mernolenInformative & Fun!I’ve been listening to the podcast for about 6 months now and cannot get enough. The episodes are packed full of information. I’m constantly jotting down notes when listening so I don’t forget anything. If you’re on a health and wellness journey this is a must listen podcast!

AshlieB2024Excellent ResourceThis is an excellent resource for those looking for solid, science based solutions to the vast majority of westernized disease states. I look forward to every new episode. Thank you Dr. Will for making this information available to everyone.
-
JaMaDuMyMaxSo helpfulI was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and through Taylor Duke I found this show. Dr Will and team are informative and so helpful in understanding options and resources. More importantly, if I need to go this route, utilizing them as a virtual option for medicine when I can’t find anyone in my area is so helpful. @jdubs111
-
AlexamorelliEasily digestible health informationI listen to sooo many healthy & wellness podcasts, & this is one that I look forward to every single week. Dr. Will delivers the information in a way that doesn’t overwhelm me & that I can actually take & apply to my life. I also love the Q & A’s because they cover a variety of health topics in one episode. And I like that Dr. Will is wiling to say if something is just a trend & not worth spending your time/money on. Definitely worth a listen!

StormermaceyBest Podcast OutAs a woman with PCOS and insulin resistance I have learned so many things from this podcast that has helped me understand my body and get my health on the right rack. I could not recommend this podcast enough.

dont follow me im lostExpected BetterShocked at the Simbari episode… as a health care professional I would expect better. Feels like this show has run its course.

MishonetSad to see a political endorsementNot interested in politics being brought to the conversation. We are overloaded, tired, exhausted and frankly completely fed up! Endorsing a literal cowboy and MAHA was a huge blow to Dr. Cole’s reputation and integrity. Wellness podcasts used to be the one safe heaven, where we escape the non stop vomit of political ideology. I wish you nothing but the best. I won’t be here to witness though.

Izzy DefrancescoThis is the show to take control of your health !The art of being well is an amazing resource for anyone trying to navigate the health and wellness world, to learn about how to take control of your health and to hear from guests who are so knowledgeable and share incredible tips on so many health related topics. If there is something you are specifically dealing with (I’ve been struggling with a hormone imbalance and gut issues) there’s an episode about it. This podcast has changed my life truly. Thank you Dr Will Cole and team !!!! izzydefrancescophotography

sarahelizabethlaStephanie SimbariThoughts on the episode with co-host of That’s So Retrograde. In present times, I try to exercise listening to people who have different opinions. I thought the conversation was interesting, however laughing at “he’s like a weird uncle” on a health podcast, when women’s health is up for debate, felt like a kick in the face.

Caroline PleshThe Best!!I absolutely love the Art of Being Well podcast. I’ve listened to at least two episodes a week for the last year and a half. I find the approachability of each subject, knowledge from Dr Will himself and every guest so easy to absorb, and the banter on the Ask Me Anything episodes so funny, it all just makes my day as I’m driving or walking. I love sharing what I learn with my husband and now “Will Cole” is a household name! I highly recommend this podcast show to anyone else interested in health and wellness and will continue to share episodes with friends and family. Until I can afford to be a patient at the clinic and all the fancy tools and supps mentioned, I’ll keep soaking up this free knowledge!! Thank you so much!
-
unhappy customer 2020All GoodI love this show! It provides a wide array of information from a functional health viewpoint and enhances my existing knowledge. I recommend it to friends, family, and clients all of the time. The better we understand how to treat our bodies, the better they will treat us! Only negative part of the review: TOO MANY ADS. I recognize the need to have the show financially supported, but the beginning, end, and throughout the episode is a bit much. I’d love to see it with less of this and more of the discussions that Dr Will has with guests and colleagues. Overall, I love it. Keep doing the good work and giving us what we love.
-
Jensie33Love this podcastI have just recently discovered this podcast and I absolutely love it! All the topics are great, I’m especially interested in the autoimmune/gut related discussions. Look forward to listening to this every week!

Health 3567Maggie BerghoffLatest episode with this “ expert” was terrible she does not sound like any expert or no one I would listen to , I usually look forward to the podcast and have loved all of them , but she was terrible

Words partnerMost calming and informative podcastI look forward to listening to Dr. Cole and team each week. I listen as I commute to work and this makes the drive even better. I’ve been able to make more informed decisions for myself and my family and have noticed great results. One being, my immune system being stronger and gut health+brain health improving.

OddomissionAdvice without first hand experienceGotta love hearing the input and advice from people who never experienced actual depression and bad circumstances talk about what works based on “research”. Unfortunately sunbathing and years of healthy eating and limiting junk food and exercise never helped. And sure SSRI’s isn’t something we want to be dependent on but how about seeing it as a bridge to the goal? Does a person healing from a leg injury not need crutches? Does a diabetic not need insulin? And the sneaky self promotion littered on top of the copious ads is overwhelming. And “it’s all in your head” only goes so far. I guess going through abuse, assault, discrimination, and poverty is “all in my head”. I just need to get some saffron and it’ll all be fixed! The MDMA mention was interesting, now I just need to figure out how to get my hands on it.

Shahi89Ocean of informationI have been listening to this podcast for a a long time, have read Ketotarian (thank you Jennifer Fisher for putting dr cole on our radar). It is an amazing source to learn from and make healthier choices! It also has helped me to advocate for my health when medical professionals don’t listen properly!

Erika appI never want to listen to this podcastEvery time The Art of Being Well podcast pops up in my feed, I hesitate. I listen to everything else first, and only when I've run out of other podcasts for the week do I turn to this one. But every episode is fantastic, and I always learn a ton. While I'm listening, I'm constantly jumping online to research more, sign up for a program or class, or buy something that addresses a problem I didn't even realize I had. Now I get why I'm reluctant to listen: this podcast lights a fire under me, making it impossible to just sit back and be passive. It pushes me to take action.

Kathy VilnrotterSuch an amazing resource! This podcast has given me such a rich wealth of information about health! It has given me knowledge and perspectives that I use every day when I make choices for myself and my family. I cannot thank Will Cole and his team enough for getting the information around these topics out into the world so that they are accessible to normal people like me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! @the_love_cure

WikingerfrauGreat showI am a student of IIN to become an integrated nutrition health coach. I love to listen to Wills podcasts while I am driving in my car. I am learning so much from him. It is so nice to learn the basics at IIN and to add some solid substance to it by listening to this podcast. It is like building a sustainable house on a strong foundation and to add cool things like a iron cast balcony a terracotta terrace and an organic vegetable garden 🍀 Thank you 🙏

Bex_AnneWell-rounded, reasonable, balanced, and insightfulThis has become one of my favorite wellness podcasts hands down. The main reason why I keep coming back again and again is that Dr. Cole is a voice of (much-needed) reason in an industry that can be pretty extremist. I find that so much of the guidance we’re being given nowadays is downright disordered… borderline on promoting orthorexia. But that’s what I appreciate about “The Art of Being Well” — Will and his staff always emphasize bio-individuality and balance, acknowledge the prevalence of eating disorders, and focus a lot on what to ADD rather than what to take away. The message, for me at least, is that wellness should never mean self-inflicted suffering, and food CAN serve our body’s needs while still bringing us joy and pleasure. I always appreciate his guests’ diverse perspectives (the Paul Saladino episode surprised me so much in the best way!) and Dr. Cole’s thoughtful questions. And of course, the AMAs offer some fun insight into his take on the latest trends or his personal habits. Keep it up, fam! Can’t wait to learn more from these convos in the coming year. Xxchelss11So Good! The Art of Being Well is a part of my daily routine. Dr. Will is so knowledgeable and the information he gives is so digestible. I leave every episode with a tangible take away. Loves sunTitle Ester BlumI listened to the pod cast it was great. I went to my Dr. a year ago for vaginal dryness and she prescribed vaginal estrogen. It has helped tremendously. However without health insurance it was cost prohibitive. $450.00 for one tube.

Aubreezyg7The recommendation meant for meA coworker recommended this podcast to me, saying it was one of her top two favorite ones to listen to. I have listened to you just about one episode every day since. I love being able to search through the series and find the topic I’m looking for in addition to a deep dive and subjects I was curious about. It has me focusing on my health a lot more and so many ways. Thank you so much for this podcast, the interviews, and bottomless pit of knowledge. The true example of sharing the wealth! IG: @oh_aubz

AnneeMaijaFunctional YesDr Will Cole’s Lyme Disease episode is spot on; I am a survivor, I dug deep on the www to find an alternative route and went the unconventional way with Dr Cowden’s Support Program over 15 years ago. I listened in to hear what’s new and Dr Cole’s information is something that all Lyme sufferers (those that are chronic especially) should listen to. Functional doctors do the deep dive, I was lucky to find one when I lived in NYC plus the Lyme disease Yahoo groups for chronic sufferers.
-
TheyLieAboutNamesTakenOne of my favorite podcasts!I love listening to this show! I haven’t found an episode that I haven’t enjoyed and learned so much. I appreciate Dr. Will Cole’s perspective and the fantastic team. All the guests that I’ve heard so far are great and bring such wonderful things to the table. As a Christian, I appreciate how the wholistic viewpoint meets the biblical principles.

jjlupoSuch an inspiration to life! There are a lot of health podcasts out there, but "The Art of Being Well" with Dr. Will Cole has become a true game-changer for me. I can't recommend it enough! Dr. Cole's approach to functional medicine is both informative and inspiring. He breaks down complex topics into easy-to-understand chunks, making even the most cutting-edge science accessible. Each episode is packed with actionable tips that I can easily incorporate into my daily routine. What I love most is how the show goes beyond just physical health. Dr. Cole emphasizes the importance of nurturing our minds, spirits, and relationships for overall well-being. This holistic approach has resonated with me deeply. Since listening to "The Art of Being Well," I've made significant changes in my life. I'm eating a more balanced diet, prioritizing sleep, and incorporating stress-reduction techniques. I already feel more energized, focused, and optimistic. Here's the thing: this podcast isn't about fads or quick fixes. It's about building a sustainable, healthy lifestyle that works for you. Dr. Cole's encouraging and positive attitude makes the journey enjoyable, and the wide range of expert guests keeps things fresh and informative. If you're looking for inspiration and practical guidance on your own wellness journey, "The Art of Being Well" is a must-listen. ShanokahantasAmazing transformationI have listened to your podcast and read your books. Now I am participating in your AHR Protocol. Within 60 days I feel 75% back to my “old self”. I have struggled with total body pain, chronic fatigue and other random mysterious symptoms for 8+ years. Been through the gamut of Dr’s telling me it’s in my head or throwing Rx’s at me only to continue to have my symptoms progressively worsen. As a psychotherapist, this is the exact protocol I philosophically believe in supporting my own clients. In order to heal, we must take a mind, body and spirit approach. Thank you a million times over!
