    Information is interesting, and the host seems very well informed. My only complaint is that she refers to her listeners as “mommas” every 30 seconds.

    Your Final Method to Weight Loss & Life Improvement!
    I don’t know that there is anyone more knowledgeable in Weight Loss than Dr Emily! Her podcasts teach me so much and keep my head in the game every week of self improvement! I took it a step further and her coaching program is amazing! I wish I would have worked with her sooner as I not only lost 110 lbs but changed EVERY aspect of my life through her coaching methods!! She is so relatable, makes it so simple and is so passionate about helping women achieve great things!

    Not a Cookie Cutter Approach to Weight Loss
    I've listened to the first two episodes! Great tips! I have been part of Dr E 9 month program since September and have found her to be very balanced in her approach with the goal of finding what works best for each individual and their lifestyle. appreciate that she doesn't put people in a box or promote a cookie cutter approach to weight loss. My biggest takeaway so far is taking a pause before eating off my plan to determine why I’m wanting it and identifying what feelings may be involved. Being more aware of what and why I am eating has helped me lose almost 30lbs!
