    So fun
I have been known as a Nancy Drew enthusiast for many years, and this show is the perfect amount of enjoying the series and seeing it for its ridiculousness. The rating system is really maybe the best part of the show! Funny, creative way to enjoy the mysteries.

    An absolute delight
Karen and Kelly are a total joy, and both I and my eleven year old daughter, who has dressed up as Nancy Drew more than once, take delight in their reviews of Nancy Drew mysteries!

    Fun and friendly podcast
I grew up with Nancy Drew and love mysteries of all kinds. The sisterly banter and obvious love is icing on the cake.

    Thank you, Kelly and Karen!
This is the podcast I’ve been waiting my whole life for! (Well, not literally as there was no such thing as podcasts for much of my life, but you take my point.). I love the discussion of the Nancy Drew books, as well as the special episode “super sleuth” books. I really love how these two sisters genuinely love and relate to each other. Twelve out of twelve old clocks!

Terry Scott fascinates me ! Look forward to you writing a book so that he and Nancy can be together again.

    A big fan!
It is so much fun to listen to these two sisters chat about Nancy Drew (and adjacent topics). Their affection for each other and their shared sense of humor is a delight to listen to.

    Nancy
Thank you Karen and Kelly, wonderful podcast. It is basically a Nancy drew book club. Also I found a River heights in Utah, and I found out that the author for the “Hardy boys” and “Nancy Drew” is the same author under two different names. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts about the Nancy Drew books I love this podcast.

    It’s a clue podcast review
Karen and Kelly have provided me with the most reliably humorous and entertaining podcast episodes in the year 2022. I really treasured those stress-free and laugh out loud minutes. I hope there are many more episodes to come.

    Fun times
Very entertaining, funny repartee between the sisters. I loved Nancy Drew as a child so this is a great way to relive those plots with a modern view.

    Your new book besties!!
As a commuter I am constantly trying to find a podcast that makes my ride a little more enjoyable. I grew up reading Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys and would laugh along with them. Now I get to relive them with the delightful hosts Kelly and Karen as well as discover new YA mysteries to read! Join the hilarious party that will make you wish you were popping a white claw and enjoying a baked good along with them!

I wish I was the third sister!
I love this podcast. I was an avid Nancy Drew fan and have many memories of browsing the library looking for yet another Nancy Drew mystery I hadn’t read. I wish I could find the book I owned where I checked off each book as I read it. This podcast brings it all back and adds a fun spin. I love the sisters’ analysis of the stories 😂 And really, how is Nancy so adept at so many things?? I just reread the Mystery of Phantom Ranch and she is a skilled rider, knows how to diagnose what’s wrong with a car, and is an amazing sleuth. Not to mention she’s a titian haired fashionista! I find myself looking for chores, just so I can join Karen, Kelly, and Nancy in another exciting mystery!

    Love the Nancy nostalgia
I read about this podcast in the NYTimes recently and have been working my way through the episodes. It has been a highlight of my summer! Such fun and it brings back wonderful memories of my father reading me Nancy Drew when I was a girl. The sweet sisterly banter and wit of the hosts make me smile and laugh out loud every episode. Thank you for making this podcast and please make more episodes!
  • Listening63
    Love this!
The honest take on Nancy and the gang is hilarious and so so true! I still keep a stack of Nancy Drew by my bed for when I’m feeling anxious. Glad there are so many books..cause that means many more episodes ♥️

    Fun facts and nostalgia
I started listening because the New York Times recommended this podcast recently and I was a Nancy Drew fan growing up. I love the easy conversation and have laughed out loud several times while listening. I hope they come back and do more episodes, im running out quickly!

    Where have you gone?
One of my favorite podcasts. I love Nancy Drew and spending time with Karen and Kelly is so enjoyable! It reminds me of school bus conversations as my friends and I would compare notes on what we read or watched the night before. Nancy Drew, the Hardy Boys, and Trixie Belden books were always shared among us and we would then talk about their adventures like they were our own. I hope all is well with Karen and Kelly. I keep checking for new episodes, but in the meantime I listen to the archive and enjoy each replay. Karen and Kelly: If you are able to continue this podcast I will be so happy to share the adventure. But if you guys are not okay, please know that you are missed.

    Super Fun!
I grew up loving the Nancy Drew video games, so naturally I was curious about the books! I love the fun dynamic that this podcast has, both hosts are absolutely hilarious and great storytellers. This podcast doesn’t just cover the plot lines, it analyzes these books in a fun way with lots of absolutely entertaining commentary. I find myself listening to it while I’m winding down for the day, doing stuff around the house, or even cutting my grass. It’s a definitely favorite to go to!

    Amazing
If you took My Favorite Murder and made it something that was actually good, consistent, funny, and thoughtful, and had talented hosts, you’d have this podcast.
  • bekieboooooo
    Hilarious but thoughtful discussions!
I really enjoy this podcast. I’m kinda hopping around as I read the Nancy Drew books, but you really don’t have to. They give great summaries and character descriptions so reading the books is not needed. The commentary is funny and thoughtful. The podcast feels so unscripted and conversational but so entertaining. I’ll be back to listen to more for sure!

    Sister Mystery Awesomeness
These two sisters crack me up and I laugh out loud with the drop dead sincere delivery of sarcasm. Recaps of great vintage YA mystery books are not that common and this one is definitely a keeper! They have great chemistry and as sisters, they have shared stories that go WAY back. Have really enjoyed listening! Keep it up!

    My favorite podcast!
Kelly and Karen are HILARIOUS! I love their sister dynamic and how they add comedy in reviewing some of the best young adult mysteries so many of us read as kids. I’m really just obsessed with the hosts. This is my favorite podcast to listen to in the morning.

    True Blue Clues
If you haven’t heard this podcast yet - get a clue! One of my favorite podcasts and I love their Nancy Drew coverage and other fun discussions. It’s no mystery that they’re 10/10 magnifying glasses :)

I rate this podcast 12 fuzzy llamas
This podcast has only had a few episodes so far and I’m already watching for my feed to update! The hosts are funny and insightful and their sister dynamic is charming. I read more of the later-published Nancy Drews, and I’m enjoying this window into the rest of the series. One of my favorite parts is how they talk a little bit about what was happening in the country when the books were published, so we can better understand things like, why are people so obsessed with bonds? My only complaint so far is that i can’t binge this pod yet!

    It’s a clue!!
Fabulous podcast with witty hosts. Love going back and look at all these old young adult mysteries we read so many years ago. Keep up the good work girls !

This is going to be great
Have you ever wished you could play Oregon Trail one more time? Watch one more episode of Hey, Dude? This podcast gives us a chance to revisit one more indulgent pastime and that’s YA mysteries. Did you have a favorite? I sure did and after re-reading it, man, it did not age well for 2021. I can’t wait to discuss.
