On The Runs

Running #69

We loves stories, it started with #CodeBrown, and as many runners have gone through an actual code brown experience, we truly love all stories around the sport of running. A code brown can be any type of “oh crap” moment, however we love stories of accomplishment, struggle, overcoming physical and mental obstacles and how the sport of running along with any type of physical fitness played a role into that individual’s journey. Join us and listen as we bring on guest to share their stories. Along the way we'll talk about what's relevant in the running community, highlighting key events across the world when they happen and what we're going through with our training and events throughout the year.

    New Hampshire represent!
As a newer listener to the On The Runs podcast, I gotta say, Eric and Erika are an wicked awesome podcast team. Their chemistry and banter, about both running thing and non-running things, makes it feel like you’re in a room amongst friends. It’s nice on a run to listen and just feel like you’ve got some buddies running along with you. The interview guests are also usually very solid and the back-and-forth dynamic is great! Beware the Code Brown everyone, and long live Stoolie!

    Love this running podcast
This podcast always leaves me feeling inspired - while also making me laugh throughout every episode. Eric and Erika are fantastic co-hosts and I love their dynamic together. I also love how they incorporate social media activities/polls into their episodes (March Madness). MM was a lot of fun!

Funny, entertaining, & genuine! Erika & Eric’s conversation is real and sincere. Great story telling guests whether about running or personal challenges. If in need of a smile for the day, don’t miss an episode. You may even reach the verge of peeing your pants from laughter. Great job E & E!

    So fun!
I’m always looking for new running podcasts and I’m so happy I found this one. They have an awesome variety of guests - from local runners to running celebs. Eric and Erika’s banter is great and it’s fun to follow along on their personal running adventures. It’s so fun to have a NH based podcast and it’s been super cool to get to see them out in the wild at local races!

    Inspiring, Warm and Witty
Eric and Erika share their passion for the sport of all things running and the individuals who participate in the sport with inspiring stories. They complement each other in their interviewing styles and make the guests feel right at home. They have a unique blend of talking about serious topics such as substance use recovery, injuries and journeys to health and wellness while using humor and having an upbeat tone to the “POD.” They use Instagram and Facebook to share video teasers from their podcast which enhances the enjoyment of the podcast. Once you listen to an episode, you will want to get caught up on what you’ve been missing! I’d rate it ten stars if I could.

Princess Challenge Finisher First Time Listener
I was told about this podcast after I finished the Princess Challenge 2023 (my first in person 10k and half ever and first Disney races) and of course the first episode I had to listen to was about Dopey as that is a dream of mine. I loved listening to everyone talk, the questions were great and ones I would want to know, and it was just super fun to listen to! Looking forward to listening to more episodes!

    Inspiring yet funny
These two have amazing podcast chemistry. If you’re a runner- new or professional you can feel yourself relate. It’s easy listening and encouraging. However- if you never have had a #codebrown and listen to this enough- you may stress about having one every run you take….
