I could picture the excitement and passion on ur kids face about eating the meat and having ice creams out of the blue on the mountain!! Ur a real life hero Señor!! If ever i am blessed enough to ever get to hunt or even just hang with u, i’m sure my face will prob resemble a little kids face just like that!! =D blessings Remi & familia =]

joebfrankTrue TacticsFor whichever big game animal you hunt out west, I HIGHLY recommend this podcast. Most hunting podcasts spend too much time talking about gear and they seem kinda like infomercials. Not this one though! The tips and tactics are true and they work! Best podcast in the hunting industry by far.

AzHntrMade me better then the restRemi your awesome man. Live out west and hunt mule deer and elk, but my buddies invited me on a white tail hunt. 4 days and no one at camp had shot anything, so I got tired of the stand and pulled out my tactics from Remi and spot and stalked a whitetail on the edge of a field. Got 17 yard and stuck a arrow right through the pump station. No one could believe It and I was the only one to get a deer all week. Owe it all to the man himself.

Taylor hunts.Rediscovering huntingI grew up hunting as a kid, but now I’m trying to figure out how to do it all over again. This podcast is an instruction manual in most hunting techniques for most game, but especially for elk! Took the podcast to the backcountry of CO for my first time chasing elk and had close encounters every day!

39YFNew listenerI can’t stop listening to these. So informative and entertaining. Been bow hunting elk for years and every time I hear I pod I kind a nugget that I can’t wait to try this season. Thank you Reno. Keep it up!!!

remove app nowPronghorn stalkRemi these podcasts are invaluable. I never would’ve thought of these tactics prior to listening to the podcast. I’m really enjoying putting them into practice. This last year I went on my first pronghorn hunt, the only tag I could get was a muzzleloader tag. I listened to your podcasts on speed goats over and over in preparation for the hunt. I was able to use the undulations in the topography to get within a few hundred yards but then belly crawled for over one hundred yards to get just under a hundred yards from a bedded buck. Unfortunately I had a weapon malfunction and didn’t get that buck, but I would never have gotten that close without learning from you. Thank you for the great advice. Tony PS I was able to harvest a very nice 6x5 bull elk using some of your other tactics. Appreciate it!

LipslewinskiSolo outdoorsmanI’m a lifelong eastern US bird hunter, but totally relate to Remi’s firsthand big game stories that teach hard won lessons in woodcraft and survival as well as figuring the nature of the game and how to move successfully towards the kill with perseverance. Now at 66yo, I’m looking westward for my first bow antelope adventure because of Remi. Thanks!
-
jcdc1993Don’t just listen - Apply this stuff!I apply these techniques with whitetail hunting. Specifically: 1)My bows release is on my wrist or on my bow no compromise. 2)Never place gear on the ground. 3)Animals need food , water , cover - which ever one of those resources are scarce that’s your starting point.

JDMBENDShares His KnowledgeI learn something every time I listen to Remi.

Guenther_BoyleFound your new POD CastI have followed you since the beginning of SOLO Hunter. I really enjoyed your other POD cast and was bummed when you weren’t on it anymore. I have learned a lot from you different content. I am 59 year old hunter and started back into hunting about 10 years ago. I’m glad your back and look forward to catching up on all your POD casts.
-
CopalopeUseful content for every level of hunterRemi, I found you a few years ago on that “other“ podcast. Late onset hunter who greatly appreciates you sharing your immense knowledge. Your content is both informational and inspirational. Thank you for all you do.

Tomac MTGreat podcastAbsolutely love your podcast
-
chadisenogleSolid adviceI just listened to your podcast entitled "two man roll." I think this is gospel when it comes to multiple hunters trying to close the distance on both call shy and bulls and those looking to gather cows up or keep his in a harem. I'm going on a hunt with a newbie this year and I told him this is solid gold/must listen when it comes to real scenario advice. Enjoy your approach to talking hunting and keeping it light! -Chad Isenogle

Eedsall87So goodIv been hunting big game for years in the west and I often find remi telling stories or talking about tactics that I have witnessed first hand (often messing the situation up) or just not understanding why the scenario played out like it did and heard him give the answer on elk month, or early season mule deer hunting, I have thoroughly enjoyed the advice on getting new hunters out, or bringing kids out for their first hunt. The Christmas episode from 2022 is one of my favorites with Tim Montana’s song I’m still waiting to be released… iv done the Q&A’s always getting sound advice, Remi always points me in the right direction and I truly believe that listening to this has made me a better hunter. Thumbs up all around and look forward to more listening before the elk start bugling!

jlinnskiYupHe’s back! Thanks Remi. This info is top notch.

C. LDubTop Notch AdviceAs a long time western big game hunter and big game guide in Wyoming, I often find myself hearing him give advice that is great for the novice hunter. He often gives advice that an experienced hunter can use to reframe his/her thinking to remain versatile in the field instead of looking for the perfect scenario.

Benj055It’s Remi Warren talking about hunting…what else is there to sayRemi is one of, if not “the” best modern hunting icon. He is probably one of the most die hard, hardcore hunters out there and has a wealth of knowledge that anyone can learn from. Curious to know if we will ever get the story behind the split from Meateater…I guess we will just have to wait and see if that ever gets discussed…but I’m still here with you Remi…even if you never choose me for one of your giveaways
-
muley hunterGood stuffLots of good info on this podcast , whether you’re a new hunter that wants to shorten the learning curve or an experienced hunter that wants to sharpen your skills, there’s something for everybody.

Tricks with .556Best podcast in the game! It’s far More than just huntingI love this podcast. I am a new hunter with only one season under my belt. I took up hunting late in life at the age of 39 to change my family tree, my son is 1 year old and my daughter is 3 and I want to teach them the fundamentals of hunting and all the life lessons that come with it. I had no father figure growing up so hunting has a very deep meaning to me. I love the down to earth nature of Remi Warrens approach to educating new and experienced hunters. One thing that resonates with me is his boldness in making his faith in Christ known. This is hugely important in my book that men of faith with his reach use their platform to bring awareness to the importance of faith. Also I like how he always talks about being courageous in the face of fear. Hunting can be dangerous I am a firefighter paramedic and routinely find myself in situations where fear is present but my faith in Christ brings me peace and allows me to be courageous. Hunting is no different, being in the outdoors exposed to the elements and wildlife can be scary at times, it’s reassuring to know that I am not alone in feeling vulnerable when out in the sticks solo hunting, keep up the good work brother and God bless.

Mostswag_Got me my first buckGosh dang it If it wasnt for Remi Im 99% sure I wouldnt have got my first archery mule deer buck this season. I was having some serious problems about controlling myself when the moment came. I thought of Remi’s advice and stood still. Breathed and stayed confident in my set up and my shot opening. Iv made dozens of stalks that ended in failed shots because I simply couldnt stay still. Remi beat that into my brain and now Im successful a week later. Thank you REMI!
-
