Why is DOJ refusing responsibility to return Maryland man from Salvador prison? Because, if DOJ admits it can return him, some judge will eventually order trump DOJ to return all prisoners because no due process

The man is a leader, role model, fountain of knowledge!

Federal Prosecutor who always reads us the court filings and judgements directly from the court cases against Trump and the Republicans and puts it all into perspective with his expert explanation. Going from legalese to everyday language we can all understand. Highly recommend.

Thank you so very much for your show - it is a comfort to hear, with all of the noise and lying out there from those who support and defend the convicted felon, that justice does really matter (to most of us). Injustice is one of the most difficult situations that we humans go thru. True justice will never truly happen until the afterlife, but it does offer some comfort when we see those who are cruel and disobeying the laws, Constitution, and even decency, dismissing and disrespecting any person or creature or our earth. You rock!!!

So Glenn you let us know that the case is dismissed without prejudice so that it "could" be brought to trial after Trump leaves office. I'm not a lawyer but you undoubtedly know that the better way to have handled dropping this case would have been to have postponed it, it would have made it a much simpler way to pick up where the prosecution left off whereas the other choice is much more difficult to get revived. Why would Jack Smith make that choice? And, what makes you think Donald Trump is going to leave office? why on earth would he? He's got all the power that no president has ever held, what are we going to do when that happens? Asking for a concerned citizen

This is the only podcast that I listened to because it gave me hope. Both sides of the media (if there actually were 2 sides) wanted the criminal to win. They all got what they wanted - unfortunately they will take us all down.

I start my morning with this podcast almost everyday. Informative, and entertaining, and he does a great job putting complex topics into easy to understand content.

I have considered long and hard as to a fitting sentence to give DJT. Finally I think I have the right punishment: public service! Raking forests, soup kitchens, picking up trash in parks, reading to children, pushing wheelchairs for Veterans in hospitals. Serving as a House and Senate Page. Six months in each service area. 10 years 8 years suspended.

While I listen to longer, more in-depth podcasts to get more comprehensive information on the law and politics, I listen to Glenn for the frustration, anger and, yes, hope he expresses. In other words, I appreciate his commitment not just to the rule of law but to common decency, ethics and efforts to right the wrongs committed by “the rot at the top.”

ya know, from time to time mainstream news orgs can say Kamala is a black woman and southeast asian woman but they can also say biracial. there, isn’t that easier for corporate america. I am sure Vp to Pres Kamala Harris would be happy with either. VOTE BLUE!

This is the first podcast I listen to every morning. Having watched the trial or whatever it’s called, I was incensed by the outright bull that was being told about Fani. The female prosecutor kept saying that Fani started the relationship with her co prosecutor in 2020 and Fani had to repeatedly respond that it was 2022. This went on over and over again. My friends couldn’t even watch this whole debacle because they were so angry. Thanks Glenn for all you do!

If the Supreme Court decides that Trump is immune for all crimes, what stops Joe Biden from committing crimes, such as holding onto the office of the presidency, prosecuting his adversaries, etc.? Maybe it is time for Joe and the Democrats to stop being ethical 🤔

5/2924 update: It’s not just about inciting today, no doubt this is also Trump preparing to have a reason to assassinate his opponent in the future. He will keep pedaling the lie unless the story is made clear far and wide… smh, mark my word. This has got to be taken seriously. This is a great podcast for keeping up with the trials. Can we ask the Supreme Court judges if assassinating a corrupt judge could be considered a presidential act? We are all dying to hear their answer on that one.
