How to invest a pile of cash?
is the most common question. This gets asked a different way. every. single. month. On one hand I get it. It’s lead generation for their business. On the other hand, this question has been asked and answered hundreds of times, on this show and others. It’s played out at this point. Totally unlistenable if you don’t have piles of cash to invest, or if you’ve already heard “how to invest a pile of cash” a million times. Been listening for a while and a lot of content is retread or doesn’t apply unless you’re already rich.

    Great Show!
Short form and very informative! I listen to all TCAF offerings! Great conversation and insights. Duncan: “I think you can thank anybody for anything.” Classic response! I enjoy the show and look forward to each episode/topic.

    Love the Range
Love the show (great team Ben & Duncan + all the guests) and the range of the advices you give. All the way from people who have won the game to people who are struggling to make a decision that could change their life completely.

    Jill on money, great guest
I’m a weekly listener, Jill on money was a great guest this week. BTW, I’m listening to this while driving my Toyota Camry hybrid.

    Total bro fest
Total bro fest. Little to no female voice in questions from audience or outside voices. Super disappointed.

    Best of the best…
Ben has emerged as the leader in the star studded Ritholtz Group. Sidekick Duncan who provides “Dunkin’ On Duncan” opportunities for Ben is the perfect compliment.

    Never Miss an Episode
Such a terrific show that I never miss. I love the way they break down questions of all different complexities with empathy and practical advice. Ben provides terrific insight and when it’s an area he doesn’t feel as comfortable he doesn’t hesitate to bring in experts who know more. Ben and Duncan have a great interaction and it makes the show exceedingly enjoyable for someone who likes personal finance and investing.

One of my favorite podcast streams
Always great information from hosts and guests, and the folks at The Compound & Animal Spirits are all pretty funny in their own ways. The conversational nature of the episodes and often hilarious banter between Josh, Michael, Ben, and Duncan make it one of my favorite shows. I’d wager hanging out with them would be a blast.

    Great info
Great podcast but is this guy Phil Pearlman drunk? He said butter, red meat and bacon are healthy? FYI: the longest lifespans in the world (The Blue Zones) Okinawa Japan, Ikaria Greece, Sardina Italy, Loma Linda Ca EAT A PLANT CENTRIC DIET, little to no red meat. Blue Zones are the areas of the world with the Highest % of people over 90 years old per capita. Someone please tell this guy Phil Pearlman that bacon is classified as a carcinogen just like asbestos. Geez.

The best podcast in the world
I really enjoy this podcast. The best part is Duncan who I believe deserves his own weekly podcast. A raising star. A beacon of hope. The questions that get answered are ones I’m too afraid to ask but can usually relate to. The length of this podcast is great as well. Straight and to the point. Best to listen at 1.25 speed.

Big fan of the new format having Ben go through the mail bag!

    Used to enjoy
Loved to listen, very informative. Now, not so much. Too much Barry and his politics.

How to avoid a bear market
Everyone should listen to that episode. Pure gold.
  • DontPlayYourself16765
    I like everyone but Barry
No offense to the guy. I like listening for the great financial opinions. Batnick has a way of coming up with perspectives on the market that I never would have thought about before. I love animal spirits, and I appreciate getting a sprinkling of others now on Goldmine. I wish Mah Julie would start doing some of his stuff too. Barry’s podcasts just sound like a cable news show, with a little bit of finance thrown in to make it relate. Guy seems more interested in presidents than markets. The whole phenomenon leaves a bad taste in my mouth. TLDR: Too political

    It is amazing
That Blair can write and record all her words on the neutral ground - during drizzles - in New Orleans

    Barry
Keep Barry out of this. We get enough of him at MIB

    These are great!
Love these, easy to consume and full of insight!

    Awesome
I think every writer should do this. This is awesome. There are so many blog posts I want to read but due to life events, it’s harder to sit and read it and strains my eyes somewhat. This is amazing yet so simple and I thank you for taking the time to do this.
  • hupmfswgsatbbvwq69
    Insightful, must listen
Blair and the whole RWM team are always insightful and jam packed with information!
