One of my must listen to’s
Love this group. Diverse opinions and all three are usually proven true in the end. Weird.

    KC Chiefs Gold
This is THE place for the best takes on our KC Chiefs. These three guys are absolute gems… Soren Petro hosts the best sports show in Kansas City, Eric Eager has the biggest brain in Chiefs Kingdom, and NFL columnist extraordinaire Jeffri Chadiha is the voice of cautious calm and resolve that keeps this podcast grounded. While Soren asks all the right questions, Eric and Jeff make me look at the game in new, often contrasting, and thought provoking ways. Every week, I finish the episode feeling like a smarter football fan.

    Jeff hates modern football
I want to like this but Jeff is such a buzzkill all the time that it's not enjoyable. The chiefs are on an all time run, there's a reason to be positive. Listen to national media and podcasts, they're higher on the chiefs than Eric and Soren often. Greatest playoff game of my lifetime and Jeff says meh it's top 15, listing the tuck rule game????? 4 lead changes under two minutes and the reaction is well it was ok. Why cover football if you hate it so much? I'll be back if they drop Jeff, but he needs to cover games from 20+ years ago because that's the only football he appreciates.

    This could be good IF…
Potential here for a very good show, if: 1. Petro stops thinking his opinion is the most important, stops expressing it with the petulance of a child being denied his candy, and stops interrupting. (All of these apply to his radio show as well.) 2. Eager figures out…like…you know…how to actually....um….finish a…like what I mean is…you know…maybe…he could…you know…finish a sentence before…like…you know….starting another one. Come on, man. If you’re going to be a broadcaster, learn to speak like one. You are very frustrating to listen to. Chadiha is level-headed and the most well spoken of the three. A bit on the negative side but that seems to be his role here. Sorry to be so critical but you guys could really step up your game. I hope you do.

    Here’s my problem
My problem with Jeff is that 95% of the critiques he makes about the chiefs defense can LITERALLY be applied to every single defense in the league. Sometimes I just wanna ask Jeff like, “ok well who do you think is good????) because what he does to the chiefs I can do to literally every playoff contender in the league right now. No like I actually just sat down and Jeff’D the ENTIRE playoff picture on my computer, every single team I just wrote down 5 “well if this than that” takes that will/could be serious “wait and see” problems for all of them. It’s the problem with his version of analysis, it’s “what if” analysis and it’s always moving the goal posts because there will always be another “what if this team or that team did this or that?” It’s boring and played, I CAN DO THAT. Jeff has 20-30 years experience watching and writing about the NFL, I want him to give me that! Give me your actual predictions, opinions takes etc. I never thought I’d say this but channel a little bit more “sports talk radio guy” I basically want the experience jeff brings but applied to the chiefs. I don’t need a wet blanket...every show lol (I don’t mind it in spurts as long as the wet blanket gives me some accountability somewhere else lol Doesn’t have to be positive!!!! Be negative! But give takes or opinions that will be definitively RIGHT OR WRONG. it irritates people so much because analysts who use “what if” analysis are never actually right or wrong. I love that Soren will give me a concrete take/prediction based on the data we currently have and then afterwards if it’s wrong, he’s like, “yeah I was wrong, here’s why” and then he builds off of the new information. Jeff just comes off like he’s scared to death of being wrong about anything. Give us an actual take, give a concrete prediction, something that YOU MIGHT ACTUALLY HAVE TO SAY, “yeah I was wrong about X” and then back it up with a rationale or numbers or whatever. We aren’t gona destroy you for being wrong! It’s endearing lol Anyone can machine-gun 100 different “if/than” takes about ANY team it’s not analysis because it’s based on possibility, not reality. If nothing else, just ADD 1 CONCRETE TAKE/PREDICTION (doesn’t even have to be chiefs related) per week, that you answer for every Tuesday. Like make Jeff give 1 prediction that is definitively going to be either right or wrong relative to the nfl every week lol everyone would enjoy it and it would get a laugh, and Jeff can tell everyone to shove it when he’s right lol
