. I like the content but the constant popping is too distracting. You are doing a professional podcast … this is not a high school production. Invest in pop filters or better mics or just back off the mics for now. Please fix this. I promise you that I’m not the only one who is bothered by microphone plosives. I want to support you. I am interested in your content. I think you both do a great job. Now just step up the production. Then I will listen again. Thanks.

If you read their columns you already know. If you don’t, these two guys provide fantastic insights and P12 content. Absolutely recommend tuning in you follow college football and basketball.

I don’t typically leave reviews, it’s just not something I take the time doing, but I genuinely enjoy the podcast.

Been reading stories by these gents for years so it’s only natural that they’d team up on a must-listen podcast. Avoid the message boards and give this a regular listen.

Looking forward to more PAC-12 in-depth coverage and learning how/what the conference can do to always remain “The conference of Champions”! 🏆

Let’s start are own network and go it alone. Let’s prioritize Olympic Sports ahead of the sport that actually makes money. No Directv so fans miss 2/3 games a year. 10-2 vote for equal revenue sharing. The Pac12 emphasizes parity. Still haven’t fixed the refs issues. I could go on and on. For a conference who thinks there too good for everyone and obliviously smarter how could they be so dumb. The Pac12 isn’t dumb they just don’t care about football. USC/UCLA would never leave, there not going to travel to the Midwest/East coast don’t make us laugh! USC/UCLA left for the money but so much else.

Canzano and Wilner is awesome. Highly recommend if you are a fan of the Pac 12!

It’s just smart. It’s the stuff I want to hear and it’s right to the point. Being in seattle for the last 13 years and growing up in Portland these guys are speaking directly to my sports core! Canzano is a household name in the PNW and Willner is the rising star…good stuff men.

This podcast is going to be number one on my playlist. I’m not sure why this didn’t happen sooner. So excited for it.

While I thought this would be a good show to listen to, given my understanding of the actions of Mr. Canzano and his childish approach to reporting, I will not be listening to anything that Mr. Canzano is part of.

So many PAC12 writers don’t do the research or don’t have the connections. These guys are the exception. They know their stuff and provide great insight and opinion. The local beat writers and radio personalities in Salt Lake City are an absolute joke…PK, Newman, and Monson could learn a few things from this podcast.

Excited to listen and learn. Should be fun.
