Wonderful conversations with a genuinely caring and curious man!
Tony is on a mission to help his audience find greater well being and live better and he is willing to stretch outside of his normal comfort zones to bring them amazing and practical information. I found Tony to be an incredible listener with great questions that definitely brought out the best in our conversation.

    Will share with EVERYONE!
Wow 🤩 I’ve been in healthcare 20+ years and functional medicine for 15+ years (first as a nurse and then as a health coach though primarily as a personal advocate for family members with various conditions). I am used to geeking-out over all this, but your superpower 🦸‍♀️ is really breaking down this information in a simple, easy to understand way. Wow 🤩 And for this reason, I will be sharing with as many people as possible. Kudos to you and blessings moving forward, and thank you to Dr Mowell and his introducing you on his diabetes summit. Thank you, thank you, thank you. PS why only regret is you’re in Chicago and I’m not close enough to work for you there. Your mission really resonates with me. Knowledge is power!!!

    Lovely, thoughtful
Articulate, respectful interviews - Nice, calm delivery of wellness news, research and information. Have listened to Nina Teicholz and now Matt Janes interviews so far but looking forward to more and am glad to have found this podcast from Dr Hampton. Have you ever been with your own doctor and wanting to ask them all these extra questions they might not have time for? this feels like when the the doctor DOES have time for you.

Change the way you look at things
Another great podcast by Dr. Tony. I went through a rough patch several years ago but learned from a friend, “Change the way you look at things and the things you look at change!”. Easy to say but difficult to do but I worked on it and I am in a much different place now physically, mentally, and geographically. Thanks Dr. T 😃

    Never listened
Was basically forced to give 5 stars during the appointment and haven’t heard from him since. More focused on this and social media than patients

    Whole Person Healing
I, for one, am so excited that Dr. Hampton finally has a podcast! With every single interaction with him, I’m more informed and better equipped to manage my own health and by extension, my family and the high-risk people I work with. It’s refreshing to listen to a medical doctor speak on achieving optimal physical health and does not neglect mental and spiritual health. Thank you for making your wealth of knowledge more accessible and shareable!

    New paradigm
Dr. Hampton is a guy who will hopefully change the direction of current allopathic medicine. His approach is to address root causes and nutrition in regards to disease. I could listen to him and Dr. Tucker all day. Keep up the great work Dr. Hampton!
