Science #212Nature #21

Welcome to "Where Hope Grows", a podcast curated to celebrate the inspiring stories of ranchers, land stewards, and others working on the frontlines of the regenerative revolution. Inspired by the infinite wisdom of Mother Nature, our stories will ground you in a deep and profound way to the architecture of the natural world. With a recurring theme of collaborating and working within Her design, we are gifted with the reminder that Mother Nature's capacity for healing is intimately connected to our own. These are stories about regeneration, gratitude, and connection. This is where hope grows. This podcast is made possible by the support of Force of Nature.

    Transformative
This may be the most impactful and inspiring show I’ve ever listened to. I am not a hunter, or a rancher, or a farmer, or even a land owner. But I deeply value the life on earth and how I interact with it as a human. You have brought so much mindfulness and intention into how I eat. I’m so inspired and I can’t wait to dive deeper. Thank you!

    LOVE you guys
Please talk about celery powder, how no organic option is available, concerns about nitrosamines from nitrates added to meat, and can you make (frozen) “hot dogs” WITHOUT added nitrates/celery powder/etc.? You are supply chain wizards (right??) so if anyone can solve this for all the other regenerative ag retailers like Paleo Valley etc., it’s you!?!! LOVE, Sara

    Hope surrounds us
Where hope Grows is one of my favorite podcast to date because Taylor is such a genuine steward to all things that he encounters in life. The concept of hope tied into so many avenues of life is brought to light through the most important foundation of hope, the soil. This podcast helps people understand that our soil is the building block to life and all should listen because humans are the change makers. Hope surrounds us but we have to be willing to access it and the best way is eating foods that grow from the soil stewarded by incredible people like Roam Ranch. Good food can change ones life!!

    Eat wild
It’s hard for me to procure my own wild meat and I appreciate these people who understand that. Am definitely grateful to be able to hear the stories of the people who have decided to help people, animals, and land. Good podcast

    Get yourself a bowl
This podcast is like sitting down to a big bowl of chili. The complex layers of spices in the form of diverse characters interviewed, engage and challenge my pallet. The facts of our complex natural world and how humans are engaging and helping restore it, are the medley of vegetables and delicious morsels of meat that nourish me. Finally, Taylor and his wife Katie are that age old cast iron, passed down from great-grandmas kitchen, cooking it all up and holding it together. Top it all off with some cheesy humor and call it complete! After each episode I’m left feeling full, satisfied, and looking forward to seeing what is stewing up in the next episode of Where Hope Grows. So sit down, get yourself a bowl, and fill up!

    Life changing podcast
As I’ve gotten older and the bad news keeps piling up about humans negative impact on nature, I’ve lost some hope about the future. The scale of the problem seems so big and I feel like my actions can’t turn the tide. But that’s exactly why I listen to every single episode of this podcast. It’s helping to regrow my hope. It allows me to know that my simple food purchases can help Bison roam the plains again to help restore the land. It inspires me to envision a career where my skills can better support the regeneration of nature. It propels me to make sure my daughters are getting some of their diet from animals that are healing the land. And some of the episodes have even made me well up with tears as they put words to the spiritual connection I feel with the earth. Taylor and Katie, thanks for all you do and keep it up. I don’t personally have a cool accent but feel free to read this review in a Irish accent 🤣 (my heritage.)

    Truth about Chicken
I’ve been in the beef industry for over two decades but am naive when it comes to chicken. This “Truth about Chicken” episode taught me so much and so I wanted to thank you for all that you do. Full disclosure, we are friends, but keep up the great work. The content on this feed is top notch and I wish everyone would listen if only to be able to make more informed choices when choosing what to eat and to feed their family. Cheers! Richard T

    Naked truth
As with anything it seems in this world one must wonder how much “spin” a company will put on selling their product to appeal to their market group. The team at roam ranch however give you the naked truth be it good or bad in their trials and tribulations to leave the world better for generations to come. The unfortunate minority in the commerce world that are not chasing a dollar at the expense of our children’s future. Thank you for what you are doing and your approach to telling your stories to educate the like minded. Godspeed in creating a keystone mindset with a keystone species.

    Great balance, Keepin’ it real!
Ag, Climate, Diet etc. can all feel like heavy topics, but this podcast is so approachable and stays grounded through casual conversation & storytelling. I love the balance between hard hitting, mind expanding eps & the occasional Ranch Stories episodes - Katie & Taylor are entertaining without even trying, their stories and how they tell them just makes me laugh!

    Amazing Insights
Although I follow the regenerative scene to some degree, I never fail to learn and gain insight when listening to Taylor, Katie and their guests. The chicken episode was amazing. I went from - not sure it sounded interesting- to everyone should listen to it! The industrialization of the chicken is not only shocking in itself but perhaps is a metaphor for our entire food system and the consumers role in it. Are we all being treated like a chicken? What makes this podcast so insightful is that they have “full stack” experience. In just 10 years they have gone from normal clueless “normies,” to business owners interacting with the meat industry, to full scale ranchers and community leaders. All that experience makes them great storytellers and communicators. They know how to explain things and make it accessible to a wide range of listeners.

    10 stars!
I listen to hours of podcasts daily on the subjects of health, healing and diet. This is one of my favorites. They are funny and informative, with no fluff or boring intellectualizing.

    Podcast Tour de Force
Taylor and his team offer incredible, lived insights about their journey in regenerative ag. Paradigms are challenged, lessons are learned, and laughs are shared along the way. A “must listen” every time a new episode is dropped. Make sure to add it to your rotation! (Ps - Taylor, give us a shout at Sea-90, we’d love to partner together!)

    Amazing Storytelling!
This guy Taylor can make any subject interesting and informative. Never boring, and most importantly, it’s the gateway everyone needs to get hyped about the ecosystem we rely on. We don’t really get the opportunity to truly know the farmers and ranchers who grow our food like our ancestors once did, but this feels like the closest you can come to that (especially if you exclusively shop at the grocery store). My favorite episodes are the ones where Katie is the guest!

    So informative!
We all get so caught up with our busy lives, it’s hard to also do all the research on what’s going on with our food system in this country. Thank you force of nature, for this informative and enjoyable format. Love your show.!!

    Legendary.
Every time I listen to an episode of Where Hope Grows I am inspired, motivated, and talk for the next week to anyone who will listen about everything I learned. A great way to honor this legendary, awesome mammal is to learn about it, and Where Hope Grows pays mad respect to the bison in an intelligent, research driven, and poetic way.

We need to prioritise podcasts like this.
An extremely informative podcast from guys that truly care about finding solutions to our broken farming model. Not preachy, just full of love for the land, nature and our future.

    Informative, emotionally charged, and inspiring
My new favorite podcast! The emotional and spiritual connection Taylor has to Nature is palpable, and is at the heart of each episode of Where Hope Grows. Finally, a truly authentic podcast that lacks any ego and takes you back to… the soil. LOVE it.

    Inspiring
Really resonated with me and gave me a lot to think about in terms of what I eat and where it comes from. Show has a compelling tone that kept me interested all the way though.
