I originally found the “other” podcast but when I looked at the reviews I found this one instead. And thank Chuck for that because these guys are hilarious. I’ve been binge listening through all the past episodes. These guys make me laugh out loud at work all the time and really help the days go by faster. Love the lore segment, fast & furious jokes, and the John Winchester hate. I think the sandwich segment is hilarious even though I don’t really like sandwiches.

Richard and Reid have a faithful take on Supernatural. The show is very entertaining and informative too- the Dad’s Journal segment that discusses an element of the episode in a scholarly (yes I will double down on scholarly) in a show that is otherwise pretty lighthearted and funny. 80% of the podcast is great. The remaining 20% is painful to listen to, largely because Richard is terrible at reading aloud. Reviews and letters from listeners sound like they’re being read by an unconfident tween who isn’t sure what’s going on in what they’re reading. Richard, you seem smart, and your extemporaneous speech is always witty and entertaining- maybe let Reid do the reading sometimes?

This podcast keeps me laughing about and loving Supernatural. Each podcast episode is a delightfully humorous, interesting and insightful discussion of each SPN episode. Richard and Reid clearly love our Sam and Dean and their chosen family while being able to have a grounded conversation about them complete with critique and praise when each are warranted. I can’t wait for each new episode, keep up the excellent work!!

I love this podcast! It’s my favorite one I’ve ever listened to! Richard and Reid, you guys are hilarious and I’m so glad I found Ghostfacers. I started watching supernatural over a year ago to cope with a breakup (and I binged the whole show in two months) and I fell in love with all of it. Finding Ghostfacers gave me content to keep up the supernatural hype after finishing the show. Y’all are crazy, but keep me laughing every time I listen. Keep it up!

I am new to the world of supernatural as I only started watching it a few months ago and anytime I watch a show I love listening to podcasts that go along with them. When I was looking for a show for supernatural I found “Then and Now” and only made it about 10 minutes in as I have an aversion to rewatch podcasts that are done by people on the show and not fans as i like to imagine that i am having the conversation with them since none of my friends or family watch supernatural. I drive a lot and these guys are always on and make hours long drive feel short with there banter and overall thirst for the Winchester’s. Keep up the good work from a new fan in North Carolina, USA! Excited to finish the show and listen along to your thoughts and endless laughs (ps sorry for the long review)

Put simply, this podcast is awesome! Put more complicatedly, the hosts clearly have a love of the show and it pours into the content, making even the most childish and ridiculous rants end in infectious laughter. Their knowledge of the subject material is expansive, sometimes TOO expansive as they tend to give away slight spoilers that might irritate people that are watching alongside for the first time. Luckily, I’m not one of those unfortunate souls! I’m obsessed with the Dean thirst and hope it never stops. This podcast has been the perfect companion to my homework time. I’m currently a college student and spend way too much time doing assignments, so it’s nice to have a little slice of fun during. As a Gen Z Black girl from Maryland, USA, I never actually know the music these two are referencing from the show, but their enthusiasm for it makes me really happy. However, the highlight of the whole show for me is the Canadian accents. I watched Degrassi a lot as a kid, and despite never having been to Canada a day in my life, their voices are comforting and feel like “home”. Can y’all do me a favor? If you read this review, please say “I was out and about all day before going back to my house.” Well, that was the end of my currently unmedicated ADHD rant. I’m not sure if it was more or less chaotic as it was in my brain but I had to dump it all out there. Love the pod, and love y’all. Keep thirsting and pronouncing your “ou” sounds like that. This is the first rewatch podcast of any show I’ve come back to week after week. The segments are great (except the sandwich segment. To be fair, I don’t really like sandwiches). The chemistry of the hosts gives me flashbacks of watching Supernatural with my university roommates and having the same level of thirst for Dean, Sam, and Cas. They bring up interesting aspects of the show and little bits of trivia that I hadn’t known before. I also love the fans who write in and give an expert opinion on different medical questions that are super interesting. Good work guys. All in all, I give this podcast 5/5 thirsty fan girls.

What a great show! I gave up on SPN years ago (somewhere around season 6-can you blame me?), but after hearing Kyle Clark on This is Rad talking about it, I decided to give it a listen. I even got my wife to watch. Now, the only problem is that we're in season 9, which means it'll be years before Reed and Richard catch up to us... My only critique is for the sandwich segment-how do you miss the opportunity to put on a gruff Jensen voice and call the segment "Sammy"?? Seriously, though, love the show, laugh through every episode, and can't wait to listen to you guys justify season 6.

Like the podcast cause I love supernatural and dean Winchester is my fav character but I don’t care for the dean bashing at times and also in early seasons dean was awesome and not a dirt bag. This is my problem with you and other podcast that are woke and sjw cause y’all are so over offended. Like nothing wrong with guys liking two chicks like why is that wrong? Anyway besides the whole annoying complaints about straight white guys I still love the show and dean is the best no matter what and sam was wrong for season 4 and dean had every right to be angry with him. I love a good podcast about a once in a life time show. I sampled quite a few - and you two have just the right mix of appreciation, affectionate poking, and fun facts. You guys also just sound like great friends, and I enjoy getting to hang with you once a week. Keep up the great work!

I love supernatural, been rewatching it and so then I started listening to this podcast during my job since my work allows me to have earbuds in. It’s hilarious, I love how they go through the show and have some great lore insights. However the one annoyance is how they continuously get all social Justice warrior on it. Calling it homophobic at certain instances. As im rewatching it, those jokes still hit. They are in response of how Dean and Sam are supposed to be this macho man. It’s quite unfortunate that white straight males always seem to have the need to get offended for groups of people. If they wouldn’t do that, try to make themselves morally superior with jokes that I truly think are hilarious. It would be a perfect 5 star show for me!

If you don’t want to read the ramblings of a crazy listener, don’t read…. Unfortunately I got my hopes up when I first found this by accident. I found it before a 12 hour drive to SC with my girlfriend driving back to my last semester at college. I can’t remember how many episodes I watched, but I couldn’t figure it out. I really didn’t like anything they did. And ugh their voices were…. JUST KIDDING! My gf (who hasn’t seen much of SPN)….. she loved you gys! We both realized very quickly that, you guys not only have everything, you’ve got great voices too! Unfortunately it’s a bit hard for us to find podcasts to listen to because if we don’t care for the voice, we can’t get past it. But you guys nail it. Voices of angels! Your humor is great too. Definitely something that goes 0-100 real quick but man you guys haven’t compromised anything even up to this day. It was a surprise and it was wonderfully refreshing. You guys love to do you. I’d ignore the reviews that think otherwise! We are full on LORE WHORES and we love the bit of background you guys give on everything important. Extra stuff like the titles, bloopers, and music are important too! It’s been 8 months of catching up but I’m so close to catching up. Only sad it will be one a week, but we’ve got years together 😏 Ps: call me crazy, but I think Baby is the real smoke show of the show.

Richard and Reid: how do I thank you. After finishing SPN last year, I nearly drowned in my own tears wondering what to do with myself. The IG ‘Explore’ feature only satiates my hunger for SPN Fandom, Dastiel love and Shirtless-Sam so much.. and then OPE there was you. Reid’s laugh, the way the two of you play off one another’s humor, sarcasm and ideas is simply divine. Plus, as a WI girl, it’s sweet to hear someone with an accent more northern than mine, ya know? Thank you for being truthful yet kind to the hilarious editing in Season 1, and the way the show ( and your obvious love for Sam and Dean and what you’d prefer to do with them / to them ) develops through seasons 2 and 3. Looking forward to many more sexual jokes, big laughs and pure delight of the episodes to come; cheers. The guys are such a cohesive duo! They have me laughing and agreeing or talk out loud to no one. They do a great job of exploring the lore and dissecting the episode cracking great jokes. It’s like having a peanut gallery on n the back of every episode! Not to have a “chick flick moment” but I stopped listening to music after my gram passed and this podcast filled a space with fun during a hard time! Love you guys and can’t wait for my Monday morning show!

I’m a big fan of the show and loved how these guys appreciate the humor and the storylines. They point out the occasional misstep or plot hole without being ugly about it. In other words, they’re fans like me. But I got so tired of the constant lust-fest over Dean. Enough, already. I mean, you do you, but I want to hear about the show. Not how you fantasize about having sex with Dean. It was just too much. Bye.

Safe to say I am loving Supernatural. I started a while back and have since made it to season 12, then convinced a long time Buffy fan to give it a watch (together we are on season 6) and I am on season 4 of this fantastic prodcast. I love the segments, learning some of the real world lore, and laughing out loud on the L to Richard and Reid’s tangents. It is my go-to podcast, they are excellent about not spilling any spoilers and I cannot wait to listen in on all 15 seasons. What can I say: Funny Guys, Funny Show. If you are looking for some T-Shirt ideas. “A dingus without Dean.” From Kyle Clark’s episodes would be gold. Because aren’t we all.

I get detail obsessed and these two totally enable me! I am so happy I found it. My morning run is now full of lore and inappropriate comments about Jensen. This podcast is 5 star reviewed by one of the most hardcore supernatural fan! Hilariously executed and love the title segment. These two make me laugh out loud throughout the entire hour of listening. Can’t wait to listen to the Destial jokes from you two starting season four. Keep it up guys!

Ok, so you can probably guess how I found you by the title of my review 😉 Am totally loving this podcast and started re-watching the show with you! It’s been a long time since I’ve seen these first 2 seasons. Cant wait to follow you through all 15 seasons!

If you want to listen to a couple studs talk extensively about a show involving a couple studs then you’ve arrived just in time. These guys start things off with a pleasing overview of each show to get that blood pumping, while strategically edging in a few of their own teasing personal opinions, before going elbow deep into the lore/folklore and urban legends that each episode of Supernatural is based on. If you prefer your podcasts teeming with enough humor to tickle your humerus then strap on those driving gloves and let these two Canadian’s take you on a bumpy ride into the fringes of televised programming land. Come for the bromance, stay for the much anticipated Supernatural sweet release.

Thank you for the humor, the insight, the lore, and the genuine love for the show. I used to subscribe to another SPN podcast (which shall remain nameless) and the hosts just bashed everything. Ghost Facers podcast is a fun listen, carry on.

This is a great rewatch podcast, and exactly the kind I was looking for. I love the dives into lore and I like that they acknowledge some of the more, let’s say “dated” aspects of the show instead of glossing over them, while also still enjoying the show. Yes, we know it’s trash. We still like it anyway. Also, they have the absolutely correct response to Jensen Ackles.

Trying to prevent the depressed binge after the series finale and savor your favorite show again? Listen to this podcast! They are complete nerds for the show. Dig into episode trivia and lore. They also get nostalgic, which is amazing. They get into patterns in the show and how the character and storylines change over time. I am now watching an episode and then listening to this podcast as a comfort show. I’m trying to pace them out so I always have a few on deck to listen to.

I love this podcast and how you go into real world lore before tackling the episode. Also really enjoy the little tidbits of info you throw in. I super enjoy hearing the Canadian come out too!

Only on episode 3 but already love this podcast and all the inside information. A bunch of interesting facts I was not aware of and the guys are funny as well as clearly fans. So far my favorite Supernatural podcast! Canadian accents an extra win!

From the amazing creators of the Doctor DC Podcast we have this fantastic new podcast. It was thanks to my wife and these guys that I gave Supernatural a try and loved it since. I am a huge fan of the supernatural and of behind the scenes details. Richard and Reid do a fantastic job of giving me both of these things in each episode. Like the other 5 star podcast these guys have I get a smile every time I listen to them. These are two guys I would absolutely love to hang out with and just talk to in person. Oh right the podcast uhhhh. These guys do a fantastic job from start to finish on keeping you hooked about the Supernatural episode while throwing in some fantastic humor.
