I thoroughly enjoy listening to this podcast. Logan is my favorite analyst at the moment, I love his data first approach as I am able to confidently speak to my clients as an AE in the mortgage industry on what is currently happening in the markets.

They weren’t truly negotiable, as proven by the verdict. It was 6% at least or be shunned. The Housingwire hosts fail to call out guests pushing this narrative and confirms this is a completely biased platform, due to self-serving industry interests.

Echoing other reviews here, the volume is way too low. If you’re playing on the car and it switches to music or another podcasts, it’s a dramatic difference. Even worse on headphones. This show is great and I’d happily change it to 5 stars, but it’s a very obnoxious problem for such a popular podcast.

Logan has great insights to the Bond Market and his info is always very well researched. I just really wish this podcast would release the day it is recorded. Bond markets move and change so fast some days that the info especially over the weekend is stale. That is why I took 1 star off. HW has the capability to release same day.

Absolutely love the show however the volume of your content is much lower than the advertisements and any other podcast I listen to. I’ll go from one podcast to yours and have to turn up the volume significantly. Even at the highest volume my phone will allow it’s not loud enough to hear the podcast in some environments and then when your podcast is over, and another show comes on which has normal audio volume, I have to turn the volume down.

I love this show because Sarah is so real and supports agents everywhere!!! Where to go!

This is packed full of good market insight and details. It’s a great industry specific podcast.

I enjoy listening to the podcast daily, and it gives a great pulse on what is going on in the market, whether it is mortgages or real estate. We may not always agree on each other’s opinions, but, overall, it is worth the listen. Being in the mortgage business for 30+ years and that we are a capitalist society, the Fed should not be the answer to everything. Although that is extremely painful in our industry today, it is not the Fed’s job to bail out the bond market and allow another unwanted spike in home prices as a result. Again, these are just opinions but I enjoy the show. Keep up the great work and thanks for the on the local real estate news as well. That’s actually probably a bigger change in the mortgage rates currently.

Logan comes across as extremely condescending.

Man I love this podcast, covers a lot of areas on the housing sector. So informative, Sarah is on point with the questions, the expert are top notch love it. So glad I found you guys , stay bless and continue doing what you guys are doing. You guys are helping so many people. Very entertaining as well.

Mike Simonsen, President of Altos Research has a firm grip on the slow down coming up. His comment about last two weeks of August being best time to sell before fall market pushed me to take a lower offer from a very qualified buyer. It won't fall out. Logan's prediction of 8% rates would be a deal killer too! Keep up the cutting edge work.

Sarah does a fabulous job in her interviews with some of the best minds in the country. I love it when Logan talks about the Fed being “old and slow”. He’s so right! Keep up your great work! Highly recommend this podcast!

So Logan the middle aged man is an ageist and has a problem with “old men”. Unlike Barry Habib for example, Logan cannot give data without sounding like a condescending jerk. Yes Logan, perhaps we should let the Millennials & Gen Z generation handle bringing down inflation. Just as soon as they figure out how to get a job, buy a home and pay their Student Loans back.

A great way to start your day and know what to expect in the world of mortgages and financial services coming up. My favorites are when the guest is Logan Mohtashami providing real time data to support his analytical thinking. Fantastic work!

The best podcast for anyone in the housing industry! All the info is great, but Logan & Sarah are stars of this one. Data driven information is what is needed in housing, and they deliver every time.

Started listening to stay up to date about housing market. Great content. One improvement would be Logan stop complaining about people on YouTube and twitter. Every episode he is talking about twitter people and about some non existent live debate. The audience is here to listen to your analysis, not some twitter spat. We don’t care about the people on Twitter that is why we are listening to housingwire.

The content and guests are very informative. I entered the mortgage industry in 2005, right out of college, and love their perspective on the ever evolving mortgage industry. I initially started listening for the Logan Mohtashami content, and now listen to this daily due to Sarah Wheeler. She is an amazing podcast host and does a great job carrying the conversation by asking her guest probing questions. My favorite podcast!

I love the content and effort here but I wish things could be a little more concise and the ya know ya know ya know ya know ya know can really grind.

The episode on 622 had some of the worst audio that I have heard with microphone popping fairly frequently. While Matthew ads interesting information he also says a lot of filler words like “ you know” and “ things like that”. Additionally he speaks in a very monotone delivery and while he is a reporter and a journalist he could be more enthusiastic sounding.

You do an awesome job in your interviews; perhaps you could work to deliver content in 10 minutes or less per day? I wonder if you could get any data from people on how closely they actually listen to the entire segment you record… If I’m being candid, a lot of the conversation is ‘extra’ that could be cut.

I love the content. But holy cow the hosts and guests need to cut down on the "you know" verbal tics. This is broadcasting/public speaking 101. Especially frequent guest Matt Blake. It's making the podcast almost unbearable to listen to.

The daily download is my “go-to”on my commute (before Covid) turned “extended coffee break.” The digital production team is top notch at addressing the hottest topics in the mortgage and housing sector. They keep you engaged with thought leaders and experts in the field. This podcast is a hidden gem.

So glad this finally made its way over to Apple podcasts. Gaining that recognition and traction it deserves!! Such a great quick hit for real estate professionals and have loved all the guest speakers.
