I’m not a millennial, but I found this podcast interesting. My client recommended it. I got sucked into the CHD drama. Sofia is prettier and cooler. That other woman is very immature. However, producer/co-hostAlex here decreases value when on live. Also, getting better guests would be a boost. I feel guest episodes are better.

All entertainment aside, the fact that you share your raw and genuine journey with the whole world so we can laugh, cry and grow along with you is the most special and appreciated gift to the masses. We never knew we needed you but now can’t live without you. Thank you for being you, exactly as you are. Keep taking risks and discovering more about yourself everyday, that’s the blueprint. One of the reasons CHD took off years ago was because both hosts expressed a type of authenticity and vulnerability that’s not so common. I think Sofia is one of the funniest people ever but none of her stories/episodes feel authentic. She uses the same 5 words over and over “unfulfilling” “do the really hard work” listeners have no idea what she’s talking about because she shares nothing.

Girl you should have went anywhere except the Bahamas. When you’re in a resort with couples and families it will just highlight the fact that you’re not there with a family. I’ve traveled parts of trips solo and it was the best experience of my life and I met other people passing through who were solo. Next time go to Medellín or Malaga.

Interviewing and fawnig over Amanda Knox is no different than interviewing OJ Simpson. She was clearly complicit in the murder of Meredith and Sofia just does not have the mental ability or brainpower to do anything in this serious a subject matter ..

It’s like OG Call Her Daddy, but growing up alongside the OG listeners. I’m not huge on celebrity interviews, but the ones here are ones I actually care about, not zygote influencers I’ve never heard of. Idk how the star rating is so low. And anyone who complains about “vocal fry” just hates to hear smart women talk.

Sophia , your show use to be become so soothing and funny for me to listen to during my work day and I felt like I was part of the journey. Your best episodes are the ones with Fabby and John like the Bible and any of your family or other friends . When you do celebrities they loose me. I think that’s why I loved it more when you had your cousin Alex on the episodes . The banter use to be so great and I really just miss the connection you have with these guests.

I adore Sofia. I discovered her mid way thru the CHD era and truly only listened to the show because of her. She is absolutely hilarious and so unapologetically herself that it’s impossible not to enjoy her take on reality. I think the CHD breakup was a blessing in disguise. SWAF has easily become the highlight of my week, I’ve listened to every episode and look forward to listening each week. She’s finally starting to get some recognition after coming out unfavorable situation, and I couldn’t be happier for her! Sofia deserves all the success that is coming her way. Omg I started listening a few months back after CHD went DRY and I’m sad that I’m already fully up to date because now I have to wait a week for a new episode! This podcast is UNREAL. I Love Sofia, she is hilarious but also a very smart business woman. I feel like I am listening to a close friends voice note about their crazy stories. 10/10 recommend if you are looking for a laugh and a new ‘go to’ <3

I really enjoyed Sofia on CHD, but she cannot find her way on this podcast. Maybe it’s too early to make a call, but I can’t even get through 15 minutes of this latest episode. No one wants to hear old stories and you laughing through them to the point where you can’t understand. Maybe once she gets some good new content going, I’ll come back as a subscriber. 👆🏼👆🏼👆🏼 for some reason, this rating never went through, and this was after her first few episodes. I listen to the episode about biological dad, and was instantly hooked. Sofia just talked about her trauma, not in please pity me type of way, but just in the most authentic, compassionate way that is also compassionate towards herself. I’ve never heard of anything like this and I just love it so much. So much better than call her daddy.

Sorry girl. Been ride or die since chd split. You need to hire someone your own age to manage your podcast. The whole “I’m so old” schtick towards all of your “famous” guests is boring and beyond you… I hope. Your guests don’t even seem to interest you. Find your niche. Even if it’s small. Been listening to Sofia since 2020, I absolutely adore you. But please stop with the tik tok stars as guests. Most of your listeners are adult women in their late 20s early 30s. None of us know who these people are. I actually had to turn off the one with that Bryce kid last week. At no point do I wanna hear the opinion of a 21 year old male . Used to like this podcast just fine but now I’m not a fan. Unfortunately the most interesting/unique guests have the worst episodes. It feels like Sofia doesn’t do enough research on who she’s talking to. The content is not evolving over time and, unfortunately, Sofia with an F feels like it’s runs its course. I’m not sure it has anything new/interesting left to offer us :(

Sofia has a great personality and wit. She always has fun with her guests. She is so good at sarcasm that she gets misunderstood. She shares the good and bad about her life.

This episode was so brutal to listen to. Made me realize I could be a podcast host myself. She clearly didn’t do her research/care or ask appropriate questions to a recovering addict. He is far way more intelligent then her and she lacked empathy. She wasn’t prepared for an amazing legend of a guest like Steve-o the man him self and what he’s been through. Fry voice has to go! I was always rooting for you Sofia but, this one was so rough!

I felt compelled to write this review after listening to the episode with personal finance expert, Ramit Sethi. Over and over again, Sofie repeated the sentiment “in a relationship, the man’s finances matter and mine (the woman’s) do not”. In a world where women must still fight to be viewed as fully capable, this is setting us back.

Girl WHO edited the thanksgiving episode? There were at least 7 different issues with skipping and segments that were repeated, even during ads. The ending statement was repeated 3 times!

Sofia does not know how to carry a convo. Her constant “mmhmms” are so annoying and you could tell she isn’t interested in any of her guests. She also needs to act her age. She’s 30 something and wants to be 21 so bad. Find a husband and have kids already, it’s TIRING to hear her immature comments.

Gave this a shot because there are so many back episodes I could blow thru and not have to wait weekly. I can feel myself get dumber the more I listen to her talk. Her voice is annoying and she has no real opinion. She agrees with everything her guests say even if it contradicts exactly what she just talked about. she interrupts with the most bimbo thoughts. The only way I can actually get thru an episode is when there is someone else on the show.

Sofia is an intelligent and sexy woman, unfiltered. An It Girl in real life. She is charming, and candid which is very admirable. The episodes are not always polished but they aren’t phony. F is for Fabulous.
