I’ve been a professional photographer for over 10 years. I’m a female in my 50’s but Nathan speaks with wisdom beyond his years and I find him totally relatable. While I’m in a different genre of photography, his podcast not only applies to me, but could easily apply to many entrepreneurs - especially those with a personal brand. More importantly, for me personally, is Nathan’s purpose behind his business and this podcast, which is grounded in his faith in Jesus. I just started getting back into Nathan’s podcast and it’s actually AMAZING! Also Nathan your reminder mid episode works because I heard the reminder to write the review over 5 times and it worked on me now! 🤭 Nathan’s recent episode with Peyton on paid ads WAS SO FREAKING AWESOME! This is actually the perfect time for me to hear it and I REALLY NEEDED that episode. Also the tip from Peyton to ask Chat GPT where people commonly travel FROM when they go TO destinations for elopement shoots was actually AWESOME. I’m an elopement photographer and that tip just rocked my world. I love the guests you’ve been bringing on and the stories you’re sharing. Especially student success stories. I’ve been a photographer for almost a decade and am recently coming back to Christianity and following the teachings of Jesus and am loving the way this podcast is put together. You can tell the creator is truly trying to give back to the photography community as much as possible. I’m a Christian photographer who’s just barely starting out actually trying her own business. I majored in photography and business during my undergrad, but put photography to the side so I could get a full-time job and “real” job experience. Not only has this podcast been so beneficial for me to learn more about business, sales, confidence, and working with clients, but also so grounding for a young Christian trying to find her way in the work world while remaining true to who I am. Although I’m just at the start of my photography, business journey, I’m saving up to join the blueprint program, and I have shared episodes with my mom, who is also an entrepreneur with her own local art center. Nathan, I love what you’re doing and you have blessed my life so much more than you know. I went on a road trip through Michigan, and when I was driving through Grand Rapids, I thought of you and your business and your influence on me and the difference you’re making, and not only the photographer and entrepreneur circles also the Christian community. Not me recommending this podcast to every photographer I encounter!!! So much value, so much authenticity, so much inspiration. I have been listening for a few months and have gained business changing wisdom that aligns with my biblical worldview. I’m now apart of the business blueprint program which I also could not recommend more, I’m only a few weeks in and am in awe at the value and business changing tools I’m learning from Nathan! Nathan, your manifestations podcast nearly brought me to tears. I’ve been a listener for 6 or so months, but your God-focused content is what sticks out to me the most. I also struggle with self doubt and self reliance and this episode was so uplifting and reminded me to lift my eyes to the Lord. Becoming more like Christ should be our only crucial goal. Everything else is secondary. I should not be wringing my hands over building a website. There is so scripture to enrich and guide our lives that people miss out on because they can’t put self centered goals on pause. You’ve forced me to pause today and consider these things. I have been listening to Passion with Purpose for forever! The thing that drew me to the podcasts was Nathan’s way of viewing business ownership as being the manager for the Lords business. As I’ve applied what I’m learning through the podcast, I’m consistently seeing so much growth. This podcast has adjusted my mindset to help me recognize that I CAN make this a career and be successful. I’m so grateful for the lessons I’ve learned through each episode.

I seriously can’t say enough good about this podcast. I’ve been doing photography full time for 8 years now. After having two babies back to back, I was really struggling to keep up with my business and life. I’ve been listening to every episode for a few months now, and implementing where I can. I have felt so inspired by the ideas on this podcast and it has really given me the push to dive back in with my business. I am so excited that in January alone I booked $20,000 worth of weddings, my biggest month yet. I think every photographer and entrepreneur should give this podcast a listen.

So I absolutely love listening to Nathan’s podcast. With having two kids I always turn it on during nap time and try to take away as many business tips as I can. Honestly, I think his tips go beyond photography. The podcast can easily be applied to anyone running a small business, and in fact I have applied it to my husband’s business as well, which is legal tech! I highly suggest listening to these!

Not only does Nathan give new and eye opening perspectives about my business, but he also sprinkles in ACTUAL facts and information. HOW he has the time to research this stuff, run a business, coach, AND be a dad is WILD. I also love that his episodes aren’t an hour long commercial like some podcasts!! I’ve implemented tips and things that have really helped me grow. I also love that he’s open about his faith and incorporates it in his episodes!! Praying I get to do his coaching some day, I can’t imagine how much further my business would go! Keep up the amazing work!

I’m really thankful that Nathan pours so much of his heart into his podcast. I’ve a business blueprint student and his podcast episodes are an extension of the goodness he pours into his classes. I listen to a lot of photography podcast and this is so far my favorite! Such great insight, advice, and the guests on the show are so good. I am absolutely loving the newer episodes of fellow photographers calling in with questions. I’d love to hear an episode like that every month. It’s wild but I never really had gotten into podcasts before, let alone ones that would help me gain more knowledge about my business. I would always start my days editing and put on a Music playlist and go about my workday. Finally one day, a friend recommended for me to start listening to podcasts. I instantly remembered Nathan had one because I follow him on Instagram so I decided to check it out. AND WOW! I am SO glad I did. It has been so refreshing to listen to podcasts based on business as a photographer and I have already gained so many tips from him and the guests that he has had on the show. THANKS NATHAN!!!

I first heard about Nathan on The Heart & Hustle Podcast and ever since then my whole perspective on my business has changed. Just listening to this podcast I doubled my bookings and gained more confidence in my business. I read any books he recommends and it is so incredibly amazing to know that there are other resources we can look into as entrepreneurs to grow our business. I hope one day that I can afford the business blueprint and his courses but for now this podcast is incredible and I definitely will recommend this podcast and recommend this podcast anybody I know.

I quit my full-time corporate job two months ago to pursue my photography full-time, FINALLY after four years. I’m only on my second episode, but I’m enjoying it a lot! I’m really in a space where I need to learn as much as possible and grow my business!

I started listening to your podcast last year searching for anything with photography. I’ve been into photography since 7th grade & got my first 35mm in 11th grade. I have been a photographer for several years and got back into it in 2017 as a family portrait photographer, some weddings and events. I listen to your podcast at my job & it makes my day. It took me a while, but I’m finally all caught up. I don’t know if this is the place to add this, but I was wondering if you will ever be doing a segment on dealing with customers who don’t read their contract, especially when it comes to taking photos while you’re taking them. I’ve been dealing with a lot of customers who take cell phone photos while I am & by the time the kids get to me they’re done with photos. Or uncles taking them and they’re all looking the other way. As someone who has been shooting since I was a kid (borrowing my parents point and shoot), and trying to transform my passion and love of photography into a business, I can confidently say Nathan has guided me to where I am today. When I say guided, I mean like holding my hand and breaking down information like it’s Chinese and I’m in Pre-K, okay? He KNOWS how to teach and this podcast is my holy grail for my small buis. I don’t listen to many business type podcast because I just either find them way too detailed and boring or super silly and unhelpful. But this one is right on. Nathan is great at getting right to the point and thinking about things on a deeper level- not just the same tips over and over. I love anything mindset related that he discusses. Really great! Don’t switch to interviews only because I hate those podcasts- lol!

I love how much value this podcast provides to me as I walk through different phases of my business. For a free resources this podcast really knocks it out of the park. I also love that this is from a Christian entrepreneur in our industry! I’ve been doing photography for years but have never had the opportunity to shoot but events and is now dropping 9k this weeks in my photography business and is ready to hit the ground running.
