    Extremely US chauvinistic
Very American so takes as a given US good, China and Russia bad. With that caveat it can be informative— but annoyingly onesided. Just listened to an old 2020 episode about Russian and Chinese misinformation in US election. All good and fair. But no mention of the many times the US government has used misinformation to upset foreign elections. A comprehensive discussion about misinformation and electoral meddling globally would have been much more useful. My advice: do listen to this. But have a pile of salt by your side. You’ll need more than a pinch of salt.

    Always a Conversation-Starter
One of the things I appreciate most is not just that I walk away a little bit smarter after each episode, but that I have an unexpected conversation-starter in hand. Great stuff!

The Institute for the Study of Diplomacy at Georgetown does fantastic work to promote diplomatic statecraft and highlight the challenges that diplomats face today. This trailer sounds like their podcast will be a great addition to their overall work and I’m excited to hear from all the amazing guests that they will interview!
