JenR1972Cured my depressionGoing carnivore relieved a 5 year, treatment-resistant, suicidal depression as soon as I started with it. I had been eating “healthy” with vegan and vegetarian entrees, grains, beans, and lots of fruits and veggies. Yes, I am only an N = 1 but my experience matters and can’t be dismissed. I encourage listening with an open mind. Reminder how long it took to convince the British Navy to start using limes and for doctors to start washing their hands between the morgue and women delivering babies! Not to mention leeches and bloodletting!

MelW97NoJust more evidence that people find what they want to find when conducting research.

LotzwifeGood material but foul languageI would have loved to have heard the rest of this podcast and I’m surprised I went as long as I did. The doctors very knowledgeable and the information he gave was very interesting but he has a foul mouth and I could not finish the rest of it. He should think about his audience on a whole and not use that language. I don’t think there’s any need for it. Sorry.

Timber FeetsGood StuffI am really enjoying this podcast. But I must say, please turn the volume down on the commercials. It’s obnoxious to the point where I will actually stop listening and move onto a different podcast.

Andy9265What seven hormones???I just listened to the show called “Seven Hormones that…” Most of it was a plug for the guests’ weight loss program. Initially he mentioned insulin as one of the seven hormones, but he never mentioned them again. Horrible, noisy ads, too.

TCC@0000Excellent informationFor years I suffered from digestive and weight issues, but whenever I only ate animal protein I felt 100% better. However, I was always afraid that I was missing important nutrients. Your podcast has given me the courage to continue to eat the way that makes me feel better in every way possible. Thank you!

findingtheunfoundSeeking the Truth, not standard of care….We’ve learned so much from Dr. Chaffee and his guests. My sister-in-law was diagnosed with GBM July 2023. Since then my wife and I have been on a health and education journey. We’ve learned much from Chaffee and others. So much we wish we had known but never would have without this incredible resource. Just listened to the latest episode with Jeff de Prosperis. Love that guy and his story. So inspirational. Please keep having him back. Would love to hear more conversations with Gabor and Siegfried as well. Would be interesting to hear them together even.

BambootimThank YouI am ever most grateful for you. I am in 21 days and doing extremely well. 21 days ago, i reached another lowest of lows w sugar addiction. You and Dr Baker and Dr Kiltz are my heroes. I listen to podcasts all day, every day. I have attempted this way of living many times. The longest I made it was 6 months. But even cheese would block me from progressing to a cleaner carnivore. I also am on 4 days coffee free. This has made a HUGE difference. H U G E !!! There are no words to say how my clarity of mind has changed. Like a boxer, I must protect myself at all times. For my future, I will be writing an anecdotal articles on Carnivore Induction. Perhaps start daily postings on Tik Tok. The how to get started. This is a much needed gap in the community for going from heavy sugar addiction to choices in keto /carnivore lifestyles. A lot of interviews that are conducted brush over the keto flu as mild. Not me brother. I bet there are some sick puppies out there that need guidance

NicholasAngel2Great but needs outlineThe podcast has terrific guests and is full of helpful info. It needs a written outline of what will be discussed though so listeners know beforehand if they want to tune in for all of it. It is very long and offers no guide for what’s to come.

Gabby PortuInformative and InterestingI absolutely love this podcast. Easy, conversational style full of practical information. I enjoy both the “experts” as well as the everyday Joe’s. So much to learn. I also appreciate a dogma-free approach to Carnivore, which, for most, is a big turn off. I look forward to listening to all of the episodes! Thank you Dr. Chaffee—your message is being heard.

Ichablog CraneAn invaluable resourceI have recently discovered the carnivore diet after trying various vegan and pseudo-ketogenic diet with little success.Through my own experimentation with diet I started to recognize the power of animal meat, but my previous beliefs just couldn't allow me to see the full picture. The doctors knowledge on this topic is incredible. I am so thankful he is doing what he is doing and getting this message out there. I also really enjoy his astute historical perspectives on various ancient cultures. Thank you!

Gilda B.Thank you for your story!I never get tired of you speaking, and never get tired of your story “plants are trying to kill you”. Don’t stop talking, or interrupting..Lol, you’re a great teacher and very helpful in this optimal health journey!
-
de_nogentShut up and listen!Anthony, stop lecturing your guests and talking about yourself. Let them speak. Give your guests a voice. Otherwise, great show.

JakepontEvolution is hogwashHe’s an evolutionist and that garbage bleeds through. Overall helpful information. The black carnivore is a racist segregationist, a most unfortunate interviewee.

Aren72Eloquent, erudite, and gentlemanlyI deeply admire the generosity Dr Chaffee has shown to The Community. He has freely disseminated his considerable knowledge to any and all alike— even the Vegan Undead (for the moment, anyway) I have restarted my own carnivore program with good results— for which I’m grateful. I was “stuck” following several years of Keto (for refractory seizures) and my switch to a carnivore lifestyle tanked after a couple of years. Carnivore slowly became “animal based”, which became “whole food based”, which culminated in a fruit and honey carnivory failure. In a nutshell, I’ve dropped the eleven fruit and honey pounds, I’m a reborn carnivore, and “Beef’s what’s for dinner”! Seriously, many thanks Dr Chaffee
