Refreshing, practical advice for women in todays world
Love the advice and scientific background given about the psychology behind why we do the things we do and how to change it.

Host takes up too much space
The content this podcast covers is the best. I follow A LOT of relationship and attachment therapists/coaches and the content Louise chooses to explore is nuanced and relevant and spot on. Unfortunately, there are episodes (like the mother wound part 2) where I don’t get anything out of it because Louise has made herself the center. I’ve timed it, and sometimes it takes her a minute to ask a question. The rambling and self-centered focus lacks awareness and embodiment. Sometimes it sounds like an addiction to drama, just kind of going on and on about unimportant details. It lacks concise interviewing that would make this podcast seem more educational and professional. It seems like she’s made a whole brand out of this sort of TikTok/“relatable” approach, but I think it cuts off a whole demographic of people that want to know the science and want to hear from the therapist/expert more than we want to hear about the host’s drama and nonstop chatter. I think this is a growth area for Louise that I hope she chooses to work on within herself because the world needs this content. The world doesn’t need her drama tho . I’d absolutely tune in more if this was cleaned up.

    LOVE THIS PODCAST
This podcast turned me into a podcast girly. I was going through a breakup that “destroyed” me and I could relate a lot to the content at the beginning, and haven’t stopped relating… or listening! I’m in therapy myself now and this podcast was the catalyst to my own healing journey and I couldn’t be more grateful! I just love how accepting and full of love and compassion this podcast is. Thank you, Louise!! You’re changing lives daily!! 🩵 Not nearly as healed as I want to be yet, but this podcast will continue to be a source I use as my healing journey continues. The content just gets better and better.

Revolutionary, personable, first of its kind.
The problem with other self-help podcasts is you, the layperson listener, is belittled and talked down to by the expert host. Here, the host is the layperson which is gives the listener a profound deep connection to the content. With the importance of the content, this allows something that hasn’t been done before. Bravo to the host for making this happen, she’s making history.

    Refreshing and Real
Have to thank Louise and tiktok for popping up on my fyp and introducing me to this podcast. It has been so refreshing and affirming as I am going through my own therapy journey and also entering into a new phase of my love life. Every episode I’m scrambling to write down a quote as the topics resonate so well. I also appreciate how Louise helps relate it to real life situations and especially normalizes relationship dynamics and discussions dependent on history and attachment types. Highly recommend!

    Please listen more talk less
Such potential but the host talks way too much in long rambles, negating any benefits of the guests. I skip forward too much for this to stick

    The best podcast!
I love this podcast. Honestly it’s a great source of free therapy! I’ve listened to almost every episode. I love how Louise has actual therapists and experts on the show to talk about some common dating experiences. I recommend this to all my friends!

    Insightful and Helpful Podcast
LOOK NO FURTHER, I found this podcast 2 months ago while on my healing journey. Louise is such a doll, listening to this podcast made me realize I’m not the only one out there struggling and working on myself. She provides real life issues she has been through or is going through. The transparency and the information from the therapists is so helpful. This podcast and its community is something I am very thankful to be apart of!

    Charging for a script? Really??
Like this podcast but charging for a script about how to talk about an anxious attachment style? Exploitative for a podcast that claims to be therapy for everyone.

LITERALLY STOP WHAT UR DOING & LISTEN
main takeaway: listen to this fricken podcast. period. stumbled across Openhouse and (im not joking) I literally listened to every episode in a week. even thought about queueing it up during my sleep lowkey. I still go to therapy but like dr. tari & louise have basically healed me at this point tbh hahah. but in all seriousness, this podcast not only helped me thru some difficult things, but also encouraged me to learn from every experience (good & bad!). I used to hold so much bitterness toward certain people/things in my life, but I now look at those things as ways to gain more understanding for myself and others. im aware that it sounds SO cliche but I mean it from the bottom of my heart. also- reached out to Louise and she is a GEM of a human being. this world is lucky to have someone like her. overall- listen to this podcast if u wanna be a better person

    Good concept.
I love the concept of having a therapist analyze deep routed issues society faces in relationships, marriages, and traumas. This podcast can definitely help others that are going through similar issues. Instead I feel like this podcast is mainly about Louise and her past experiences, as if it was her therapy sessions we were listening too. She needs to make it less about her and more about human psychology.

I recently discovered this podcast while doing my morning workout. I love the way Louise and the therapists work through issues that are SO common in relationships. It is reassuring to know that I’m not alone in the way I’ve been feeling. This podcast starts my day with a positive, get things done attitude, with tips on how I can improve my relationships and mental health. I am excited to put this advice to work in my marriage. 💞
