Specialperson333Exactly what I was hoping it would be!!I was searching for a podcast to bring forth some new knowledge on the Pulse NightClub shootings, & this pod is everything I was hoping it would be!! I’m super excited to check out all the other episodes & am so glad I found it. I wanted a “dateline”, meets “something was wrong” of sorts. With first hand accounts & the perfect amount of narrative from the narrator. Literally the first time I have q’ued up a pod to try it out & the layout, if you will, is exactly what I was hoping for. Thanks so much! Having someone to tell the story, & then being able to get a follow up, is absolutely perfect! I often wonder about the news stories we see, with an incident being reported, but no name, & there is never any follow up info!! This podcast is exactly what the world needs today!! 🥹

segrhrgrbtCanada’s justice systemI can’t continue to listen to your podcast. When a murderer kills 11 people, injures 16 and gets “ life in prison “ , but could get parole after 25 years , that tells me Canada’s justice system is a JOKE !! I can’t listen to any more stories where a killer doesn’t get the true justice they deserve ! PARose

TheDunc14Amazing PodcastThis podcast is fascinating. Stories are told here that you’ve never heard. Deeper dives are taken into important and extremely interesting details. You may as well put your scuba gear on you’re going so deep. They do a great job of going to the sources, people who were actually there when these things happened, and getting the full story from those unique perspectives. Way, way better than just listening to the news cycle on this stuff. Great job to the journalism team!!! I have downloaded every episode and plan to listen to all of them. I hope they keep this one going!!

Old guy 43Not the best voice for this presenterI was looking forward to listening to some of these, but the ladies voice is not pleasant on the ear. This is not meant in a mean spirited way, it’s just the way it is. Sorry about that.

Mister PigsterGreat findI happened upon a new podcast at the end of 2021. And I’m very grateful that I did. “Global news what happened to… “ By Curious cast. It is wonderful synopsis of news breaking stories with a follow up. It is so interesting to have the perspective of time to look back up on the news events and see the mark on history and understand it. Keep up the great work!

Shill2121Good journalistNice podcast. I like that the show is not spotlighting the journalist but the total focus is on the subject. I was actually riveted and that is rare these days. Thanks. I am a fan.

tammac17ExcellentVery well researched and often presented with stories from the people involved and what happened after the “news cycle” moved on. Excellent writing and presentation.

livs2laffNeed more researchThis is an enjoyable listen but if you’re looking for facts, the host can do us all a favor and research more. In the case of Haiti, the host mentions Bill Clinton under her breath and only once when we all know that the Clinton foundation received millions and millions and millions of donations for Haiti and did nothing for the people or the country (Their daughter though got herself a million dollar wedding). I won’t even mention how Laura Silsby trafficked children from Haiti after the earthquake and released fro prison by Hillary. You can delve into that one...

Best. Mom. Ever.Well worth your timeThere are so many podcasts clamoring for attention it’s hard to know what to listen to. Which one gets those few precious free minutes of your day? I love “follow up” shows so that’s what attracted me but it’s the in-depth, thorough reporting which kept me giving my time to this podcast. And it’s the relatable content, the human connection, which hooked me. The Pulse Nightclub episode touched my very soul and made a fundamental shift in me. This podcast should be in everyone’s library.
